Next morning at Kingdom

"Everyone, this afternoon we have a meeting with our boss.. Don't miss out..", Manager Qiang announces in front of workers..Everyone together responses Okay.

Ru Shi was about to leave for her position in the work, but Gao shan stops her from going.. "Ru Shi, are you free tonight?", Gao shan asks. Ru Shi hesitates a bit then replies, "No actually i need to buy groceries. I've been busy lately so couldn't manage time to do so..". Gao shan gets hopeful and asks again, "Then can i join you for shopping?".. Ru Shi had no chance to deny so she just agrees for his company.

One customer was creating a scene at a store. She bought clothes from here 4 days ago but now she wants a refund for them. Shop assistant kept telling her that they can't refund for it as its already more than 3 days and refund can be made within 3 days only. But the customer was being stubborn and keeps criticising them. Ru Shi rushed over there to solve the problem as she was disturbing the business with other customers.

Ru Shi :"Excuse me, may i know what's your problem please?"

Customer :"I bought this clothes 4 days ago but now i wanna refund it but this rude shop assistant isn't helping me"

Ru Shi :"Mam you can't refund it after 3 days, this is shop policy"

Customer :"Now you'll teach me? How old are you? What do you know? You all are same. I'll make a police complaint you all wait"

Ru Shi :"Mam please calm down.. Can you please move a bit you are disturbing other customers"

Customer :"How dare you?", Customer gets angry and pushes Ru Shi. Ru Shi was about to fall back but Huang holds her.

Huang Shouts at the customer angrily, "Excuse me, how dare you touch our employee? Get out of here before i call the police!" Ru Shi also gets scared along with the customer. Huang continues.., "Just put this stupid woman into the blacklist, she never can enter here again. Before shopping into our mall, you should read our policies. Don't make a scene just because you are stupid".. The customer leaves silently.

Huang asks Ru Shi if she was fine.. Ru Shi nodes and replies positively along with thanking him. Huang replies, "It's okay no problem. Just be careful from next time. Don't let everyone bully you.." Ru Shi gets grateful and keeps thanking him. Huang laughs at her innocence and leaves.

It's not like for Ru Shi it was easy. Life has been tough for her also. Maybe the toughest. Ru Shi goes To the rooftop to have a little fresh air. She notices that she had a bruise on her hand. She got it maybe when the customer pushed her.

Ian also comes to the rooftop and stands beside Ru Shi. "Is it hard?", Ian asks Ru Shi. Ru Shi looks at him and smiles. She replies negative. Ian kinda gets angry.. "if it's hard just say it instead of smiling like a fool. Everyone deserves happiness, everyone deserves a better life. So don't just tolerate.." Ru Shi looks At Ian for a while. Ian also does the same. Things was about to get awkward but Ian notices her hand which was wounded. Ian holds her hand and asks," Why do you keep getting hurt ". Ru Shi tries to take her hand back but Ian was surprised as he held her hand. He couldn't see her problems.

"What just happened? Why i can't see your problems even after touching you?", Ian asks Ru Shi curiously. Ru Shi takes her hand back, "President i don't understand what are you talking about!".. Ian holds her hand again and shouts, "Why can't i see your problems? Who are you? Why aren't you answering, i asked you something"... Ru Shi gets scared after seeing his behaviour..
