Chapter 8

Huang drops Ru Shi in front of her home. Ru Shi thanks them and invites both of them inside to have dinner with her! Huang was going to say something but Ian stops him and says, "You are new in the city so probably don't know, but you aren't supposed to invite guys at your home. Specially whom you don't know well!" Ru Shi gets a bit surprised as she doesn't know what to answer now. Huang understands her situation and changes the topic saying," Miss beautiful we still have some work today.. Maybe some other time.. But thank you.. See you tomorrow ".. Huang drives the car and leaves. Ru Shi slowly gets into her home..

Huang takes Ian to the doctor forcefully and does a regular checkup there..

Ian:" You just made a huge mistake right now.. That Stupid doctor kept shouting at me for no reason! " Huang starts laughing and replies, "that doctor is your uncle idiot. And also he has reasons to shout at you.. You didn't come for checkup"

Next Morning at Kingdom..

"Ru Shi, can you please send this document to president's office?", Manager Qiang was asking Ru Shi.. Ru Shi takes the file and nodes okay. She takes the file into the office and knocks the door. Ian asks to get inside. Ru Shi thanks and enters into the office. "President Qiang sir asked to deliver this file to you..",Ru Shi puts the file into the table.

Ian stops and looks at Ru Shi. He didn't expect her here so he's a bit surprised. He checks the file and asks Ru Shi, "Are you getting used to your work?". Ru Shi replies in positive and thanks him. Ian gives her the file back. Ru Shi tends to return to her work but Ian calls her from behind.. "Yes president?do you need anything? ", Ru Shi asks.

Ian hesitates a bit but then finally he asks her, "How's your leg today?".. Ru Shi keeps silent for a while then smiles and answers, "Thank you president, my leg is fine thanks to your band aid..". Ian gets embarrassed and gets back to sign his papers and asks Ru Shi to leave. Ru Shi leaves... Ian murmurs to himself, "It's really hot today..."

7:50 pm at Kingdom

Huang calls Ian as he was still working at his office. Ian picks the call..

Huang :"(Ian when are you coming back? Did you forget that we had a dinner meeting today?)"

Ian:"(I'm heading back now.. I had some work.. You start, I'll be there soon)"

Huang :"(Okay don't be late.. She's beautiful by the way)"

Ian was walking but he gets pushed by something from behind..he looks back to check what is it.

Huang :"(Are you okay?)"

Ian:" (Yeah I'm fine Don't worry) "Cuts the call. It was Ru Shi carrying some big boxes, she didn't see that Ian was in front of her, so she accidentally bumps into him. After bumping she puts the boxes into the ground and says sorry to Ian.Ian asks her ,"Why are you still here? "

Ru Shi replies, "I was asked to arrange the boxes. But there were too many, so I'm late." Ian keeps his phone into his pocket and carries the box, "Where to keep them?" Ru Shi gets nervous and tells him to keep them down as these are her job. Ian again asks about where to place them. Ru Shi points towards a store room.

"Thank you so much president ." Ru Shi thanks Ian. Ian replies, "it's okay no problem.. Just get off the work now. Even if works are left, don't be alone here. Let me drop you home"..
