You Have To do This For Us

“You can't stay here; you must leave.” After receiving a call, Evan asked her to leave.

“But where will I go this time of night? I told my mom that I will be staying at my friend's house.” She was shocked to hear what Evan just told her.

“Maggie is coming. I can’t do anything about that, now get up!" He grabbed her arm and pulled her out of the bed.

“Here you go now, leave." He throws her clothes at her.

She was sitting at the side of the road crying. It was a dark night. After crying for hours, she opened her phone and called someone.

"Bryce…….." she says hearing a voice on the other side of the phone. The voice is full of concern. She asked if he can pick her.   Bryce came to pick her and took her to his apartment.

“Why are you doing this? For that one guy why?’’ He doesn't love you; he doesn't even care about you.”

“Don't do this, don't hurt yourself.”  They were in Bryce’s living room. He made her a cup of coffee. Siting at the couch at front of her he said.

“If it were in my power, I would never have chosen this path, who would jump into the fire willingly.”

“You don't know what an angry look he has for me. It kills me, at that time my heart wants him to kill me, but he doesn't look at me with those eyes.”

“He has pledged my heart. I don’t know what I can do to get it back.” She said in defeated tone.

The second day after that night Even called her, she didn't answer his call. She thought she would make him realize what he did was wrong by not picking his call for two or three times. But after that he didn't call her.  She could not stay angry with him for more than two days and she lost. She called Evan herself. As soon as she heard his voice, she started crying. Not a word of complaint was uttered. All she said was that she wanted to meet him and see him.

“Evan, I can't believe that I got to see you today.”  She said hugging him. Evan called her after

college and said he wanted to meet her even though they met yesterday, so she was happy.

“Selene there something I want to tell you.” Evan said with serious expressions.

There are few guys who saw us together. They have evidence and

they threaten me to show them to my wife. But they say that they won't say anything if you sleep with them.

“Evan…….” She couldn’t believe what she just heard; she felt the whole world crumbling down.

“You have to do this for us.”

She was shocked after hearing what Evan said.

"I can't do that Evan please…... I….." She pleaded.

“If you didn't do that then they will tell Maggie about our relationship and then I will lose everything my house, business. One of them is Meggie's good friend and business partner, she listens to him and if he told Meggie it’s all over. Can't you do this little for me? You say you'll do anything for me, or it was just a lie?”

“Evan please….. don't say that I…. I can't.”  She begged him wailing.

“Okay if you want me to lose all what I have, then go, I don't want to see your face again, get out.” He said in ice cold tone.

“Evan…. Please…….” She falls on the ground desperately crying.

Seeing Evan leave sad and angry with her, she felt cutting her heart with her own hands.

“Evan don't go please…. don't leave me." She reaches and grabbed his leg.

" Please don't be angry. I….I….will do whatever you say." She lost to her heart and agreed helplessly.
