Chapter 4 (The Truth)

After Kashiwagi got senseless he has no memory exactly

what happened after he saw Mr. Yomo’s arrival to save him. He got up suddenly

after sawing a dream.

-“Ah, I see you got up. And you know I had to do

babysitting all night.”

-“Mr. Yomo, what just happened? How come that human

tried to attack me with so high grade magic?”

-“Actually, those were not a bunch of high grade

magic. You thought because your power hasn’t woken up yet.”

-“My powers? I thought I have less mana in me?”

-“Don’t you think it’s suspicious? You can’t feel any

mana inside of you still you can use some low grade magic? And today you just

used a high grade magic where it’s hard for any pro to control?”

-“I, don’t know, what should I think or not. But today

what just happened is beyond explanation and what were you actually? How come

you’re so strong?”

-“Well, that’s a pretty harsh way to ask someone

especially who is your homeroom teacher, yo know? Well, what can I say much

now? You’re making my heart cry (with a crying face).”

-“Ah, Mr. Yomo. You know you’re my homeroom teacher?

And I guess you actually remember that I can tell when you fake your cry or

not?”

-“What! You’re saying that I’m faking my smile? That

is totally unacceptable Kashiwagi.”

Listening these Kashiwagi didn’t say anything else.

-“Well, now I guess it’s the time for me to actually

reveal myself.”

With a serious face Mr. Yomo started saying about his

flashback to Kashiwagi.

“ It was about 20 years ago. Your parents just got

married. Your mom, your dad and I were very close friends. There was one boywho

joined the Magic academy as a student like who had potential to become the

strongest magician of all time. I guess you remember the first king of our

country?”

-“ Yeah, I guess. It was maybe King Fredsim Augustus.”

Mr. Yomo with an angry face replies,

-“That’s what you know? I’ll sure beat you up. His

name is King Michel Augustus.”

-“Oh Yeah, I totally forgot, Sorry.”

-“Whatever, let me continue the flashback.”

-“Who actually wants to know your past, Duh?”

Mr. Yomo yells again,

-“What do you think of yourself?”

-“LOL.”

-“Whatever let me start again. At that time the top

magicians gave lectures in the magic academy which actually motivates the

student to become like the greatest. So, once or twice a week your parents went

to the academy in order to give lecture. Till now some of the newly joined

instructors takes some lectures from the greatest magicians of this time. But

no one actually knows who I really am.

The boy who joined the academy was only 15 years old.

He had both knowledge and power. He used to say,” I may have knowledge or

strength but I wanna know more. I wanna know how it really feels to be stronger

how it really feels to become invincible.” Those words still wander arounds my

head. I just feel like if I’ve never met him. I don’t know but your Haru Musuko

saw some potential in him and he also said that he could actually change the

thoughts of that guy. Your mom Sara Musuko supported your dad. All the other

instructors from seniors to junior and the others just disagreed to the fact

that this guy should remain in the academy as an instructor. He’ll put a bad

impact. Even I myself was supporting the other staffs. But your parents were so

stubborn. They just didn’t even hesitate to just disagree to their proposal and

refused it too.”

-"So then? What actually happened after then?”

“Your parents started to teach the student privately

and they also started giving lectures to the other students. I don’t know what

they were thinking while they just refused our advice but they requested me too

so that I also take care of that special child. I don’t know what they saw in

him but what I actually say is that this boy will bring a destruction in the

country in a negative way. So, when I went to teach him I just try to ignore

his behavior. So that, I can’t get into any type of conflict. He was so studios

and so much motivated to learn new types of magic that I was actually amazed.

That was the only thing that I actually liked in him otherwise I just hated all

his behavior. Oh, by the way. He was totally different from you when it comes

to learning new magic.”

-“Why do you always mock me in such a way?, Mr. Yomo.”

Kashiwagi yelled in such a voice that it felt like the

whole building started shaking.

-“Let me continue again. Now don’t say anything while

I’m talking.”

-“Okay, Carry on.”

-“Where was I? Oh yeah, I remember. Your mom, dad and

I started to teach him different types of magic and give lectures on how to use

and how to prevent them. Among all the student in the academy he was the most

talented one. At that time the toughest magic that was hard to prevent was fire

magic. The guys who were professional in this sort of magic can make any type

of structural weapon through fire. Now let me ask you a question. What will you

actually do if I thrown a sharp fire arrow towards you?”

-“What more? I will make a two layer of water barrier

to prevent that arrow.”

-“You are correct but if I continuously throw the same

arrow one by one then what will you do?”

-“That would be difficult to prevent as one layer of

water barrier requires a huge level of mana. So, in order to prevent it would

be difficult.”

-“That’s why you need to use water magic and wind

magic to prevent that fire arrow. Air magic or wind magic whatever you call it

doesn’t require that much of mana. So, you can easily create a huge wind barrier

along with one layer of water barrier so that you can put a stop to this magic.”

-“You can actually do that?”

-“Yeah, it was invented by Haru Musuko himself. But

this technique is also very much difficult to adapt but you know what? When

your parents were showing him that magic; he actually adapted it so quickly

that we were shocked. I just couldn’t believe that scene. Your mother was

always there to heal that boy so that he never gets hurt and dies. Your mother

Sara Musuko was that times greatest healer. No one could actually beat her in

healing capability and as well as she knew the basic magic: Earth, Fire, Wind,

Water which also came handy.

But what actually made us stunned that that boy could

actually adapt that technique just by seeing once. That made me believe that

he’s not an ordinary boy. He’s much much more than that. He has talent and he’s

also hard worker which made him totally exceptional than other boys.”

And So, Mr. Yomo continued to tell Kashiwagi about his

truth and the truth that was hidden from him. Actually he wanted to tell him

everything from the beginning but it was forbidden so now is the time for him

to know all.
