After hours of working the papers on the table seemed as if it was never ending despite Lily's strong willpower to finish everything as fast as possible.

Clutching the pen tightly Lily scooped a bunch of papers and smacked them to the ground.

"How is it possible to have this much work?! I feel like I'm the ruler of an empire even though I'm not!"

'I knew it! being a retired assassin is the best, I just need to spend the mountain of money reward I get after I pull their heads off.'

Before falling to the ground grandpa butler immediately catches the bunch and placed it back to its original position.

"Miss, to speak with honesty you do somewhat own a huge empire, but that is of a business empire."

Lily slumped in her chair at the butler's comment.

In the guest room a man in his mid fifties sat comfortably as he checked the time.

Shocked by Lily's overwhelming change, Mr. Guave unconsciously stood up and was at loss for words.

Not bothered by her so called 'uncle's' lousy movements Lily walked in and sat opposite where Mr. Guave sat.

"Mr. Guave. Have a seat."

Lily pointed at the seat as she crossed her legs elegantly.

"Ah... oh..."

'She called me 'Mr. Guave' not 'uncle'? was I mistaken?'

"What brings you here, uncle?"

'Ah.. so I was really mistaken. She's still the same Lily as before.'

"I heard that you were close to death so I pushed every work aside to come here and check if you and your brother is ok but not only were you late you even made me wait! Do you still consider me as your uncle?!"

'Heh! I was troubled of thinking of an excuse to get some money out of you but here you are presenting me an opportunity.'

The butler moved forward his trembling hand out of anger and placed the cup of warm milk in front of Lily.

"Thank you, butler."

Picking up her cup Lily took a sip and stared calmly at Mr. Guave.

'You heard I was close to death not poisoned? It must mean he was eagerly waiting for my death. Pushed every work? from my memories and the story, you haven't worked since you found out that the old Lily has a weak spot for family but the old Lily is gone now. What exactly did you put aside?

You were making things up while you did not even expressed your concern with my now white hair so you probably didn't even noticed it. Seriously are you dumb? 'I was late' and 'made you wait'? isn't it the same thing?'

Looking at the greedy face of Mr. Guave, Lily closed her eyes.

"Apologies."

"Hump! I was hurt! I won't accept it."

'Usually you'd give me gems worth a huge sum of money when I was unsatisfied. Hehehe I'm going to be rich again.'

"Then you may go back and calm yourself down until you accept my apology."

'I'm apologizing because this isn't the time to twist your neck off. I'm still weak if I do it now I won't have the energy to work.'

"I won't be satisfied with a few gems add a bit more - what?!"

Glaring at Lily Mr. Guave slammed the table hard.

"I said you may leave now."

Lily repeated calmly.

"You! How can you say that to your 'only' relative?!"

Placing the cup down Lily spoke in a serious tone.

"Since Mr. Guave visited during my working hours, which is with the identity of the head of the house then I must meet my guest as the head of the Edhiburgh family."

"What? your even talking nonsense now. Where is your brother I'll go talk to him instead."

'Now that you can't take something out of me, your brazenly going after my innocent little brother? hump! I won't let you!'

"What is there to talk about? you said you won't accept my apology then you may leave. I'm a bit busy since I was resting for the past days if there is nothing left to discuss then excuse me."

Lily said as she stood herself up and walked away to leave.

Both confused and overwhelmed by Lily's sudden change Mr. Guave yelled and attempted to grab Lily's shoulder.

"STOP!!!"

'You were 'resting'? then what was that rumors about you spending so much of 'my money' the day after you came back from the dead as if your life was on the line?!'

Swoosh!

Bang!

Dodging Mr. Guave, Lily side stepped, grabbed Mr. Guave's hand, twisted it behind him and pressed him on the ground face first.

Silence~

'Umm.. If I say that I didn't mean to do that and it was my assassin instinct would they believe me?'
