Lee Kai as a child secretly started building his foundation, as there were no lack of resources, he first took a lily flower which is ever very difficult to find in the upper realm to make his meridian easily adapted to the heaven and earth and start absorbing the qi around.

Having his other life memories what he need is not experience but building his foundation and cultivating to the peak again.

The final method need him to strengthen his body by 4 stage The Strength, the zone, The Matchless and the Invisible.
