Second floor-master bedroom:,Near the French window ,a person is standing and watching the morning sun...

"Mr.Williams",the secretary came inside the room ..

The person turned away ,,..He is a man who embodies perfect and unfaltering masculinity....any woman would kneel for him..Dressed in simple,pressed and collared royal blue Armani shirt, Marino Red tie just barely covers the Guimer belt...Dark leather shoes...But to William,Woman should be modesty, ,humility,not shrewd ,obedient to him,dependent on him ..He hates a woman with tough,High powered, highly successful hard-nosed modern ,smart and sasy woman.. especially a woman entrepreneur..So,his woman should be submissive to him..

"Mr. Williams,Madam asked you to join for the lunch," waiting calmly for his boss to speak.

"Sure Albert,inform.. I will be joining my family",said William Arthur.

"Yes Mr.Williams","your breakfast is ready".

William came down to the dining area...Mr.Alex,the housekeeper served him with Cheese,Crusty bread and jam, soft boiled egg and always served with a small glass of fresh orange juice, ,Potato scone and Tomato salad cherry tomatoes, extra ****** olive oil, salt, pepper and a touch of lemon juice.,

Arthur family is known for its aircrafts and airlines business..They own Aerotech and one of the leading aircraft manufacturers..32 yr old William Arthur,Son of Mr.Victor Arthur and Anne Arthur..He is the only son of the couple and next successor to the AEROTECH ..He created AIR SKY airlines on his own and runs it ..

After finishing his breakfast,William set off to his company along with his secretary...

William's office,AIR SKY HEADQUARTERS is located in the Montpellier city..

CONFERENCE HALL OF AIR SKY: "Mr.Willaims,the last month reports says that we have slight decline in the cause marketing of our private airlines.",said Mr.Paul,AIR SKY marketing director..

"This month we have to plan something new to reach the customers",Mr.William asked his team..

"We are strong in relationship and security marketing",said Mr.Liam,the Customers managing department head...

"We can increase the Passenger services..So that it will reach the public cause",said Mr.Noah,Administrative head..and Williams friend.He together worked with William to build this Airlines company..Both knew each other since college and graduated from same university.

"No,I need new changes,"William said.

"Something that will increase the social marketing...The main marketing strategy in aerospace and aviation industries is to design a product that consumers did not explicitly request. The challenge of course is to get out in front of consumers; to extrapolate and infer future customer needs.understand this concept well..And bring out your new ideas..",William said.

"I will give you 3 hours to discuss ..I want a new which we haven't done before..",William said and left the hall..

William entered his office in the top floor...He sat in his high gloss wood desk..A magazine displaying AIR SKY AIRLINES along with its crew..The uniform of the crew catched his eyes...

He took the intercom and called,"Albert,tell the marketing team to assemble in the conference Hall..Meeting in 10 mins".

"Boss,you said 3 hrs ,but only half an hour had passed..They probably won't come with proposal...",Albert said..

"No questions allowed..Assemble in 10 mins"

"Okay Mr.Williams..,I will inform them",Albert said .

"What did Mr.Williams say!!",Asked Ms.Sophie,the President office receptionist..

"He said meeting in 10 mins",Albert said and left to inform the marketing team..

The phone in the 4 th floor ringed..

"Hello,This is Albert,"

"Yes,Mr.Albert,This is Olivia",Mr.Paul's secretary answered the phone.

"Assemble in the hall within 10 mins,Mr.Willaims' order",Albert informed..

Olivia ran into the Paul's room and,"Meeting in 10 mins"...

Everyone turned and looked Olivia in shock..

"WHAT??",everyone asked ..

"No idea",Olivia replied ..

Conference Hall:

Everyone is panicking including Mr.Paul and Mr.Liam."We are screwed..We have no new proposal..","I think our salary for this month will be deducted.."Everyone in the team started to discuss..

"Hrmm.Hrmm",!!

Mr.William settled in his seat..

"Mr.Williams,we are extremely sorry..We thought you really gave us 3 hours..but suddenly you called us..so we are out of ideas",Mr.Paul started..William glanced Everyone and they seemed to be sitting under a great pressure.

William threw the magazine over the table..

"Tell me what you see Mr.Paul,"He said.

Paul took the magazine and flipped through it without knowing what to say..

"HMM..This is our airlines magazine Mr.Williams.But We Don't know what you are planning",Mr.Liam said.

"I'm planning to change the crew's uniform..It should be able to reach the customers what we are ..It's been four years since we had changed..We have to give something new and eye-catching...Okay",William finished.

"Yes Mr.William,Its a good choice to change the code ",Mr.Liam agreed.

"We can change the design pattern to something new and comfortable apart from these regular airlines outfit..",Mr.Noah told .

"You are right Noah, We should be the first to introduce something new and unique in the airlines business.",William asked the team.

"Check this news Mr.William.,"Mr.Paul handed over this laptop and played a video..

"What's this,"he asked.

"A new fabric LYOCELL AND HEMP is being launched by a brand AIDAA into the fashion industry.This fabric is purely a vegan product..I only know this..This is the recent trending news in the country.",Mr.Paul told.

"But as far as I know this fabric is a sole product of that brand..They have the patent and copyrights.They won't give the fabric to others..",Noah explained to William.

"You all are very eager to change the fabric..What's so special in this product..We are discussing how to change the airlines dress and out of the topic you are interested in some fashion company. "Willaim said in angry tone.

"Ya William,I agree with you..Even if we are planning to use this product,We have to give this project to AIDAA for both design and fabric",Noah said.

"Okay, We can give this project to them to design..Nice idea,New fabric and new design..We can ask them to produce clothes for our crew..,I agree.."William said.

"Okay,Mr.Liam and your team have to prepare the dossiers for this project about how many products we need ,what are our requirements.You are in charge of this project and arrange a meeting with them, ask the designers for that company to produce the sample designs within one week..So,The meeting is finished",William said and stood up.

Suddenly Noah interrupted,"William,Wait"

"WHAT NOAH,You have any new proposal",William asked.

"Its not that easy William.You must know that company is a high end fashion brand..They won't take projects like this ..This fabric is a newly launched ,just yesterday. You can't have everything your way William"

"Thats why I asked Mr.Liam to deal with this",William said.

"Look Noah,I don't have time. I am flying to California this Evening for work..Now I am meeting my family.Mr.Liam arrange everything and inform me",William said and left with Albert.
