Candle's swoosh

Golden rays pass through a french window. The sunlight was warm and soft.

it almost felt like the sunlight was delicious. It was majestic.

A person with a height of 160 cm was standing in front of the window. He looks somewhat he is deep in thoughts. Starring at the garden, he stood quietly with elegance.

Goldens shafts touched the person's outline. Quiet it might subsist, but deep thoughts reverberated loudly in his head; dissociating it seems.

Behind that person's contour, Long shadows crawled out of the person's foot. Like a huge burden was being prevailed.

Asking for help, trying to scape.

Like the moon In full bloom, skin as flawless and as pale as white. It reflected the golden glints with elegance.

Pursed pink lips, emotions denied. That's how he portrayed himself.

Aloft that perfectly angled nose, eyebrows as calm as the water. Eyelashes fluttered like a butterfly; gracefully, calmly, elegantly.

Under that elegant lashes, Lies the contrast of life.

Deep brown eyes showed innocence, yet no signs of life left. It seems like the owner has been suffering in silence; Crying in pain.

Beneath those eyes lies a soul; pained, wretched, pitiable.

The picture of the energizing sunbeams is a huge contrast on his build. Happiness and fret in one picture.

It has been seven years yet the unbreakable barrier between Jasper Arde and Timothy Tyller shows no signs of breaking.

No love materialized between.

That's not what he thought. Jasper's effort was in vain.

Attempting to form a connection. It backlashed, He was stung in return.

"Years have passed, I'm still a loser." Jasper laughed in dismay.

His soft voice travelled in the room.

"I shouldn't be this too dramatic. It's my fault anyway" He mumbled as he let out a sigh.

He smiled. He seems to notice a person standing in the door as if watching the scene.

The picture of the sunlight perfectly fitted his smiling face. All the past sorrows vanished with his smile. A mask was worn.

"What are you doing there so early in the morning?" Timothy asked as he leaned at the entrance.

"Timothy?" Jasper replied

Those wrinkled thick eyebrows dissipated in an instant. All that is left is the glimpse of those serene brown eyes; sweet, satisfying.

Timothy raised an eyebrow for a delayed moment. It seems like he already knows what Jasper might say.

"Do you love me now?" Those words slipped out of jaspers pink lips effortlessly.

words He kept repeating every day for almost 7 years.

"..." Timothy stayed silent. Cold, emotionless; is what he portrayed.

words kept repeated for seven years

yet...

left unanswered.

Those bold eyebrows showed no signs of sensitivities.

Those deep black eyes; hallow, bold, hot. An eye that seems to see and pierce through your soul. An eye that can strip you just by glimpse.

Between those eyes, tall nose bridge resides. His perfectly angled nose fits his physique.

Chest puffing with confidence. Body radiating with youthful energy; hot, bloodthirsty.

Height reaching 180 cm. Which also is a factor in that dominant aura emanating from him.

Every detail on him seems perfect. Yet, something seems missing.

"Are you daydreaming again? snap out of it" cold low voice reverberated in the room.

Jasper came back to reality. All his thoughts disappeared. For a moment his it seems like his mask fled from his character.

All that is left is his eyes: empty; waiting for a reply. A reply he has been searching for years.

But reality always loves to feel hostility toward expectation.

"I'm sorry, I'm just thinking if where we might celebrate our anniversary," Jasper explained.

"We've been celebrating our anniversary vacationing, But this time I would just love to have a dinner date with you," he added.

"Well, If that's what you want, Then it's up to you. Tell me the location and I'll have it closed" Timothy answered back like it's the most natural thing to do.

I should've got used to this scenario. nonetheless you've been like that for almost seven years. What's there to be unhappy for. Just by looking at your reaction. I'm sure you haven't thought of our anniversary again. At least I've got what I wanted.

I've got it right?

right...?

-day of the anniversary-

Jasper suits his outfit. his vibe and aura sure always exhibits serenity.

A vibe that has been covering his damaged soul.

Timothy always shows the cold feeling around him.

Bold as black, cold as ice. He always pondered emotionlessness as his benchmark.

No trace of happiness. No trace of, a smile.

Maybe it's my fault that he lost those smile. Jasper thought.

He gave the bouquet to jasper.

He again released the annoying "the most natural thing to do in the world" vibe.

"Thank you, babe" With a smile reaching his ear, Jasper replied full of happiness. He then tiptoed and kissed Timothy.

"Do you love me now?" He asked.

Silence...

A deafening silence.

Again, heart throbbing in pain

"Nevermind what I've just muttered. auh, I'm really bad at this. I'm ruining the mood again." He added.

"Enough, Let's enter" He retorted

They walked through these luxurious gates.

Golden lines crawled up the ceilings. Chandelier, Refracted lights like diamonds. Walls designed with paintings satisfying the sight of the observer. lights combined with the perfect arrangement of furniture made the restaurant-worthy for its high payment standard. Even the scent of this place is luxurious.

After some time they finished having dinner.

They got to the parking lot and decided to go home.

"Timothy..." in a brief moment, Those brown eyes lost its spirit.

All those determination turned into pure tears.

Serene tears full of love. Love that is hanging by a tiny thread of hope. Hope that he had been keeping for years.

"I love you." Words full of honesty. Words directed towards Timothy. Words that he had been keeping for years. If let out things would change; rather would end.

Brave as it seems. Jasper whispered to Timothy.

He tried to overcome the barrier. Break the ice and share his warmth to him.

"I haven't forgotten what we had agreed on seven years ago. I know that no love must form between us. Unless it's you who started it. But please just this time can you please answer my question?" with a raspy voice, weeping in pain, he mumbled.

"Do... do you... Do you love me now?" He pleaded. with the last string of hope, He tried to search for an answer.

"Stop this drama, Jasper. Why are you so dramatic. Did I not given you enough." He replied in a cold voice.

Jasper's head hunched. He knew that his life as an omega would turn out to be miserable. But he hasn't expected that it would even surpass his expectation. Did commit a heinous crime in his past life?

"I thought we've agreed on this seven years ago. I hope you haven't forgotten what we've agreed on the contract. If ever you've forgotten it, I still have the original copy. As long as I'm not asking it my answer will stay no." He answered.

Pain...

Chest throbbing in pain...

That's what Jasper feels. He thought he had done enough. He cooked for him, Served him, changed for him, and even offered his body just for him.

Yet every day the answer to his question still; didn't change.

"I've had enough..." He mumbled

"Why are acting like this? Stop this already. I've already given you what you need. If you don't want to mess things up just get in the car and we'll go home" Timothy replied. With a slightly irritated voice.

"I'm sorry but I've had enough Timothy..." He replied with a sweet smile.

"This pain keeps corroding my soul for years. I've already realized now that if you can't love me, then I'll have to accept reality and just move on. maybe one day I'll find the one who'll truly love me." I know It'll be hard at first but I know I'll get used to this. I'm so dumb that I've just realized this. F*CK*n loser.

"Will you shut up. Don't act like a victim here. It's your fault since the beginning anyway. Who'll love a love thirsting omega? Do you want to stop this? As if you have a house to go home to. You don't even have a friend."

Swack!

A slap reverberated in the air. Jasper's palm left a red mark on Timothy's face.

"I know it's my fault. But It's none of your business to meddle in my life especially you don't even consider me as your wife. F*c* your family. You thought I didn't know about your plan. Your planning a divorce right? Lucky you 'cause I'm breaking up with you. I'll find someone who'll give me the affection that you said I'm thirsting for. I thought you're different from every other alpha. But turns out your also one of them."

Jasper walked out of anger and distress.

"F*CK! Stop right there!" Timothy shouted.

He can't make Jasper stop. He released his aura but it didn't reach jasper even for a bit.

He chased him out of anger.

Near the crosswalk, Timothy's aura reached Jasper's range.

Jasper froze in an instant. He can't handle his mate's aura. Still weeping he tried his best to resist but he can't.

"Where do you think you're going? Do you think you can just run away? Dream on. It's bad at the beginning that your eavesdropping at our conversation. but on top of that. You're even formulating words so you can have reason to breach the contract. How will I punish you" Timothy stated as he was walking towards Jasper

"Guess I'll think of it~~ watch out."

Heat engulfed my body.

A blinding light penetrated my sight.

Timothy's scent is all I last remembered.

And after that...

Darkness...
