Brother's Love Affair

I saw Betty running fast to me again early in the morning. She's gasping for breath when she reached me.

She whispered, "your brother has a gf?"

"No, he doesn't have. Why you asked? You want to apply? I will tell him you have a crush on him!", I teased.

Betty flushed. "Stop. I saw him talking to a girl and I seen them thrice already. Once in Cafeteria, yesterday in the Library and now they are talking near the locker room"

"So? A classmate?"

"No, maybe a gf.", Betty insisted and pulled me to where Ethan and the girl is.

We slowly went to the locker room and took a peek and I saw my Eldest Brother talking to a girl. They laughed and afterwards walked away. We automatically walked behind their backs. I feel like a spy. Spying on Ethan. I shookt my head. I think I'm being exposed too much in Edwards's hobby in action film.

Ethan suddenly looked back and saw us. I swear, Ethan is like a highly skilled assassin. You can't spy on him!

"What are you doing here?", he asked looking at me.

"Is she your gf?", I asked curiously and looked at the girl.

Ethan pulled my hair slightly and said annoyingly, "What are you saying? You are still young to know this kind of things!"

"I will tell Mom and Dad!", I shouted then ran.

Panting in our classroom Betty said, "See, i told you!"

I smiled and replied, "I will tell Mom. If only they allow me to have a cellphone I would have already called them!"

Fixing my uniform and walking to my desk, i asked Betty, "Beth, are you sad that my brother has a gf?"

"We are still young. They will breakup soon when I grow up Ethan will see how beautiful I am!", she proclaimed proudly.

I sat on my desk and thinks, what it feels like to have a gf or bf? Is it more fun than having brothers? Will bf gives him sour strips? Will play dress up with her?

In dinner time.

"How's your day kids?", my father asked.

"Ethan has a gf! I saw it!", I announced in the dining table.

Ethan choked up and flushed so red he is like a tomato. "Shut up Niz."

"Really Ethan? Is my first born a man now? When will we meet her?", my mom asked.

"Don't believe her Mom. It's nonsense. She is just my classmate."

"Mom, Evan has a gf! I saw him holding hands with a girl in the Cafeteria!", Edward shouted.

"I am not! Edward has a crush on a teacher!", Evan retaliated.

"Mom, is it fun to have a gf?", I asked.

"Sweety, you are just 8yrs old. Don't think about it. When you grow up, you will know. Right Daddy?" then my Mom winked at him.

"She is only allowed to have a bf when she is 30 years old!"
