A person is watching the goggle maps projected on a big screen. Who is that person?

It's Dhurandhar Dhar, the finest reporter of a daily newspaper the 'Double Check'. He is in his lab. It's obviously a laboratory, where he stores every bit of information of past crimes happening overall the world. He is really good at it.

Dhurandhar Dhar made this in his own house. And now he is projecting the Google maps on a giant screen. But, what was he watching over there?

Some marked out points and their exact locations on the map. Actually there are 14 specific dots. These dots have special significance for sure.

There are so far 14 incidents has been reported as the night mishaps in the city. Those dots indicate the exact locations of those incidents.

Local police station gave this information to Dhurandhar only in one condition. If any progress happens then he has to inform the police first. For obvious reasons, police will solve the case or atleast take the credit and then reporter can interview them. Dhurandhar smiled then and took the information about ongoing murders. He doesn't want fame, his only interest is in solving the case. He likes to utilise his brain.

Now after watching, these dots closely for sometime he is sure about one thing. There are some dots which are connected in a certain way.

Whenever this type of continuous murder happens, the most significant points come in two aspects. First where that whole thing started and secondly in which area it's happening the most.

'Police were saying that the 'Bidrohi Lane' case was the first of this chain. But, you can't be sure about that. Because, maybe the first case is not reported at all. And if that is what happened, then the Bidrohi Lane murder is not the first case and for that sole reason I can't look over it for now at least. Though I have another aspect to investigate', Mr. Dhar kept thinking hard.

And now as he decided to jump on the 2nd aspect, he zooms on the points which are very close in the maps or atleast showing a pattern. Yes, Dhurandhar has found a specific shape there. 8 out of the 14 points are there in a circular way standing on the map, while the other 6 points are just randomly spreaded throughout a large area. Mr. Dhar connects those dots to draw the specific circle. And now, it's time for the obvious work.

Dhurandhar Dhar further zooms the area to clearly visualise the centre of that circle and finally marks one specific building as the central point of those 8 murders. A peculiar smile was there on his face. That's natural as he has found a proper point from where he can actually start his journey. But, What is that place? The reader obviously has the right to know.
