Episode 19

Capitolo Sedici

Bank Bar is only for retired party people. I looked for Daniel and Aldrin, I saw them near the counter. I immediately went to them, I sat in the empty seat at their table.

“Hey!” I said. They immediately looked at me. They arched their brows on me.

“Scammer,” Aldrin muttered at me.

“Tsk. So, what's the tea?” I asked them. They wouldn't come in this kind of bar if there's no reason. They'll go in other bar to hook some girls, to party.

“Nothing. We just want to get wasted,” he replied on me, he bottoms up the shot glass. I shook my head at what he had said, I put Black Label on another shot glass. I drank it immediately.

“What is it? Spill the tea,” repeatedly asked him. He glared at me, I glared at him too. Daniel approached me.

“Broken,” he whispered on my ear. I chuckled on what he had said.

“You're not suited in this kind of bar, bro,” I teased Aldrin.

“I don't know what to do--” I cut him off.

“I don't know what to do without you, ey ey,” I said. They're both burst in laughter, I rolled my eyes on them. They're punks!

“What about you? Why are you here?” Daniel asked me. I pointed Aldrin as my answer to his question.

“He invited me here, why? Don't you want me here?” I asked him.

“Nothing. It's just new that you came here, in this kind of bar. You can't hook up some girls here.” He said. I smirked on what he had said.

“You're not sure,” I winked at him. He rolled his eyes at me. We just kept drinking.

When we ran out of the Black Label they took earlier, we ordered another one. I only drank a little, they were already drink a lot. Goodness, they invited me here to send them home!

What kind of friends are they ?!

I called the waiter, to get our bill. This is unfair, if only I would pay for it. Daniel arched his brow on me. When I raised my hand to get the attention of the waiter.

“What?” I asked him.

“Seguristt huh?” He said. I frowned on what he had said on me.

“It's unfair if I'm the one who going to pay for our bill, it's good to be sure,” I said. The waiter came on our table.

“Yes Sir, just wait a minute,” he said. I nodded at him, I waited for him to arrived with our bill. I looked at the total. It's 11,080 pesos, a coin for us.

“How much?” Daniel asked me. I smirked at him.

“Well, let's pay 3,700 pesos.” I said. He nodded at me, he took his wallet and get four blue bills. He gave it to me.

“Keep the change,” he said, and he bottoms up his drinks. Aldrin handed me 3,500 pesos.

“Hey! You should pay here fairly!” I exclaimed at him. He glanced at me.

“He gave you four thousand pesos, it's enough to cover up my less contribution,” he pointed Daniel. I sighed on what he had said.

Damn it! He's so stingy!

I took four thousand pesos from my wallet. I gave it to the waiter.

“Keep the change,” I said on me.

“Thank you, Sir,” he thanked me. I just smiled at him, he left our table.

I took our pick, I eat it. It was just a little. I glanced at Aldrin, who was already bent over the table.

Wasted ....

When I glanced at Daniel, he's still drinking. I raised my hand again to get the attention of the waiter. I waited for a few minutes, he asked me what I needed.

“A pitcher of cold water,” I said. He immediately nodded at me and left our table. I didn't drink anymore. When I looked at Daniel, he frowned.

“What?” He muttered.

“Nothing, I will take the both of you to your condo,” I said. He just nodded at me and continued drinking.

“What's your real problem?” I asked him. He shook his head as his response on me.

“Nothing...really, I just want to get wasted,” he said. I arched my brows on what he had said.

The waiter arrived at our table, he immediately placed the pitcher of cold water on the table.

“Thanks,” I said. He just nodded at me and left our table. I went to Aldrin, I put some cold water in a glass. I tapped him on the shoulder to wake him up.

He slightly opened his eyes, he looked at his surroundings.

“Drink this cold water to sober you up,” I said. He straightened up and took the glass of water from me. He drank it immediately, when he ran out of water he returned it to me. I put some cold water again, I gave it to Daniel. He frowned on me, I arched my brows on him.

“What's this?” He asked me.

“I guess, it's a glass of cold water,” I sarcastically said at him. He rolled his eyes on me.

“Dimwit! What I mean, what am I going to do here?” He irritatedly said on me.

“Pour it to yourself,” I said. He shook his head, he bottoms up his drinks. He didn't drink the cold water that I gave at him.

“Stupid ass, you're probably going to drink that, to sober you up,” I said. I drink some cold water to sober up, too. He drank the glass of cold water I gave him.

“Let's go, just take us home to my condo,” he said. I nodded at him. I called two bouncers to carry Aldrin into the parking lot. When we got to the parking lot, they sat in the back seat. I gave the two bouncers a tip.

“What about your car?” I asked him.

“We'll just take it tomorrow, it won't go away,” he said. I nodded at him, I started the engine and went to his condominium.

Less than half an hour, we are here in the parking lot of his condominium. Daniel and I worked together to carry Aldrin. He pressed his floor number. When we were on the right floor we went out. We immediately went to his unit, he opened it, and we went inside.

“Where will it sleep?” I asked him.

“Guest room,” he said. We went to his guest room, we dropped Aldrin on the bed.

“I'm leaving,” I said. He nodded at me. I went out of his unit. I went to the parking lot.

I started the engine and went to her condominium. I parked my car on the parking lot. I pressed the floor number where her unit was.

When I'm already at the right floor, I immediately went to her unit. I knocked on the door of her unit.

I waited a few minutes before she opened the door.

“Why did you take so long to open the ---,” I didn't continue what I'm about to say, I was surprised by what he was wearing.
