When we’re the next to order, he asked me first “What do you want, love?” I don’t know but my heart felt relieved when he called me love. I Bended to his side to the monitor to order, he looked shocked but he didn’t talked instead he lowered her seat to draw distance from me. Because of that I felt some pain somewhere but I just wash it off my mind

“5 pcs pancakes, 1 large Iced-coffee, 1 BFF Fries and… What do you want?” I turned to look at him. After we ordered, he started to drive again to my school. I instructed him to park at the parking area near a tree and he obliged without even saying something. After he parked, he then looked at me maybe confused why I’m not going down the car but he didn’t talk. Instead, he got my bag and food then got down the car. I picked his food and followed him outside.

He locked the car then waited for me to walk to him but I didn’t, I walked all the way to the tree and sat down under it. He then walked towards me confused “What are you doing?” He asked. I smiled at him before tapping the grass beside me telling him to sit beside me. Even if he is confused, he still sat beside me. Why is he so obedient?

“Why are we sitting here?” he gently asked again “Let’s eat” I answered the get the paper bag he’s holding “What?” he asked again still confused “we’ll eat here together” answered then give his burger and coffee to him “I’m allowed?” he gently asked “Yes, ofcourse” I answered while sipping my coffee “Thank you, love” He said then kissed my forehead. I suddenly stopped sipping because my heart started to act strange but I just ignored it. “So, how come you are from the book?” I started to asked while we eat “You brought me here” he answered casually “How did I do that? If you’re from the book, how come you have a company here?” I asked “The book changed some things ofcourse” he answered

“What do you know about me?” I asked again “I know all about you, love” He answered then wiped the syrup left on the side of my lips. For the third time, my heart started to act weird again. It thump really fast like I ran a few meters. “let me wipe it. You’re beautiful, love” he added making my heart thump more faster than ever

Even if he started eating again, my heart beat didn’t slow down. I closed my eyes for a moment to relax but he won’t really let me “Love, why are your face so red?” he asked innocently while chewing his food. I covered my face with my both hands so he wouldn’t see my face but he bended closer to look at my face clearly “Are you sick? Or…” I didn’t let him finish his sentence

“No! It’s quite hot in here so my skin is starting to burn” I lied while laughing that sounded nervous “But we’re under a tree” he pointed out “my skin is sensitive you know” I lied again “Do you want me go cover you so your face won’t burn?” he offered then moved close but I bended down a little to draw distance “No, thank you”. I answered without looking at him

“Okay, fine” He then sat properly and continued eating. I blew a relieved sigh because he’s a little far now. “I think I like your pancake, can you give me a little bit?” he asked then motioned me to put it directly on his mouth. I thought of disagreeing but then get a little bit of pancake with a little syrup then put it in his mouth and he chewed it happily so I laughed “You looked like a baby” I commented pointing him “Yeah, your baby”

I suddenly stopped laughing and looked away “Your burger also looks yummy” I commented changing the topic “you want some? You can bite” he offered giving me his burger “Uhm” I hesitated for a moment but he pushed it a little closer to me “It’s good you know” he told me so I took a small bite on his burger, it’s actually good but this is a little awkward.

I looked at him, he’s now smiling at me while I’m chewing his burger “Why are you smiling? Did this fell down and you let me ate it?” I accused him “No, ofcourse not. Why would I do that to you” He said still smiling. “then why are you smiling?” I asked again a little impatient now “It’s just that you bite on my burger, it looked like a indirect kiss” he said that caused me to choke so I started coughing “hey hey! What happened?” He asked then give me my drink

I coughed a little bit more before finally recovered “What did you say?!” I asked again “Uh we looked like had a indirect kiss?” he answered in question. My face started to heat again so I looked away while avoiding to stutter “D-don’t T-talk L-like t-that I-it -I-is indecent” I commented “Sorry, love” he apologized immediately

“Anyway, I forgot to give you something” He stand then walk to his car and get something inside “What is it?” I asked, a little curious. “This one” He closed his car and gave me a brand new IPhone “What’s that?” I asked “This is your new phone. Take note, don’t save others man’s number except your family” He instructed “So, I won’t save your number?” I confirmed

“Ofcourse not! I already saved my number there. It was named ‘love’ by the way” He announced “okay” I agreed then put the phone on my tote bag “You wouldn’t disagree?” he asked “No, this phone is from you so you have a special treatment on my phone” I explained to him. He smiled then covered his face with both of his hands “What are you doing?” I asked. He’s weird

“I’m shy” He answered then smiled again his face was burning “Stop that! I’ll leave you here” I warned him “Okay, I’m sorry. It’s just that I get excited to buy things for you” He explained to me “Why do you want to buy things for me? I can buy it myself, you know?” I asked him. I don’t know but I am waiting for him to answer that he cares or anything but ofcourse that is not right.

“I kinda like your special treatment thing so I’m planning to work harder so I’m going to buy all you want and need to avail you special treatment. Take note, I should be the only one given that treatment. Okay?” He explained “I don’t know… “ I teased him but shocked by his sudden movement. He moved his face closer to mine, 2 inches exactly away from me.

“W-what are y-you doing?” I asked, stuttering a bit. He’s just looking at me intently. He brows knitted together, he looked like a kid who lost his candy because someone get it and I looked like the thief here! “Are you gonna cheat on me, love? Don’t do it, okay? I’ll be really hurt. I’ll cry” He said then pouted. Hey! He’s using his baby mode! He’s cheating to get me agree.

I patted his head purely affected by his act. “I’m just teasing you” I said “Oh, it’s already time for me to go in. I’ll go now” I added, looking at my watch “ I can accompany you till there” He offered but I disagreed. “I can do it by myself” I assured him “But now you have me…” he pointed out

I just smiled at him and hugged him. He froze for a moment before he hugged me back “Thank you” I whispered “For what?” he whispered back “For being with me” I answered then tiptoed to kiss his cheek. “Bye” I said then started to run.
