Episode 4

In the inner forest of planet Zhu, Bai Yuyan and Qi Ai are having an intense battle with a grub of thorn beast. Bai Yuyan uses his wood skills to create elastic and strong vines to withstand the thorn beasts.

The thorn beast is a beast that looks like a gorilla with thorns on its head and palms. They used to move in groups and were very aggressive. If humans or other creatures approach their group, they will immediately be aggressive and will attack anyone.

Right now Bai Yuyan and Qi Ai are fighting them. Suddenly one of them, who was the leader, took out all the thorns on his body and started attacking Bai Yuyan from a distance then turned around in a proud and victorious manner.

qi ai that was still in its master's hand immediately sensed and opened the bamboo barrier. Although the bamboo barrier did not look strong at all, its power was the opposite. The bamboo guard that qi ai uses is made of selected bamboo planted in heaven with anti-evil powers.

(*A/n: I personally call this dish spicy shredded chicken because my mom always makes it. And this one is one of my favourite dishes. I don't know where this dish comes from but my cousin always cooks this dish when he comes to my house*).

It's a unique variation but, of course, delicious. And Qi Ai beside him while eating bamboo sticks from his space.

*n: I used "it" to qi ai so you are not confused*.

Bai Yuyan now has great control over his power. His mana also had a great upgrade. He is now already level E tier 3. Soon he would break through to level D. He was so excited that he forgot that he still had one more problem he should think of.

Because monsters and zarq run rampant at unocupped stars and planets, bai yuyan has to deal with many visitors. And because he killed a lot of monsters today, he can advanced to level E faster than normal people.

But of course he didn't know about it because our guide also didn't do it job well.

Abilities users can only have a maximum of 3 elements. Being the triple element is really rare. There is only one or two around the world.

and Bai Yuyan could be said to be a Triple Abilities User. One is a common wood element, his space also can be said to be a rare element, and the last one is appraisal. Which is really rare among living beings.

His appraisal element/skill is still a beginner. So it can only be used for appraising plants and level E beasts. Even so, it was already soo amazing.

Because he can get to know many new plants and other beasts. Even if his appraisal can only show plant and level E beast name and tier. It's still really useful. Although he doesn't know which is poison or edible.....

After lunch, bai yuyan started his daily routine until night. He cooked fish Chinese food (*that I didn't know what it was called), and spicy noodles. And when to his space.

He also took the lazy ginger cat he found on the tree to his space to try if living being other than him and qi ai can stay or not. After leaving the lazy cat alone in his villa, he started to take care of his lovely crops and plant the exotic plant he found on the way.

After finishing farming in his villa page, Bai Yuyan remembered the time and got out of space. he called out qi ai to ask him more about his duties in this world.

According to Qi Ai, his job is as a guide for him is to accompany him to live with peace of mind until Bai Yuyan no longer needs him.

"Oh yes, master! I just remembered that God left a gift for you. This, the gift!". exclaimed Qi Ai just remembering what God said.

immediately appears a hologram of the gift box with the "open" button. Bai Yuyan glanced at Qi Ai, who was still looking at him seriously, and then touched the "Open" button. After that, a polite female voice said "congratulations on receiving the first prize from God" and a list of the prize issues was displayed on the hologram screen.

Gift from God:

1. 2 mysterious books.

2. the divine beast egg.

3. divine body constitution.

Bai Yuyan was shocked at the generous gift from God. He couldn't think any of this was given to him. especially those 2 mysterious books.

The two books have different covers. one red cover, and the other brown cover. On the cover of the brown book was written "Techniques and Skills for the Abilities Users". and the red one is inscribed in large black letters "Mystery of the Apocalypse".

From the title alone, one can feel the seriousness and importance of the two books which can explain the secrets of history and shock the universe.

He gently touched the cover of the red book and slowly opened it. The inside page is really different from what he images. All the pages are plain white paper with a red motif like blood and pictures of the world during the Day of Judgment stuck at the side.

The first page contains an introduction to evil energy centered on a passive mountain on earth.

The evil energy centered on the mountain increases every year until it finally erupts hot larvae containing the zombie venom that we have until now. Living things near the mountain will breathe in the volcanic ash which also carries zombie poison and will experience high fever non-stop until the night of the blood moon arrives.

After the night of the blood moon passes, the next day, the living things that have a fever due to zombie poison will all turn into zombies simultaneously.

The sad and painful cries of the humans who were prey on by the zombies cannot be denied. Starting from there, the zombies began to be rampant. with the mutant plants and animals that emerged afterward adding to the destruction of mankind.

slowly humans began to adapt to the apocalypse conditions and some humans began to notice the changes in their bodies. from those who couldn't run to become fast runners, also some who realized that they could control certain elements.

The world keeps changing. technological advances that are becoming very fast because humans are starting to work harder and depend on each other. A third of the human population who have turned into zombies is a shame. but life must go on regardless of the obstacles.

The next few pages are about evolved zombies, mutant plants and animals. The evolved zombies have the same stage as human abilities user level. The zombies would it their own kind to upgrade their level. All zombies who still level F to D have no thoughts or IQ & EQ like humans. They would go with their instinct to kill humans and their kin for power.

Those who had already had intellect would be the zombie king to command them. It's all about the stronger eating the weak.

All of these pages were about zombies, plants and animal mutation. And the last page is about evil energy that surrounds the earth. You can't connect them with logic. There is no logic in apocalypse.

Bai Yuyan read all the information from the red book with troubled expressions. He really didn't expect that something like devil, apocalypse or something would happen to human kinsfolk in this world.

Although this all happened hundreds of years ago, he always felt that this world could face such an apocalypse again. In this world, nothing is impossible.

If he himself could come to this world after dying with a new body, that would happen, right? zombies or something that disturbs the living things in this world come again.
