Episode 7

Gracie' POV

As we were walking to lunch I notice Sophia trip then Cristian catching her in a flash as I leap out to help my jaw drops instead, I see Nadia and for some reason she doesn't wear the slightest hint of emotion. My mind wonders as I feel uneasy seeing not the least bit of concern on Nadia' face from Sophia' accident. Instantly she rushes to Sophia' side as she growls in Cristian' direction saying "Watch it you could have hurt her" he begins to get angry when he notices her eyes on someone behind him. Cristian turns his head to the girls snickering behind him as they notice him looking at them they make an apologetic doll face as two of them say in unison "Oops we didn't notice how much of a klutz your little friend is our apologies " then continue snickering as she hands me Sophia quickly then grips the two by the collar. "Oh no you shouldn't feel any remorse you ugly brats but you better feel goddamn afraid after I'm done with both of you" She says with a fearsome expression as I warn her that the teachers might come she lets them go pushing them away causing them to spill their lunch all over themselves. Nadia guides Sophia to the lunch table as we continue to walk to the lunch line laughing at their reaction as they huffed off one in tears and the other was pouting, I grabbed a tray for Sophia. When I get to the table Nadia gets up and walks out the cafeteria making Cristian turn his head in curiosity making me shrug it off continuing to eat. After some time the lunch bell rang stating that lunch time was over causing me to realize that Nadia hadn't come back after leaving causing me to stand up quickly but Jimmy ends up getting up to leave so he could go find Nadia, I assumed it was a request from Cristian since they were whispering to each other very seriously. So I grab Sophia' tray and mine throwing them away then going to her side helping her up which makes her shake her head saying "I'm fine I can walk and get up on my own you know stop worrying so much Grace", I nod and let her walk but stay close to her side just in case. We head out of the cafeteria as we make it out we find a huge crowd surrounding the girls bathroom When suddenly a chill goes down my spine thinking "Oh god no! Nadia would never...would she..?

Jimmy' POV

Quickly I got up before the bell rang to go find where Nadia had gone but end up empty minded till I hear some girls yelling in the bathroom, one was hers although she wasn't yelling her voice actually sounded calm but even so, I definitely wasn't. I rush into the girls bathroom right when I see a hand strike Nadia' face twice seeing that made me tremble in rage even though we had just met I feel so defensive toward her she makes things meaningless very meaningful to me in a way that I never felt before. She turns her head as I watch her chocolate hazel eyes turn red and her composure breaks her once calm face then her lips curled into a fearful grin, "Nadia Don't!" I yell and in a flash shes already pounced upon the girl hissing ferociously she then says "How dare you even think to hit me just because you got embarrassed, you got what deserved for touching someone dear to me". I go to grab her but instead I see her head turn to me "Don't interfere Jimmy this is my fight alone no one else's", she says angrily making me shake my head chucking nervously "Nadia you're completely wrong , this isn't just your fight it's our fight you aren't standing alone so don't ever say that again" I say then grab onto her waist pulling her off the girl as she takes in a calm breath the girl gets up stumbling in fear as she runs out the other follows out yelling "Freaks!". I sigh and squeeze her into a hug still trying to calm myself while she says "Jimmy? Why are you being affectionate? What's wrong, did you actually think I would hurt them. I only wanted-" then I cut her off turning her to face me, gently grabbing her chin I say "No you idiot I'm just really pissed that you let her hurt you and for thinking for a second you are the only one in this fight. You are so stupid honestly I would've done far worse for no reason", She laughs pulling away then shakes her head "Poor puppy I'm sorry I made you worry I didn't think you would be this worried well it's done so we should actually get out of here before you are called a perverted new boy" she says giggling then grabs my wrist yanking me along and out the bathroom. I chuckle when we walk out the restroom we are greeted by Sophia, Cristian and three other girls who I forgot names of.

After the bathroom incident we all met up coincidentally after walking out which causes them all to wonder what happened since they just saw the girls from early looking worse than before but not only that Nadia had a nasty red irritated bruise on her right cheek looking worse than the girls did honestly. Cristian looked pretty pissed off about her face being hurt and Sophia seemed oddly enough in a jealousy kind of mood not all the well acknowledging her best friend hurting in my opinion, we explained what had happened but everyone seemed in such a foul mood making us all end up splitting up for the rest of the day.

Sophia' POV

Everyone ended up splitting apart after Jimmy explained what happened to Nadia in which had really aggravated Cristian , for some reason I felt a flare of jealousy for the look he had on his face and at how he had grabbed her chin examining her face closely making me bite my lip instead of asking if she was even alright...I've known her since I first moved to Mount Hillsville from Tennessee she helped me get used to this school easily and introduced me to so many amazing friends ,she means so much to me I have to apologize for not asking if she was alright. She got hurt for me even lied for my sake saying her wounds had healed instantly yet I seen the bandages she tried hiding in the locker room and smelled the medicine easily off her.

I end up getting through the day quite easily but end up very tired from the walking after our last class Kelsey and I go looking for the rest of the group and find Gracie and Alyssa together as Cristian and his brother joined as I ask them where she is Cristian mentions that she wasn't in her last class shrugging so I end up going up to her gang to ask if they knew where she was as they all growl at me the one I asked says " She left saying she was feeling really ill, she wouldn't feel that way if you hadn't ruined her. When she came to us all teared up we all got real pissed how she said it was okay and that it was for a mere humans sake, it was your stupid mutt boyfriend who caused this so leave her alone before she breaks completely" then they all turn and walk out the school. I sigh at what they said then blush thinking he isn't even my boyfriend then something clicks in my head she said it was because of Cristian as well called him a mutt what's up with that...? I tell them what they said but left out the strange part about Cristian and it being my fault and ask Grace if she could take me home saying we should let Nadia rest today she must be tired.

After I get dropped off I start rethinking over what she had said and analyze what she said thinking He did only show up after the incident plus he got close to Nadia acting as if he already knew her hmm. Tomorrow I'm going to ask Cristian to hang out so I can try asking him some questions I can't bear being in the dark not anymore.
