"There's no aisle 13."

I felt like I lost all the blood on my face. I'm puzzled as well. I saw the aisle. It's so messy. I tried to act calm even when my fingers were already shaking.

"But... I-I s-saw it. Take a l-look at it, please." I stuttered.

I didn't let him realize that I was a bit scared. I want to believe what I saw. And I swear that if this clerk was just fooling around, I'll sue him.

"Of course, ma'am." The clerk answered politely. He went to the aisle 12 first, and I followed him there.

I was just walking behind him when he stopped.

"Why did you stop?" I asked him, a bit confused and a lot more nervous.

"See for yourself, ma'am. There's nothing here." He smirked and I hated it. I felt like it was an insult.

I walked towards him. I wanted to prove him wrong, that what I saw was real.

But I can't see anything beyond that aisle.

After aisle 12, there's nothing but a plain white wall.

The next aisle was nowhere to be found. The huge mess was gone. Aisle 13 was gone.

I stood there trying to understand my situation. The clerk left me but I remained standing there. I looked at the whole place.

It was really gone.

"How's that even possible?" I asked myself.

I stood there for ten minutes, trying to analyze everything. I can't think clearly. I'm so confused. I felt like everything was just a joke or something.

I went back to the cashier and paid all the groceries I bought. I left the grocery store.

I went inside my car. My hands went to the steering wheel. I take a look on the store.

"Maybe it was just a figment of my imagination." I convinced myself.

I write all the time. I imagine things all the time. It's normal to experience this kind of thing.

I started my car and when I was about to leave the parking lot, a certain image caught my attention.

There, standing next on the grocery store's huge window, was an old woman. She wears a long lace black long sleeve dress, her curly hair was down, and was smiling creepily at me.
