Episode 8

Looking at Trey trying to eat the blonde's whole face, it's safe to say that he's not very affected by Liam kissing me. I sighed and walked straight to my class.

The whole weekend I didn't hear from Trey at all. I texted him, but he never replied. Truthfully, that pissed me off. I thought we were good friends. I never thought he would be so petty.

I spent Sunday chilling out with Amy. It was fun to be away from the boys once in a while. They can really suck the life out of you.

The day was boring as eff. During lunch, I was walking alone to the cafe. Suddenly, a tiny gnome blocked my way. I looked down. Oh, Athena. Long time no see.

"Hey fatty, where's my boyfriend?" Athena squeaked as she put her scrawny hands on her non-existant hips.

"You have a boyfriend!? Since when?! Pray tell!" I responded exageratedly. Then, I pushed her bony self aside and walked on. Just that tiny nudge almost sent her flying.

"Hey, I'm talking to you, you fat bitch! Don't you dare walk away from me!" Athena screamed and pulled the strap of my bag as hard as she could. I almost fell on my ass. People were starting to stare.

"Hey what the-!!?"I started to say when I felt a slap on my cheek! Wait, what?! There were gasps all around.

"What the hell you bitch!? The fuck was that for?!" I charged towards her. She didn't even flinch. She smirked.

"Hey, I heard a rumour that you like Trey. Look, as a fellow womankind, let me give you some advice. You're not his type. He doesn't find a whale attractive. So, just stay away from him. Fat bitches don't do it for him." Athena flipped her hair and flounced off with her posse.

I was too shocked to say anything. Did the miniature twat just slapped me?! Hell no! I looked at her retreating tiny frame and felt anger welled up in me. But I didn't do anything. It would be futile. I sighed and walked towards the cafe. There I ordered juice and a roast beef sandwich. I settled with a book as I took a bite out of my sandwich, not really tasting it.

"Hey gorgeous, what are you doing here, all alone?" A familiar voice spoke behind me. I looked over my shoulder and saw Dan. I heven't seen him in a while. He was also mysteriously absent after the party last weekend.

"Dan! Where have you been?!" I cried as he leaned down to hug and kiss me. I hugged him tight and received his kiss on my cheek.

"Around..I've been busy with...stuff," Dan said mysteriously as he took a seat opposite me at the tiny table. He had latte and a sandwich with him.

"Really, Dan, I missed you. How've you been? Hey, you look different..Nice ring..Is that.. a promise ring of some kind..Oh God, you're with someone!" I looked at his ring and at him wide-eyed.

Dan looked sheepish. He tried to hide the ring, but I grabbed his hand and stared at the simple platinum ring. I looked at him and smiled as I put down his hand.

"Come on, Dan, fess up!" I said as I leaned closer.

"Hannah, I..It's Cohen.." Dan said quietly and looked at me worriedly.

I stared at Dan and a thought struck me. Cohen? Cohen Ambrose? Wait..Isn't he a guy??..Which means Dan is...

"Oh my God! Dan! Congratulations!" I said as I took his hand and smiled. I was genuinely happy for Dan.

"Thanx Hannah. Um, you do know that it means I'm..well..you know," Dan said uncertainly.

"Of course I do, you idiot! I'm just pissed you never told me. You should've told me, you know. It's nice to have someone to talk to about guys other than Amy, you know." I said and Dan chuckled.

"I'm sorry I never told you earlier. I mean, I knew you would be fantastic about it. I'm just worried that after I told you, I'll have to tell the other guys. Especially Ryan. Oh God, he won't be able to accept it, I just know it. You know how he is. A man's man..He will never talk to me ever again if he knew." Dan said with a worried look on his face. I always had a soft spot for Dan. He was always more understanding and kinder than Ryan, his twin. Ryan was a bit like Trey. A total ass sometimes. I was worried he might not be able to accept that his own twin was gay.

"Take your time, Dan. You don't have to tell anybody now. It's up to you. But I'm so happy for you! I mean Cohen is crazy hot!" I enthused and Dan laughed. We ate a nice lunch and then Dan asked me a question.

"Um, how are things with Trey?" Dan asked with a small smile on his lips.

"What do you mean?..Oh, you knew. Of course, I wouldn't put it pass you to not be so observant. Well, he's his usual oblivious self. And AWOL at the moment. He hasn't been texting me since the party." I said with a sigh.

"You mean, after that crazy hot Liam kissed you in Truth or Dare?" Dan guessed correctly. I chuckled bitterly.

"Yeah," I said, feeling a little shy. I put my face in my palm and groaned. I really missed Trey. Why was he doing this to me??
