Episode 3

I see her. Just an average looking girl if you ask me. She's got the glasses, plus the cute dimples. She's only wearing a yellow shirt with black strips on it, followed by her lather skirt; with her black high heel boots. She was nothing but average looking. She was pretty, yes. But average.

I'm waiting for her to move but she is looking at me, as much as I'm looking at her. And in that moment I have this urge and a vision.

It's a women, that looks just like her. Standing in a field of crimson roses mouthing out the words 'HELP' As she turns to face me with blood on her hands. Coming close to me she whispers 'Help me Ajar-'

As the vision was taking place, one of her friends clears her throat interrupting me before the vision can finish and moves her slightly to the left, for me to pass "Sorry. She usually doesn't space out like this." as I'm still looking at this girl, I chose to break the connection I was sharing with her. I don't know why, but I think she noticed it too. As I look at her friend I said ".. Whatever."

I didn't want to come off rude but whatever that was, I wanted no part in it. And I walked passed them.

While I walked to my best-friend Seth, I turn to look back, to see her and her two friends walk off.

As I'm trying to figure out what that vision was about, Seth popped up in front of me "Yo! Dude, you cool?" I smiled and give him a fist bump "You know I'm always chillin. Where's Magnolia?" Magnolia is Seth's sister. And it happens we all share a little secret.

We're vampires.

As if specking of the devil, Magnolia shows up "Did I hear my name?" smiling, I pulled her into a headlock "Was you feeding without me again?" she laughs "Not like you missed much." I let her go, while Seth greeted her with a hug.

As vampires, we try not to blow our covers. But we take advantage of whatever is at our disposal. Just like me, I have visions. I can tell the future or rewrite it in my own merit. So, it comes in handing when it's time to cheat on a test I'm not prepared for.

Seth can erase the memories of mortals and anything supernatural, which makes life more easier for when someone finds out about us; While Magnolia can teleport. Which makes travel more fun for us.

In all honesty, we're just your average looking vampires, who people don't know exist. And so far, we love the fact that they don't. We'd hate to have to erase the whole human race. That would be a pain in the neck.

As Magnolia friends shows up, I pulled Seth to the side "Hey, can I bother you real quick?" he looks at me confused, as the rest of the hall of people gets ready to go to their classes. I look around to make sure no one is listening in "Dude, something weird just happened to me." Seth is now interested and intrigued "What could have possibly happen to the smartest guy I know?" he is laughing but I'm not "This is not a joke man. I had a vision." taking a breath in, I look at him "It was intense." Seth looks at me worried "What was it about?" I try to look for the words, on how I can describe the vision. Different? New? Not the norm? I felt no matter how I put it, it all comes down to the fact that it wasn't my normal type of visions. I wasn't sure if that was the future, the past, or the present.

Seth is waiting for me to say something and I do "It wasn't normal. It was like.. that girl.." Seth was trying to make out who I was trying to describe and then it hits him "Ah, are you talking about Fiona?" I stare at him confused, like was I suppose to know who that is. He laughs "Fiona, is the girl you was talking to you. The one you told to move, remember? Yellow shirt and black strips." And than it hits me "That's her!" I yell in a hush tone, so no one can hear me "She was in my vision.. It was like it was her but it wasn't.. She was asking for help.." Seth's look harden "You know we can't get caught up in mortal affairs. It isn't our place and you know why." I felt the seriousness off his voice but I wasn't phased "I'm telling you, that this was just my vision. I'm not saying I'll make it my business to help any mortal." he shakes his head in disapproval "It doesn't matter. Just stay clear of her next time." Before I can unsure him that he is only overreacting, he was already walking away from me.

Lunch time rolled around, fifth period is over. And I'm in the backstair case trying to figure out, what exactly this vision meant for me.

As I'm doing that, Fiona circles around "You've gotta be fucking kidding me." I notice the frustration in her voice but I doubt she meant for it to come out so rude. So I gave her a smile "Well nice to see you too." I say in mocking tone. And I know she noticed it "I didn't know anyone knew about here." she explains. But I look at her as if I was suppose to care weather people knew or not "Well neither did I." I calmly said to her.

I sensed she didn't know what to say, considering the moment of silence. But when I looked at her; I again, felt the urge to want to rip her clothes off and make her mines. I slowly walked to her, I knew she was feeling it too. My hand traveled to her cheeks "You feel it too, don't you." I whisper to her, feeling the space between us, only being 2 inches or less. She closes her eyes, while my other hand travel up her right arm. I was feeling the intense sensation of her skin and it only made me want more. She says in a hush tone "What is this feeling.. Ajar Felon?" I can feel the space between us growing closer and I say in a very calm hush tone "I don't know.. For some reason. I'm drawn to you. I wasn't feeling this way before today.." she opens her eyes quickly and pushes me away. She looks at me confused "Before today?.."

I can feel her body tense up and her confused thoughts spiraling out of control. Maybe I should have done what Seth said. I should keep my distances from her. Whatever this new found connection was; it wasn't proving to be anything good.

What the heck was going on?!

I gathered up my stuff, to make a run for it, turning to her bewildered. I don't know what to do with this feeling. I felt if I stand any longer around her, I would lose my mind.

As I move forth to go passed her, she blocks my way and I looked her intensely.

"You better move.. I don't want to do something that I can't take back later." I say hurriedly. I wanted her to move so I can make a break for it. So I can escape whatever madness this is turning out to be.

She stares at me lost "I know I should let you walk away.. My brain is telling me to let you pass.. But something in me is telling me, to tell you.. to stay." panic began to rise in me. I knew better then anyone right now, that staying was a bad idea. So I pushed her out of my way, making her fall backwards against the wall. She's frozen in shock, but it was better her then me "I'm sorry. But stay away from me." I knew my last words came off a little harsh than I wanted them too. But it was better this way.

Making my way out of the backstair case and out the door, I bumped into Magnolia "Whoa! Slow down rock-star. You'll bump the whole hallway with that speed." I looked at her confused "What are you doing here?" she smiles "Seth told me to keep an eye on you." I glared at her, pushing passed her as she follows along "So what now? Your my babysitter?" I say angrily.

I didn't like the fact Seth didn't trust me enough to hold my own, let alone having to send his sister as a back-up and babysitter. Fiona was nothing but a mortal.

I stopped in my tracks and looked at her "Look Magnolia. I don't know what your brother told you. But I don't need you following me around. And I most defiantly-" glaring at her with anger "Don't need a babysitter." rolling her eyes, she looks at me "I don't care what you want Ajar. My brother is concerned- and like it or not. Your like a brother." she saddens "We're family.. weather of the same clan or not. I'll always look out for you."

I almost feel like a dick for getting mad. I know Seth and Magnolia means well. Shit! I knew better then anyone when Seth gets a bad feeling he acts on those feelings. I knew when I told him about my vision, I felt he was more bothered by it then usually. I wouldn't put it passed him if he was watching Fiona right now either.

Seth liked keeping everything in check. In control where vampire of all kinds are not at the risk of being exposed. And that's where me and him differ.

While he liked controlling the outcome. I let it happen. I know I can't control what happens, let alone stop it. It would be damn stupid of me to even try to otherwise. My dad always made sure I knew that..

Taking a calming breathe, I give Magnolia an apologetic smile "I'm sorry.. I didn't mean to sound like a jerk, Magnolia. Tell you what." I give her my million dollar I got a plan smile "I'll take you clubbing tonight and have a all you can eat buffet." she smiles mischievously "Is Ajar Felon proposing we give into our greatest desires." giving her the same smile "That's exactly what I'm saying."

One thing I know Magnolia loves, is a all you can eat blood frenzy. At least I know, that will keep her in check for tonight so I can go do my own digging for what my vision means.

I just need to see if I can get Seth off my tail for tonight.
