the substitute

The night before Jane starts as a substitute wife, David told her that the man Jaime is suppose to marry is Jack. He show her the picture of Jack, Jane thought, he's quite handsome, I wonder why Jaime ran away and why David really wants Jaime to marry Jack?? David told her to not talk too much or Jack will think that its strange when Jaime comes back to switch with Jane. Jane thought to herself, its best to not get to know him or I might get found out.

The wedding day came the following day. Jane was dressed in white and waiting in the dressing room until time for her to walk down the aisle. Jack walked in and Jane, with her veil on, gave him a strange looking said, "what are you doing here? Isn't it bad luck to see the bride before we marry?" Jack chuckled, "I didnt think you had the guts to show up." Jane replied,"why wouldn't I show up to my wedding?" Jack walked closer and whispered, "I hope u suffer." Jack walked out and Jane was shocked. She thought to herself, whats going on here? Does Jack and Jaime hate eachother? I guess it'll be easier to avoid him while David looks for Jaime then, right?

After the wedding was over, Jack took me to his home. The house was a two story place. Jack said, "starting tomorrow you are to cook breakfast at 6am and dinner at 6pm. I dont have maids so you have to keep the house clean and do laundry." Thank goodness its not too big, Jane thought to herself. He then showed me to a small room next to the kitchen and said, "this is your room. Now that you are married to me, dont think that I'll treat you like a princess, your more of a slave to me. I'm pretty sure I warned you. It's a shame that they are going under and you had to sacrifice yourself for your father."

Jane thought, what's this? is this why Jaime ran away with her boyfriend. I really do wish father find her fast.

Jane said hesitantly, "Is it possible we can come to an agreement? Like no touching eachother for the next couple of months or something? Since you and I dont live eachother, that is." Jack laughed, " don't worry about that, I would want to touch something dirty." Jane gave a look of relief which made Jack angry, " you know what? I actually might think about it, since it is part or your duty as wife to satisfy me." Jane said,"I'm sorry." which made Jack a bit happy with her being frightened. Jack thought, now it time to get revenge for what she has done, that bitch, I'll make her regret being alive." Jack walked out and into his room upstairs. Jane didn't know what to think or how to approach this situation. Jane thought, I'll have to wake u and make breakfast so I better sleep and I better not make him angry for the time being.
