Writer's POV:
Finally, the night for Noemi to go for her first mission, came. She sure was ready and wasn't the least nervous which surprised her brothers and Dino. She'd inherited her mother's courage and fear for nothing. She was prepared for whatever.
When the time was fast approaching, the girl went to shower and get ready while waiting for her father's men to show up.
~~
"I'm fine, dad. I promise. I'm not worried and no I still don't want the twins to come with me." Noemi mused as she walked out of the bathroom in her towel.
Her father had called her one last time to make sure she was still firm about her decision of wanting to go by herself.
"Hmm. Okay, love. Call me after the exchange is made, okay?"
"Okay, dad."
"Alright. I love you– We love you!"
She giggled when she heard her mother's voice in the back. Unlike a worried Leandro, Kloe was very excited and couldn't wait to get her daughter's feedback. They'd talked on phone earlier and Kloe did nothing but encourage her not to be afraid of anything or anyone. This helped boost Noemi's confidence the more.
"Hahaha, I love you both, too." she giggled, "I have to dress up now, the men will soon be here."
"Alright. Bye, honey."
"Byeee."
She hung up and went to her closet.

Dino's POV:
The twins and I sat in the living room, watching a football match. The night was breezy and so we'd opened the balcony door instead of turning on the air-conditioning.
While I watched, I was busy chatting with Louisa online. It was the same every night since I'd come to Miami. She would text me first and then we would chat about any and everything. Sometimes our chats were boring but I did not try to cut her off.
"Still texting Louisa?" Lorenzo mused and I looked up at them.
"Mmhmm."
"What do you two even text about every night? You have that much to talk about?" he asked with a chuckle, "Al, they text for even an hour."
"They're probably sexting." Alejandro replied with a laugh.
"Oh, that's accurate. Definitely makes the convos waaay more interesting." Lorenzo chuckled and we laughed.
"No, Louisa isn't really into that. She doesn't know how actually." I replied.
"Boring." Lorenzo coughed and we laughed again.
"Shut up, Enzo." I laughed, "We do from time to time but she isn't really good at it."
"Enzo's here coughing but he and Sophia text once in a blue moon when they're away from each other. She texts but he almost never replies until she calls." Alejandro teased, "Not to talk of texting."
"For real. Don't call my relationship boring." I said and Al and I laughed out.
Lorenzo rolled his eyes in amusement.
"Sophia and I are very professional in our relationship. The perfect type of relationship." he said and the sarcasm in his voice was louder than anything else.
We laughed.
"I don't understand what you're still doing with Sophia." Alejandro laughed.
"Doing what you're doing with Luena." Lorenzo teased back.
"No, mate. Luena and I sex text. And at least we sleep together often."
"Oooohhh." I laughed out, "Enzo, you need to react to that."
Lorenzo smirked and stared at Al.
"Yeah. But when was the last time you really enjoyed it?" Al opened his mouth to say something but Enzo raised a finger, immediately shutting him, "Wait. When last did you think: Damn, she's so good? Dumbass. And don't try to lie."
"HAHAHA!" I was now laughing at Alejandro who's lips had twisted to the side in amusement.
"Lorenzo, you don't even sleep with your girl often and you're talking about me?"
"Firstly, you don't know what happens behind closed door. Secondly, why would I have something I know I won't enjoy?" he stated casually and watched the TV.
Al's mouth as well as mine dropped open in amusement.
"Lorenzo, you just confessed you don't enjoy sleeping with Sophia?" I mused.
"Those are your words. Not mine." he smirked, his eyes on the TV. Al and I laughed in disbelief.
"If Sophia and Luena could hear this. World war 3." I laughed.
Just then, Al received a short call. When he hung up, he said:
"The men are downstairs. Lorenzo, go call Noemi."
Lorenzo turned and looked at Alejandro from head to toe, making us laugh.
"My *** is glued to this couch, Al. Forget it." he mused and faced the TV again.
"Mine as well." Alejandro shrugged and I rolled my eyes.
"Fine, I'll go." I stood and threw cushions at them, "Lazy dickheads."
They chuckled as I walked away.
~
I walked down the little corridor to Noemi's room. I knocked at her door and opened it to enter.
"Noem–"
I cut my sentence after poking my head in.
She stood there in her black bra and matching lace panties with a leg on her bed while she wore a net stocking.
'Damn.'
I thought, swallowing a little and as the young active man I was, there was a stir in my boxers.
I thought of backing out but she'd already seen me and smiled.
"Yes, hon? Come in."
I cleared my throat and stepped in.
"Your father's men are here." I said and I literally couldn't take my eyes of her smooth, slender legs.
"Alright. I'll be ready in a few." she replied.
"Okay." I turned to leave when,
"Wait."
"Yeah?" I faced her again and she had a gown in her hands.
"I need you to help me zip this up once I wear it." she said with a smirk that caused my breath to hitch a little.
'She's always been gorgeous. I've known her in forever and I still find her extremely gorgeous. I should've dated her in highschool.
~And ruin your friendship? What if things didn't turn out right? Risks.'
"Dino?" she called softly and I snapped out to realise that she'd already worn the dress.
"Oh." I went to her and she backed me.
The zip was low and I admired her beautiful back. I held her waist with a hand and with the other, I carefully and slowly zipped her dress all the way up. She turned to face me.
"Thank you." she smiled a little.
"You're welcome." I smiled back, "You're beautiful."
"Thank you."
'I wish I could kiss her right now.'
I swallowed and leaned over to kiss her cheek instead.
'Her perfume...'
"I'll be in the living room." I muttered.
"Alright." she smirked.
I smiled back and eventually left her room.
Noemi's POV:
I smiled to myself and went to get my heels.
'I wonder what it'll feel like to have his soft lips on my own lips, instead.
~He has a girlfriend.'
"My foot." I replied my thoughts in amusement.
I finished getting ready and grabbed my bag and the briefcase that contained some important money. I had a gun in my purse and another in my stockings, underneath my dress. I was ready for anything.
~~
I told the boys goodbye before leaving.
"Show em, sis." Alejandro mused and we laughed.
"Yeah. See you later tonight." I replied and left the apartment.
The two men were waiting for me in the corridor. They greeted me and I gave one the briefcase. They then led me into the elevator and downstairs to the car.
*
We drove through the lighted city for quite a long time. I wasn't anxious or nervous and scrolled through my phone to occupy myself, popping my gum all the way.
I wasn't going to be the cutie, naïve little princess of a few years ago. The one who freaked the hell out when she and her friends were being kidnapped by that dumbass of a Ricardo. I'd learned to be firm and resistant. I'd learned to be like my mother and the rest of the family. I didn't want to be that Enrique that wasn't involved in the family business. There was only one not involved, aunt Donnie, and she was enough. With time Roulian would engage in it too and so there was no reason for me not to.
~~
"We're here, miss Enrique." one of the men sitting in front, said.
I finally looked up to see that we'd parked in front of what seemed to be a big and classy Japanese restaurant.
"Alright." I put my phone away, "Let's do this."
They stepped out and one rushed to open my door. I stepped out and fixed myself.
I could see big cars parked around and some still pulling up. It definitely was a restaurant visited by a lot of wealthy and important people.
"Before we go, what are your names?" I mused to the men.
"I'm Esteban, ma'am."
"I'm Julio."
Of course I knew their names. My father had told me but I just wanted to be sure that I was messing with the right people.
"Alright. Let's go." I walked ahead of them and they followed closely behind.
-
We entered the restaurant and I wasn't surprised. It was big, beautiful and classy. There was even a second floor with tables still.
It was flourishing with wealthy clients, whether Asian or not. The Japanese waitresses walked about with trays of food and drinks as well notepads to take orders.
I was chewing on my gum and looking around when a young Japanese woman that seemed to be the receptionist, approached us.
"Good evening." she greeted with a little bow, "How may I help you? We have free tables."
"No, thanks. Where's your boss?" I asked directly.
"Who's looking for him?"
"Tell him Enrique is here." I replied.
"Oh, yes." she nodded and looked at the men behind me and I realised, she probably thought that it would be a man that was the famous Enrique.
"I'm Enrique." I said with a little frown and she was very surprised.
"Oh, my apologies." she bowed and turned, motioning some two guards in a corner of the guarded restaurant to come over.
She spoke in Japanese, telling them that I was the one the boss was waiting for. Yes, I did speak and hear Japanese.
"Follow them, ma'am." she said with a last bow.
I nodded and my men and I followed the guys across the huge restaurant and up a staircase.
~
We walked down a short corridor and got to a door which they opened and let us in.
~
I stepped in, my men behind me. We walked into some sort of little parlor where the VIPs of VIPs were playing money games like poker and the rest. All eyes on me when I walked in. They stared at me and some started to whistle and comment.
'Cavemen.'
"Who's this beauty?!" one of them, already tipsy, asked.
"Where's Harry Stein?" I asked out loud, ignoring the wooers.
"Here I am, sweetheart!" the man said from a corner. He sat in an armchair and had a cigar in his hand. He wasn't Asian but Caucasian and Irish. He owned the restaurant though.
"Are you my present? From who? Christmas sure is early this year."
I stared blankly at him.
"Leàina Enrique." I stated and his expression changed as expected. He seemed surprised, "Ask everyone to leave, so we talk."
There was fidgeting and slurs.
"You don't tell me what to do, sweetheart." he laughed, sipping his whisky.
"You want my money or not? I ain't got time." I replied, a hand on my waist.
He stared at me with a wry smile and then raised his hand, dismissing all the men who reluctantly stood and left, apart from his bodyguards.
Once they were gone, I went towards him. He stood with the intention of kissing my cheeks but I stretched a hand out instead. What? He thought I would let him touch me with his oily face?
"Hmm." he stared at my hand and chuckled before shaking it, "Please sit."
I sat opposite him and my men stood behind me.
"Wow. I didn't know the Enrique family had a daughter this gorgeous." he said with smile. I was in no mood to smile back.
I leaned into the chair.
"Where's the new merchandise?" I went straight to the point.
"Already? You don't wanna talk a little? Get her glass." he ordered one of his men.
"No need." I replied casually. I wasn't rude but I was firm and serious in my tone, "Harry, the merchandise please."
"Okay." he chuckled, "Can I call you Leàina?"
"Suit yourself." I crossed my legs, beginning to feel even more comfortable.
"I bet you are Kloe's daughter." he smiled, "I recognise the same daring and undisturbed stare. The firm tone and everything. A real woman."
I sighed and uncrossed my legs before leaning in close.
"The. Mer. Chan. Dise." I stated lazily, "We're not here to talk about me, I got things to do and you are wasting my time."
He chuckled and stared at me.
"Fine." he motioned his guard over who brought a bag.
He opened the bag in front of us and took out packages of this new chemically created drug.
"There. My money first." he stated in a very serious tone now.
I smiled and took the briefcase from my men before handing it over to him.
"My merchandise." I mused.
Slowly, we leaned in and exchanged the contents.
My men took the drugs.
"Count the packages." I muttered and then faced Harry who was busy counting the money.
After a minute or so, he frowned and looked up.
"Where's the rest? Two hundred thousand dollars aren't here." he growled already.
"Chillax." I mused and leaned into the chair. I looked up at my men.
"Two packets are missing, boss." they told me and I looked at Harry.
"The **** are the two other packets?" I asked, "Why would you think that I wouldn't count before leaving, the hell?"
He frowned and stared at me.
"Where's the rest, Harry??" I asked with wide eyes, "We might as well just end the trade this way."
He took a deep breath and raised his hand. His men took out two more packets from their coats. He really did try to cheat us?
"Next time don't try to make a fool out of me." I stated with an annoyed frown, "I'd called the chemist who gave us the exact number of packages to be delivered. What did you think?" I mused and stood.
"My money." he retorted.
I rolled my eyes and opened my big purse, taking out wrapped up hundred dollar bills that amounted to two hundred thousand dollars.
I threw the bundles on the table.
"As a professional in this type of business, your attempted theft was very amateurish." I mused and turned on my heel, "And oh, if these drugs get to my father and we realise you exchanged them and they are fake– because my men can't taste bits from all the packages right now– you're a dead man. You know the reputation."
I looked at him one last time.
"See you next time, Harold. And hopefully it would be for business and not to take your *** down."
I ended and walked out, followed by my men.
I sure was feeling myself at that moment and I loved it.
