Ash POV

I walked into the huge gym filled with sweaty teenagers,my nose wrinkled. I admit,I was a bit of a snob, but I was born like that.

"Ash! My man!" Ethan came over,already sweating and drenching his jersey.

"Bro,you're dating that gothic chick?" I asked,looking around for Bia.

"Did you ask Bia out yet?" Ethan avoided my question.

"I'm going to-****!" A basketball hit my head,hard.

Bia fell on the floor, laughing. I rubbed my head and chased her.

"Bianca!" I shouted,making everyone look at us.

"Asher and Bianca! Stop distracting everyone!" The coach called out.

Bia hid behind Elliott,making me grit my teeth in anger.

"Hey,don't fucking hide behind unknown guys Bianca!" I said coldly.I ignored her hurt expression and yanked her away from the other guy.

"Heyy! You're hurting me,Ash!" She squealed.

"I'm sorry,I'm sorry." I checked her wrist, worried. When I looked up,I realised her face was bright red.

"Why are you so red?" I asked,then realised she was blushing.That meant...

"It's hot! And I'm playing basketball!" She ran off, bouncing her ball,her ponytail hitting my face. She had the same strawberry shampoo since six years.

I watched her shoot a hoop, all the girls and guys whooping and cheering around her happily. Ethan walked up to me, grinning.

"You know you're staring at her like a love ridden fool right?"

I glared at him, then went back to staring at Bia.

"Shut the fu-k up."

GOD,I was so in love with her.

I walked to Bia after gym was over, a packet of chocolate milk in hand. It was a ritual for me to bring us that.

I bumped into a girl, Irene or someone, who I politely apologized to,then headed to Bia. She was arguing with Elliott, poking his chest with her nimble fingers.

"Hey hey hey!What's up here?" I asked, trying to be concerned,but secretly happy that they weren't really on good terms.

"Well he was saying....!" I stuffed the straw into her mouth, laughing at her indignant expression.

"Idiot!" She hit my head,then winced when she realised all the sweat from my hair had gotten onto her hands.

"Your fault!" I laughed,smacking her arse then running away from her.

"ASHER ADDISON!" Bia ran after me, a murderous expression on her face.

Hey guys! I read a comment from a reader (shoutout to *dipisha* cuz she's literally commented under every chapter of all my frickin novels and that makes me so happy) that there are alot of flashbacks.

Well flashbacks are necessary cuz honestly, the novel will make NO sense otherwise.So,bear with me :')
