Bia POV

I stared at my blind date as he made some smalltalk and jokes.Which weren't even funny.

I was successful, beautiful and rich. I shouldn't be forced to do all this.Curse you, mom.

"Sorry, someone's calling me." I sighed in relief when my phone rang, the bail from my best friend, Esmeralda.

"No problem."

I walked away as fast as I could on my high heels, holding the phone for dear life.

"Thank you, Esme! You're a lifesaver." I cried into the phone.

Someone bumped into me, making me fall on my a*s.

"What the fu*k, dumbass!?"

I got up, aware that the man had seen a whole lot of my a*s and panties when I fell.

"Bia?"

"... Ash!?"

Flashback

"Ash! Stop it!" I laughed as my best friend tickled the hell out of me.He grinned at the mess I had become, my hair disheveled and eyes red.

"I told you not to tease me." Ash said, lying down next to me on the bed.

"But you touched..."

"Bia!!" Ash warned, furrowing his red brows.

"Okay, okay, sorry! Ragazzo noioso."

"I know you called me boring!" Ash started tickling me again.

"Asher Addison! Get out of my sister's bed!" Sebs voice came from the doorway.

"Why?" I asked Seb, throwing one arm and leg around Ash, preventing him from leaving.

"Because you both are 14 for god's sakes! Do you not have Sex-Ed in school!?"

Ash and I looked at each other, then started laughing again.

"Brother, you needn't worry so much. Asher is like my brother."

"Sebestian, don't worry about them." Dad's voice came.

" Thank you daddy!" I shouted, then tried to get up.

Ash grabbed my hand and flipped me over,so that he was on top of me. I stared at him, deadpanned.

"What have you been watching lately?" I joked, ruffling his silky, smooth hair.

"P*rn." He replied boldly, making me choke.

"Yeah, I don't want to know." I pushed him off me, turning my face to the side. Maybe Seb was right about Ash not being on my bed.

Reality

I was stunned looking at the man in front of me. He was wearing a fitted suit, though his hair was still scruffy, and that single piercing I dared him to get.

I opened my mouth to say something.

"Bianca,I just came to check..." My date paused when he saw the two of us staring at each other.

"Hi, I'm Bianca's date, Hardin. You are...?"

Asher glanced at me, surprised.

"I'm Bia's... acquaintance, Asher." They shook hands, tightly smiling at each other.

"Hardin, let's go back." I cleared my throat, linking my arm with my date's.

"Of course." He looked surprised that I was making an effort.

I noticed Asher swallowing hard, his Adams apple bobbing. He had a curious expression on his face, but he smiled politely at us.

"Well, it was... amazing to meet you again, Bia."
