Silver lining

As Sierra struggled to open her eyes, she finds herself inside a luxurious car, it's just dark and no one's inside, the door is unlock so she open it and upon looking up she saw a man standing infront of her.

"Is that what you want? getting drunk with somebody else, you know you almost got yourself into trouble?! "

Sierra couldn't say anything cause she know she has been careless and cocky.

"You know that man you were with? he's known around here, getting girls drunk and giving them off to old farts for pleasure in exchange for money!"

"Clearly you don't know anything! and here you are getting wasted!"

Sierra was just standing there shocked.

Chris rolled his eyes and left sierra.

while on the car, Chris felt very angry and was greatly turned off that night.

While walking Sierra was talking to herself,

"Too much of the night life huh? learned my lesson quite too soon, ugh what was I thinking?! I'm just trying to make those men jealous, especially that boss of mine, who is by the way staring at me the whole night! tsk! I didn't know I was gonna get that drunk! ugh, clearly I wasn't thinking!!!! "

"Ugh!!! I hate this!! I'm gonna find that man and kill him!

Suddenly Sierra became aware of her surrounding,

"Ah yes! this is the big city, where all kinds of people exists! I should've been more careful and not get all too excited about these night bars and stuffs "

Sierra called for a cab and head home.

Sierra took a bath and thought hard while on shower, she was thinking of her next step and how ashamed she was with chris.

"I still don't know how I'm going to face him"

"I don't care, he's just my boss right?"

"ugh! what do I do??!!!!"

Sierra can't sleep that night thinking, until it was morning already and it's time to face the moment of truth.

She reported for work early, then there she was at table assigned to her outside Chris's office, when chris arrived sierra widely smiled at chris, however chris didn't even dared looked at her.

"I feel like a fool, what are you doing self?! "

it's already lunch time and Chris went out for a meeting, Sierra was left all alone on the 50th floor, she doesn't have anyone to talk to, she just ate her packed sandwich and get back to work.

the day is nearly ending but still, chris hasn't even laid an eye on her.

"Ugh, I thought he like me? liked? or ugh!! what was I even thinking?! I came here to work! fix yourself!! "

Days have passed and Chris wasn't even talking directly at Sierra.

Sierra felt sad, but she doesn't know why she's feeling this way.

while feeling down, Sierra put her energy to work and hasn't been going out for a while, she prefers sleeping after coming home from work.

She quite find peace in it and is enjoying some time alone.
