Chapter 3

I was walking through the streets thinking about ....umm....well..my ex. My first love which wasn't that good as I expected but I can't blame him too...he was a straight A student but does it mean u always need to study...I mean I know how much hardwork it needs to be a top student but atleast one should give some time to their relationships... Well I just wanna forget about him and start a new life.

I was walking down the silent street . There were none...in my neighbourhood...I mean there was only one house beside ours but it was locked."I wonder is this place haunted or what"I said with an sigh. There was forest in the both sides of the street. When we reached here it was midnight yesterday.We were too tired so both mom and me fall asleep. When I woke up today it was half past 10 and mom was in the kitchen.

We had to leave our previous house due to some financial problems. My mom is a writer so this place is probably the best place for her. No-one will disturb her solitary. Well speaking of my father he was with us when I was younger . He left us when I was just 7. Mom still loves him and tells me that he left for our good. She never tells me the reason....& I hate that she keeps everything secret . She just tells me not to think too much and in the idle time she will tell me everything....I ahh am not liking this.I let out another sigh as I walk ahed and there was some shops there.I guess I can find a part time job here. She went to the first store it was a stationary shop and there wasn't much she could do so she came out from there and went towards a book store . There was an old lady sitting in a chair in front of that shop.

Cesa: mam , excuse me! am new here . my name is Cesa. Nice to meet you 😊

Old lady: Nice to meet you too dear, u can call me granny. Everyone calls me that! Tell me how can I help u!?

Cesa: *she's really nice* umm granny . Are u the owner of this book shop?

Granny: yes. I am. Do u need something? come I will help u

Cesa: no, no actually...I wanna ask I mean do u need any help here cause I am finding a part time job and it will be great if I can work here. I mean if u need any help I really want to work as a employee here.

Granny: oh!! dear I actually in need of a helping hand but the sales here are not so good so am afraid that I won't be able to pay u enough.

Cesa: *umm, it's alright I will find another job too with this one. I hope I will be able to do this!* it's alright granny. Just tell me when to come here and what I have to do?

Granny: Dear, well if u really want to work here u can join from tomorrow morning. U have to come here at 9.30am as it's the time when I open the store. U just have to clean the book shelves and do some calculations when the book comes to my shop. And u can leave here at about 7.30 as there will be my granddaughter Ciriya. She also helps me but she doesn't have much time . And in the sundays the shp is closed.
