"Mimi. Come and eat." As Reo Takahashi ate away at his food late in the afternoon, I came out of my corner, huffing. As I sat down and started to eat all while not talking to him, his eyes remained on me and only me.

"You're not speaking to me. Are you ill?" I looked at him and huffed. "This is what you call a huff. When a guy does something to a girl in my country, the girl ignores them." I continued to eat, avoiding his every attempt at getting my attention.

"Mimi... I want to do it again." Wait, hold on, again? I then took my plate of food and dumped it over his head, the sauce of the duck dribbling past his cheeks and nose.

Instead of the murderous gaze that I was expecting to meet, he grinned at me. "You stopped ignoring me. I won." I can't believe it... he let himself get splattered with duck just to prove a point?

He then grabbed my wrist and pulled me onto him, the pieces of duck still on his hair. "Let's take a bath together. We're both sticky now." This was his plan all along?

Grabbing hold of me, he carried me into the bathroom, where a huge tub of warm water sat. It was like he was planning for this to happen. Then, he dropped me into the water, clothes and all.

I guess I understand why Hiroto was saying that he's a master strategist. Adapts and executes. He then took off his robes, revealing all of himself to me, and jumped into the bath too.

"W-What are you-" He grinned and pressed me against the side of the bathtub. I don't know if it was the steam or the warm water, but I felt sleepy and without strength to rhetort him.

He nibbled on my chest through my clothes, the water making them see through enough to see the pinkish tips er*cting through it. "You like this, don't deny it." I didn't... I couldn't... how could I enjoy this when I know exactly what he wants me to do.

He put me on his lap, making me blush. "How many women do you have at your disposal to give you an heir. Why me?" He then tilted his head, confused. "I have no one else but you. You are the only woman who has seen my face. The moment you see my face, you must become my bride. The Takahashi's have only taken one wife ever since my great-grandfather made it a tradition to do so."

Do this guy doesn't have any concubines but just me, his supposed wife? And he has to wear that mask and only reveal his face to his wife? I then reached up and took off his mask to reveal a familiar handsome face.

"Your great-grandfather was cruel. How could someone keep something that handsome hidden from the world?" His eyes immediately went open, shocked at the words that I had just said. I blushed, realising what I had said out loud. He then reached up and smiled, playing with my hair.

"I sent an edict out to gather the most beautiful girls in the land to see if one could become my wife. Yet I did not see you. But now, you are mine and you shall bear an heir for me." What have I got myself into?
