Chapter 3 - My Handsome Warlord

His head was bleeding, he probably hit it. I put his arm over my shoulder and started to drag him away from it. Some men saw me trying to help him and shouted to pursue me. However, by the time they were next to my makeshift bomb, it exploded, sending me and the man I had just saved onto the floor. The vapour explosion was a little bigger than I thought it would be. I threw it into a huge puddle and sure enough, the explosion was huge.

"Witch! The Takahashi forces have a witch on their side! Run!" As all of the troops in blue ran away, I glanced at the man on the floor. "Are you okay? Oh, gosh, you're bleeding!" I took off his mask and immediately took some water from the ground and dabbed it onto his face. He was bleeding a lot.

"Who are you... woman?" That's my line! Where exactly am I? And what am I doing in a war zone? "Don't worry about that! You're injured!" Seeing his mask in my hand, his eyes tensed as he snarled. "Did you see it?"

I tilted my head. "See what?" He looked at me, shocked. He finally got a good view of my face. "Are you... a fairy?" I looked at him and giggled. "Nope. Unfortunately for you, I'm not. If I was a fairy, I could fix your head. Are you sure that it doesn't hurt?"

The concern that I gave him made him look right towards me. Then, he smiled and took his mask, pinning me down onto the floor. "You're the first woman who has ever seen my face. You've got to take responsibility..."

What... what's going on? "Lord Reo!" Taking back his mask, he placed it over his eyes once again, obscuring them. A man arrived on horseback and saw me on the floor next to his pal.

"My Lord! I'm so glad that you are alright!" The man arrived on his horse and paused, looking down at me. "Who is she, Lord Reo? Perhaps a spy sent by Okami Yuuma's men." He shook his head and then grabbed me, pulling me into his arms.

"She's my new wife." Hold on, what? Did I just miss an episode or something? "Y-Your new w-w-w-wife, Lord Reo?" He then looked right into my cerulean eyes and grinned. "Indeed. I shall marry her tonight and bed her as well."

"Hold on, bed me?" Picking me up and throwing me onto his horse again, he grinned as he kept me prisoner between his horse and arms. "Fall back! We've won this battle men, because of my wife!"

"I don't even know your name! How could I marry you?" He smiled and lifted up my chin. "Takahashi. Takahashi Reo. And you, woman, are now my wife." I just saved a man and now, he's calling me his wife? Oh gosh, did I make a mistake by messing with time?
