Chapter 2 Fight

"What are we going to do, sir? Are we going to hand over the First Prince to them? If we fight we are outnumbered. There are too many of them," asked the soldiers to their Leader quietly.

"Their average cultivation level is in the same domain as my subordinates while their Leader's cultivation realm is equal to mine. But I feel that he is stronger than me." The leader of the soldiers thought about what to do.

"What should I do now? If we attack them we will all die. But if we hand over the First Prince it is the same as being killed by His Majesty the Emperor." He still couldn't make up his mind.

"I don't feel worthy to be their leader ..."

Suddenly the warrior leader was startled by the hand of someone who tapped him on the shoulder from behind. He then looked back and found Han Shu.

"Ahh, Prince. Why did you come out? Quickly getting in here is dangerous," said the leader of the soldiers.

"Now I'm not a prince anymore so don't call me Prince."

"Looks like you guys have a problem. Quickly solve your problem. I'll go back inside to sleep," said Han Shu.

Han Shu got back into the horse carriage to sleep but his steps stopped. Then he said, "Are you guys just going to watch?" Han Shu glanced at the three people hiding in the tree.

"How can the Prince know where we are? We have hidden ourselves well but can still be seen by him." The three of them were shocked.

"We'll come down to help them." They then descended and joined the soldiers of the empire.

"Do it fast and don't be too loud." Han Shu waved his hand at them. Then he got into the horse carriage.

"You took your time deciding! Attack them! Kill the First Prince!" The raid leader ordered his subordinates to attack.

A fierce battle broke out between them. The thunder of the sword sounded loud in the ear.

"Argghh ..." Shouts were also heard as the battle progressed.

While in the horse carriage Han Shu observed the fight outside.

“Looks like it will take them a long time to fight them. I will use this opportunity to repair the damage to the meridians on this body,” Han Shu thought.

His meridians were slowly starting to improve. After a few minutes the meridians were finally finished repairing.

Sweat poured out from all over his body. When Han Shu opened his eyes, he heard someone scream.

"Die!"

One of the raid group sneaked onto the horse carriage and was about to ****** his sword into Han Shu's heart. But within a split second Han Shu dodged it a little so that his sword pierced Han Shu's shoulder.

Han Shu immediately kicked his body until it came out a few meters from the horse carriage.

Han Shu immediately looked outside to check the state of their battle. Han Shu didn't want someone to notice what happened earlier.

"Luckily they didn't notice." Han Shu was a little relieved. Then he pulled out the sword that was stuck in his shoulder and hid it.

"I don't know why my father sent me to a frontier town and told them to watch over me. I will get rid of them at the right time."

Until the battle has passed for half an hour. On the ambush side, there were still five people who had not fallen, while on the soldiers side there were four people, namely the three who were previously hiding and one person was the soldier leader.

Cultivation realms 1-7 were divided into 9 stages whereas others were divided into 3 stages before ascending to higher realms.

"Looks like it will take me quite a while before returning to the God Realm. I need to go to the Immortal Realm first before entering the God Realm."

Not fighting anymore, the leader of the soldiers returned to meet Han Shu in the horse carriage to take him away from there. When meeting him, the leader of the soldiers was shocked by the state of Han Shu who had injured his shoulder.

"Prince, what happened to you? Why did your shoulder hurt?" the soldier leader asked in panic.

"There was one of them who hurt me, but I can handle it." Han Shu replied calmly.

"Sorry Prince, you better get out of here and treat your wounds. It is too dangerous here," said the leader of the soldiers.

"I told you, I'm not the Prince anymore. If you want to go, please go. You don't have to worry about my safety. I can take care of myself," replied Han Shu.

"Even though you are a Commoner, you are still a Prince to me."

"Fine, whatever. I won't bother anymore."

"Let's get out of here. You are not as strong as before your cultivation base and meridians were destroyed. Now you are just an ordinary person." The army leader still insisted on taking Han Shu away.

Han Shu then came out of the carriage and hit the back of the head of the warrior leader, knocking him unconscious.
