*Intro*

As a women I have always been a good "girl." I got top 3 in my class, made tons of friends, I was not vulnerable but wise with intimidation, but why did I believe I was an equal. As a whole this world put it's trials on women rather than men. It was a natural instinct to think the past is the past, until your proven wrong. " Madeline," my mother named me after the French books. It was a story about a little girl in a boarding school who went on many adventures. In a sense a women's whole life is an adventure, always proving themselves.

* Chapter 1*

"History class is so boring. Madeline show me your notes, pleeaase." why can't this girl pay attention, lol.

"Ally you should practice paying attention more. History is important for the future." I said laughing, but with a serious undertone.

"I'll pay attention if you teach it, how can you expect me to pay attention when every teacher we get is literally so dull and boring." She wasn't wrong our list of history teachers haven't been the best, but the subjects they were teaching were quite different.

" I suppose, but the teachers have been teaching such interesting subjects and more in depth. Like a deeper meaning and cause of "The Crusades," "War of 1812" and etc." I looked over at Ally who had her eyes closed ready to pass out.

"Yeah I know, but they could at least seem enthusiastic about teaching instead of seeming so sick and tired of teaching us girls. I mean the men's cohort is right across the hall." Wow, didn't expect her to play that card. I mean sure we go to a more traditional school, but teachers seem sick and tired because our girls cohort only does night classes.

" Ally I'm sure they have a other reason besides that. We also have women teacher's who seem sick and tired." I told her carefully not to spark another rant I was too tired to hear.

"Madeline think about it, before I came here at my school we learned about the "The Witch Hunts" and about Rosa Parks and other amazing women who changed the world." I won't deny that the topic of women has been avoided.

"Ally you went to an all girls school built on the foundation of making women who can change the world, that your mother put you in. This is a unisex school built on the foundation of making good men and women who can make a good living in the world for many careers. It's obvious that they wouldn't go in depth about women because there not trying to change the world just live in it." My eyes never left hers.

"I guess, but hey wanna go to the mall and get some dinner at the Mediterranean place the others are going." She said with excitement.

"Sure." This is how our days go always trying to convince one another, I let out a sigh. The bell rang and I didn't know how tired I was till I was about to get up.

"You okay, you seem a little faint, more than yesterday." Ally said worried.

"I'm fine, just a little tired that's all." I said aching.

"I can't believe them, the student council has no mercy. You should tell them your busy tonight." She said determined to rip every last board member in half.

"Calm down it was my idea to host an event, so of course all the major responsibilities go to me." Laughing I said from the face she was giving me.

"Yeah-Yeah whatever you say."

Me and Ally hopped in the car and she spiked up the radio playing our favorite songs. I personally like Classical music and Classic Rock, which are polar opposites, but both of them put me in a good mood. On the other hand Ally likes R&B and Pop, so I've gradually started to take a liking to it. One of my favorite things about Ally is she's very beautiful inside and out, and she just gets me and I her. I would be lying if I said I'm not beautiful as well, but it's not something that I rely on. On the other hand Ally has fair skin with sandy blonde hair, complimenting her bright green eyes. I however have a more tan complexion matching my auburn hair and eyes. I also was fairly tall 5/9-5/10, but the thing I liked the most was my eyes. Ally describes it as intimidation, she says I could stop a truck with just one look and I suppose I could.

We arrived at the mall and I parked in Lot 3 of the parking garage. The school allowed us to go out of the premises not too long ago, now that were seniors anyway.

"Ally don't forget your card and school I.D." I said knowing she would forget if she wasn't reminded.

"Alright" she said singing and I couldn't keep in my laugh

We got out of my car and I couldn't help being spooked, although it was well lit the parking garage was so empty.

"Let's go, I'm starving" Ally said.

After going in the mall, and reaching the food court, Ally had to use the restroom. It was difficult to undress our uniforms. We had on a black suit jacket for women partly covering our red shirt, with a dark blue bow, black mid length skirt, shorts sewn into it, dark blue tights, and red Mary Janes. In my opinion I didn't have many complaints besides all the layers made it difficult to use the restroom and it became rather hot. We couldn't undress any clothing piece because it went against the girls dress code. Me and Ally washed our hands and walked out of the restroom. We saw the rest of our group sitting at a table.

"Madeline, Ally you made it." Isabella is a rather outspoken and confident women and a hint of risqué.

"Oh you guys are here, come over" Christine our youngest friend who absolutely looks up to Isabella, practically doing whatever she does.

"I'm glad you could came, if you weren't here I'm sure I would've left." Gisele said. Gisele is an introvert and loves the simple things in life, she's quite skilled on the piano and teaches me.

"Oh stop we would've made you stay." Bella

said.

"That's right." Christie said following Isabella.

" Whatever." Ella said.The three of them started to bicker while me and Ally got the food. When we came back we saw boys from our school walking to another table. Bella started to wave and talk about one of the guys and Christie followed with

"He looks hot he could definitely be my boyfriend." Bella looked at Christie shocked.

"If he's anyone's boyfriend he's mine. I'm older and better looking. Christie had a rather interesting comeback and all over again they were arguing. I laughed at how naive they were and Ally gave me a look to not encourage it, but I couldn't help myself. Bella gave him a wave signaling him to come over, and I could've sworn he was looking at Ally and I. He actually came over with his group of friends and they all introduced themselves he said his name was Michael and he was also a Senior. Bella and Christie seemed casual talking to Michael and his friends. He turned over to Ally asking what we were eating, I answered.

"Were eating Mediterranean food would you like some." I said. Ella looked up at me knowing how protective I could be with Ally. I didn't want anyone to hurt her and all these baboons look like there ready to eat her and leave the rest of her remains torn. Ally was just so naive, smart, funny and lovable.

"No I don't but it looks like it taste good when your eating it." He smirked and I laughed taking it as a joke. He stared at me intently.

"That was hilarious where did you learn that line from a clown." I was still laughing but it was more settle. I always laughed this much with my friends. All of us had a fun time, we continued making jokes and it was time to leave. Ally and I said our goodbye's, Ella wanted to ride with us, but I told her that I had to make a few stops before we get to school.

"Where are we going." Ally asked

"I have to get some decorations from Target, Party City, Michael's, and I believe we need a new screw driver from Home depot or something like that." I said going over the list in my head.

"Alright, but starbucks first. I need energy for this." I laughed at her statement. Ally got the Pink drink while I got a dragon fruit hibiscus tea. Luckily for me all the stores were close to each other. I put in my headphones and started playing the "Merry-Go Round of Life, " one of my favorite piano pieces. Ella could play it perfectly and I'm so-so. Ally and I got all the stuff we needed except the screw driver. When we arrived at Home depot I started to walk around asking one of the guys for help, while Ally looked at water-proof paint.

"Um, excuse me sir which screw driver would be better for hanging heavy lights and objects. I'm afraid I'm lost." The man looked and seemed very friendly.

"Well I'm not surprised it is confusing. To find how much weight it can carry you need to look at the top right corner of the packaging, so this one would be the best, do you understand." His tone was very friendly.

"Oh okay, thank you very much." The guy kept on staring at me until he asked if he could get my number.

"I'm sorry, but I'm underaged and I don't want to give out my number to people I don't know."

"Well we could get to know each other, I mean you look really hot and I think we could make a great couple." Okay that was fast usually when i say this to boys they back off knowing I'm not interested, but what's up with him. So I said the classic line.

" I already have a boyfriend and we have been together for quite some time." The more you say it the better you say it.

"Oh okay I understand." You understand that, but didn't understand I didn't want to give you my number, how ridiculous. When I left the store Ally was waiting for me in the car.

"Finally that took forever." She said dramatically pointing at the time. I laughed with ease.

"I know sorry, I had a 911." She jolted her head towards me. Every girl has a nickname or word that describes a boy asking for her number.

"Again, I have to start bringing a scoreboard. Well not that I really need one I already know the answer everytime." Ally said knowing that I always refuse them.

"I just don't want to give anyone my number, besides people I've met at least 3 to 4 times." I said.

"Yeah-YeahI know. I can't wait till the day you meet a man that has you falling so hard."

"I see, you want those visual effects, I'll see to it."

We started laughing.

When we arrived at the school gate there was another car behind us. It looked almost unreal by how nice it was. Our boarding school is very wealthy as well as their students, but my friends and I got in my a whim because of our talents more or less. I would say the only real prodigy is Ella and Ally.

The gateman let us in after showing our I.Ds, but the other car handed the man a note. I'll never understand rich people I thought to myself while doing a reverse park in the school's lot. Ally was getting out of the car helping me grab the materials when I noticed that I left the most important thing.

"Hey Ally do you see the screw driver on your side?" I asked almost pleading it was there.

" No, it's not here. Why is something wrong?" she asked. I sighed

" Yea, I left the screw driver at Home depot. I'm gonna have to go back and pick it up. Can you the Student Council that I'll be late." I said cursing myself why I'm so forgetful with these things.

" Okay, but are you sure you don't want me to come with you. There's a lot of Bars near there as well as it's not safe when it's night." She said worried.

" I'll be fine and look at me who would want a piece of me when my body is so modest." I said not worried at all.

"Okay make sure to call me when you get there, see you later."

"Alright bye, see you later."
