I sighed and went to the cafeteria.I grabbed a sandwich and instead of sitting by myself.

Like the loner I am,

I chose to sit outside,

Also...by myself.

I scanned outside and smiled when I saw the perfect spot.

I walked over and sat under the tree before biting into my sandwich.

I zoned out and soon,I felt a precense infront of me.

When I looked up,and choked on the bread I was eating.

"Can I help you?"I asked,confused.

"Isn't that a little rude?"He raised a perfect eyebrow at me,flicking the end of his cigarette.

He stood,leaning against another tree nearby.The smell of smoke and cologne blended into the air.

"Isn't that a little rude?"I asked,pointing to his cancer stick.

"Don't like it?"He asked,staring at me.

His presence is so intimidating that I dind't even realize I was lidding with the crust of my sandwich.

"NO,I DIND'T ."I replied,looking down at my sandwich.

I wonder what he wants?

I looked back up to find him staring at me emotionlessly.

He then drop the death pole on the floor before putting it out with his shoe.

I forrowed my eyebrows in cofusion and stared at him stupidly.

He put his hands in his pocket and shrugged.

"MIND IF I JOIN YOU?"He asked,his deep voice laced with authority.

"SURE."I said shifting so that there's more space next to me.

He sat down.his shoulder brushing against mine sent goosebumps up my arm.

He looked ip to the sky for a while,then he spoke.

"why are you alone?"He asked,glancing at me.

I've neber heard him speak this much before,Even then there was no trace of emotions on his voice.

"NOTHING NEW,HONESTHLY,"I replied,playing with the bracelet on my wrost.

He nodded once,his eyes fixated on the item on my wrist.

I shyly started moving my hands back to my side,but he had other plans,

Suddenly,he grab my hand,making me gasp in shock.

Electric waves throughout my hand,every place he touched.

He twisted it gently,examining the charms that hung on my bracelet.

Then he let go.He stayed silent while I tried to calm myself.

My anxiety is always something I struggled with.I get scared way too easily,

He stood up,nodding at me once before he walked away.

The sound of his footsteps faded until they were gone and I let it out a breath I dind't know that I was holding.

"OKAY THEN."I said,shaking it off and finishing my sandwich just as the bell rang.

I got up and walked back to the building,

I walked over to my locker and pulled out my bag before shutting it.

Entering my class,I took a seat at the back and pulled out my book.

The teacher,Mr.Vouzier,started talking while I zoned out .

I wondered what was wrong with zayn today? He never speaks and even then.

Out of all the girls he could choose from,

He chose me?Really?

Everyone looked up,startled as the door slammed and zayn walked in.

SPEAK OF THE DEVIL,

He glanced at the teacher,giving him a slight nod as he scanned the classroom like he did earlier.

Spotting me,he walk over,

He stood next to the seat on my right,which was taken by a short guy with glasses.

"MOVE" Was all he said before the poor guy scrambled out of the seat,grabbing his stuffed quickly.

Zayn slid into the seat next to mine and stared at me a while before shaking his head.

He reached into his pockets and I heard some jingling,probably his keys,before he pulled something out.

"HERE"He said and I looked over in confusion.

He had his hand outstretched and in it laid a gold ring.

It was small and it looked new.He definately have good taste in rings.

It was beautiful.The design was something I'd never seen before.

"WHAT'S THAT?"I asked,confused,He rolled his eyes.

"IT'S F****** UNICORN."He said sarcastically."WHAT DOES IT LOOKED LIKE?"He asked,taking my hand.

He slid it on my pinky finger and stared at it for a while before letting go.

"MATCHES" He said,looking at my bracelet before looking straight a head.

"THANK YOU"IT'S BEAUTIFUL"I said,admiring while my cheeks baked,

"WELCOME"He said,nonchantly,

The rest of the class was just me pretending I dind't see him staring at ,e and him,

Well, staring at me.

When class ended I got up and grabbed my bag, shooting him a appreciative smile.

He just nodded and walked out, leaving me to drown in my thoughts.

"What?No!, I yelled back, rubbing my head.

"I'll give you my netflix password," He said, smirking.

"Deal!" I screamed, grinning widely.

There's this party tonight and the host is none other than the guy Dale is dating.

He dind't want to show up alone so guess who has to go?

Nope, It's me.

"Okay, get ready and I'll do your makeup," He said, showing me into my closet.

I heared the bedroom door shut, indicatjng that he left.

I sighed and looked through my closet before I walked out with a handful of clothes.

After showering, I decided on wearing a fitted black dress that ended above my

knee.

It was strapless and hugged my curves perfectly.

The fashion king Dale hjmself chose it, so it isn't suprizing that it looks amazing.

I paired that with my black, thigh high boots.

"I'm ready!" I yelled from my room and loud footsteps came down the hall.

Dale bursts through my door and grins perfectly at my outfit.

"You look so fuckable, Babe." He said, making me laughed.

"Thanks, D." I replied, doing a little twirl.

"Now go sit your *** on that chair," He said, pointing at my vanity.

"Way to ruin the moment, Idiot." I mumbled and he chuckled.

I walked over to the chair and sat, looking at my bare face in the mirror one last time before I was spun around.

"You're gonna make guys drool through their **** when I'm done with you." He said, grinning at me.

"That's gross, Dale." I replied, with a smile shaking my head at his silliness.
