OCEAN BLUE EYES

I stood in the store, surrounded by rows of luxurious furniture and home renovation supplies that sparkled like diamonds in the dim light. It was 4:30 in the morning on a Saturday, and I was determined to get a head start on renovating my room into a stunning sanctuary. As a fourth-year college student, soon to be a brilliant lawyer, I was driven to succeed. I had dropped out of school years ago to fulfill my duties as a housewife, but now I was determined to pursue my education and build a dazzling future for myself.

As I reached for the bucket of paint, a tall man with piercing dark black eyes and silky ash-colored hair, wearing a vibrant blue scarf, beat me to it. "Do you want this?" he asked, standing casually in front of me. I started to say yes, but before I could finish, he leaned in closer and said, "Then get it," with a mischievous smile. He put the paint bucket back on the shelf, and I felt a surge of unbridled frustration.

Just then, a man with a husky and deep voice called out, "Carlos, let's head to the playroom!" The man with the ash-colored hair, Carlos, chuckled and turned to leave. I wished I could snatch the bucket from him, but before I could react, he turned around and our eyes met. That's when I saw him, the man behind Carlos. He had dazzling deep ocean blue eyes and resplendent white hair that shone like gold in the light. He approached us, and his eyes locked onto Carlos.

"Are you flirting again?" he asked, his voice low and smooth as silk. I felt a spark of anger, thinking he was talking to me, but before I could respond, Carlos chuckled and said something that made my anger boil over. "What do you mean he's flirting at me!! This man is not respectful at all!! I'm really hate you!!" I burst out, pointing at Carlos. Carlos just laughed and said, "She's my friend, okay? Don't mind her," he said, trying to diffuse the situation.

I glared at him. "You're helpless, man, you should know it?!!" I stormed off, leaving Carlos behind.

I made my way to the counter, fuming. As I waited for my turn, Carlos's voice echoed behind me, but I didn't turn around. Suddenly, he appeared in front of me, facing me. It was the man with the captivating ocean blue eyes and dazzling white hair. He dragged Carlos back and apologized to me, his eyes locked onto mine. "I'm sorry about him. He can be a bit...much sometimes." I felt a flutter in my chest as he smiled at me, and for a moment, I forgot about Carlos and my anger.

"No worries!" I smiled at him. He just nodded, and the two of them headed back to their car. I was still daydreaming, lost in thought. "Miss?? Miss?? Hey miss!!" I came back to reality when I realized it was my turn to pay for all my things and sort it out. "Miss, I think the two of them like you," the cashier woman spoke up, making me shock at what she was thinking. "I thiNk they didn't, haha," I faked a smile at her, hearing what she was talking about. "If you think so," she said, mockingly teasing me. I just rolled my eyes, trying to play it cool, but inside, I was secretly thrilled at the idea.

As I finished paying for my things, I couldn't help but think about the two men. Carlos, with his mischievous grin and piercing eyes, and the other man, with his dazzling white hair and captivating ocean blue eyes. They were both handsome, but in different ways. Carlos was more rugged and rough around the edges, while the other man was more refined and elegant.

I pushed the thoughts aside and focused on loading my things into the car. As I was about to leave, I saw Carlos and the other man again. This time, they were standing by their car, looking at me. I felt a flutter in my chest as our eyes met, and I quickly looked away, trying to play it cool.

As I drove home, I couldn't help but think about the two men. Who were they? What were they doing at the store so early in the morning? And why did they seem so interested in me? I pushed the thoughts aside and focused on the road, but my mind kept wandering back to them.

When I got home, I was still thinking about the two men. I decided to take a break and sit down on the couch, trying to clear my head. As I sat there, I couldn't help but wonder what would happen if I saw them again. Would they be friendly? Would they try to flirt with me again? I smiled to myself, feeling a flutter in my chest at the idea.

As I sat there, lost in thought, I realized that I was feeling something I hadn't felt in a long time. I was feeling alive. And it was all because of two men, who had walked into my life and turned it upside down. I smiled to myself, feeling a sense of excitement and anticipation. What would happen next? Only time would tell.

My phone suddenly ring. I picked it up and answer it.

"Hello?? Dad?" it was my dad who is on the phone right now.

"sweetie your sister just got home right now, she wanted to talk to you" the atmosphere in here changes as I hear my sister arrival.
