Chains of Heaven

Lucien (Bottom, Devil Prince) – Son of the Demon King and a half-angel mother. Born with a cursed duality: demonic fire but laced with fragments of divine light. The demon court despises him for being “tainted.” He hides his vulnerability under arrogance, but deep down, he craves belonging.

Caelum (Top, Angel Prince) – The heir to the Angelic Throne, pure, disciplined, trained to protect heaven. Cold in demeanor, but beneath the golden exterior lies a heart capable of fierce devotion.
Episode 1 – The Chains of Light
The throne room of the Demon King was chaos. Shadows writhed along the black marble floor, snarling like beasts. At the center of it all, Lucien collapsed to his knees, clutching his chest as pain tore through him.
His wings ripped open behind him—one a jagged stretch of midnight black, the other blazing with white feathers that burned like fire. The court hissed in horror.
“A disgrace…”
“Half-blood filth…”
“Kill him before he tears this realm apart.”
Lucien’s head lifted, crimson eyes flashing. “Shut your mouths,” he snarled, his voice cracking as unstable power rattled the room. Flames licked his fingers, but sparks of holy light spilled through them—unstable, deadly.
From the other side of the chamber, a figure approached. Bright, radiant, terrifying in his stillness. The Angel Prince. Caelum.
His golden gaze swept the hall before locking on Lucien—like a predator sighting prey.
The Demon King’s voice thundered, silencing the court.
“My son is breaking. His cursed angel blood will kill him… unless bound by divine grace. So here is my condition—” He pointed a clawed hand at Caelum.
“Bind him. Wed him. Chain him to your soul. Only then will he live.”
Lucien’s eyes widened. He staggered to his feet, fury twisting his expression.
“I don’t need him! I don’t need anyone!” His fists trembled as dark fire surged around him, but the white wing betrayed him, glowing brighter with every heartbeat.
Caelum stopped before him, close enough that their breaths mingled. His face was unreadable, carved from light itself. Then, softly, he spoke:
“You’re lying.”
Lucien froze.
Caelum’s hand shot out, catching Lucien’s jaw, forcing his head up. Gasps filled the hall.
“You’re breaking apart, devil,” Caelum murmured, voice low but dangerous. “And I don’t let what’s mine fall to pieces.”
Lucien struggled, but Caelum’s grip only tightened. Their eyes locked—fire against gold.
“I am not yours!” Lucien hissed, hatred dripping from every word.
Caelum leaned in, his lips brushing against Lucien’s ear as he whispered,
“You are now.”
The court erupted in chaos. Some demons screamed betrayal, others laughed in cruel delight. But Lucien? He could only tremble with rage—because the worst part was, his unstable powers calmed the second Caelum touched him.
And Caelum knew it.
