New Presence In The Amazing Digital Circus

The pilot

In a cool looking circus, where it's colorful, wonderful, lively, and cartoony. A floating literal set of teeth with blue and green eyes inside the set of teeth for eyes, wearing pinkish-red ringmaster tuxedo with a gold underside, a black collar and bow tie with white outlines, a white undershirt with two red buttons, and white gloves and black leggings, wears a black top hat, and holding a staff, welcomes a group of, just as unique looking peoples coming from a portal in the circus

"WWWWWELCOME BACK THE SPRINKLES OF MY-... I-Ice-cream..."

The ringmaster beams as he moves around comically, then continues with less enthusiasm as he hangs on the air, watches the group coming out of the portal, exhausted, but look more pissed than exhausted, after an experience... that make them look like they have been working as war mechs mechanics for hours.

With a jester who wears a red and blue jumpsuit with round, poofy sleeves, and shorts, having black oils splattered all over her... and so does everyone's coming out of there... except for the tall, lean, light purple rabbit, who's just slightly dirty but not dirty as the rest of the members around him.

The ringmaster just watches in silence, scratching behind his teeth head as he continues watching them now completely left the portal.

A literal human sized bubble with black dots for eyes and set of sharp teeths, watches the event, floating close to the Ringmaster as everyone seems to make their way to a direction.

"Well that was certainly tiring out our, sla-, friends!"

The bubble comments cheerfully before laughing off chaoticly. The bubble then simply cease to exist, as he just pops away and dissappear.

The ringmaster chuckle, his forms remain blank as he floats where he were... for a long moment, his mind goes blank suddenly.

The air gets heavier, as the whole circus suddenly glitches as he got into some sort of trance. The digital world looks like it's going to break down... before the surrounding gets more uncanny rather than glitchy.

Different kind of weight makes the air heavy... the sights get wobbly, but the glitches are gone. The ringmaster shakes his head in a stretchy cartoonish way, before freezing up... and looks around in, confusion as the uncanny happens.

The circus members stop on their track, looks around the surrounding that's getting all messy suddenly. One of the member turns to look at him, random colorful shapes and parts that resemble a Mix-and-Match toy speaks up.

"A-Are you... Okay Caine?"

The place goes back to normal.

"W-What?! Wh- Me?! I'm DOING FANTASTIC Zooble!"

He then snaps his fingers, teleporting the members to the couches along with him.

"It seems like mmmmyyyy my my! Precious pupils have been burdened A LOT by today's activities! Sooo... I think all of you should get some good ol, nice ol, long ol, merry ol, nocturnal dream ol, NNNNNNNNNNNAP TIME!"

The circus then becomes darker, and a night lamp appears on Caine's hand. A small table appears in the middle of the couches, before he places the night lamp on it, then turns it on.

"Well, get comfortable fart smellas! I have some ME TIME to do, so we will meet again, in the next... adventure!"

With that, he dissappears, leaving the circus bamboozled. Zooble stammers... then just goes silent.

The rest of the circus members blinks... then goes limp on the couches they're on, with the jester, the Mix-and-Match toy, the rabbit.

A living ragdoll with red, shoulder length yarn-like hair, black eyebrows, a flat, reddish-orange triangular nose, and a blue button as her left eye,

Four candy red ribbons that form a humanoid shape, comedy mask for face attached to one of the ribbon,

A king chess piece with a pair of eyes that doesn't placed right, wearing purple king robe.

They all went limp, like they're going to dozes off for days, but then the rabbit hand slowly reaches to pick on the mask of the ribbon person with no good intention. His hand then get swats away by the Mix-and-Match toy, looking at the rabbit with an annoyed and exhausted look.

"Can you #£@%!£# not torments Gangle for atleast... A day? Don't you realize how $@£@%# burdensome you are?"

The Mix-and-Match toy scolds the rabbit, looking at him who's now somewhat annoyed.

Literally a minute later, his annoyed expression turns into a sly smirk, just before his hand swiftly grabs off the comedy mask on Gangle face, revealing another mask that's her real face... Just sadder in term of expression.

"H-Hey!! Give me that!!"

Gangle yelps out as she instantly reaches for the mask.

"Argh come oooonnnnn, Jax?!"

Zooble whines, looking at the rabbit in growing exhaustion. Jax, continues to goof around, smirking as he take the mask under the couch. Gangle tries to take it back from him, just for him to take it away from the other side of the couch, continuing his mischief. Jax grins widely, revealing his yellow cartoony teeth more as he screws with Gangle, not giving her the mask, as she keep on trying to get it clumsily.

Eventually the jester had enough and yells out,

"ENOUGH YOU INSENSITIVE %@£$!"

She's... very pissed off by the event, with the exhaustion in her eyes that's just fueling her anger right now. Everybody froze, spooked out by the yell... as if it's the first time they've ever seen the jester get so pissed off.

"J-Jeez Pomni... Chill out, just want to... brighten the mood~"

"You are not, brightening anything, AT ALL! Can you not be so #£#%@&^ annoying for once, right after you've done #£@£#%@ NOTHING AT ALL IN TODAY'S ADVENTURE!"

"What do you mean I did nothing?~ I did plenty of things that, w-weirdo told us to-"

"I said... SHUT UP WITH YOUR BULL#!%# AS WE DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH IT RIGHT NOW, LIKE, AT ALL!"

Jax replies instantly gets their answers from the enrage state of the jester, Pomni.

"O-Okay Pomni calm down let's just-"

The ragdoll tries to calm down the enraged jester, gently place a hand on her shoulder. Pomni, the jester, goes to grabs the mask off Jax's hand and hands it back to Gangle, who gently takes it from her and just hold it for a while. She just watches Pomni, who's looking up at Jax with that pissed off look, daring him to make a move. Looking into the soul of the rabbit, with exhaustion rage... making Jax just look at her, uncomfortably,

"O-Oh come o-"

"Shut, the #%£@ up... Don't you realize-"

"F-Fine I'll stop! Jeez..."

The rabbit tries to speak further, just to get silenced by the jester. Pomni keep her eyes on Jax like he owes her money, with him just... sitting there, frowning in boredom and uncomfortably as he's being watched that way. The rest of the members simply spectates the event in, shock, but then the ragdoll gently scoots closer to the jester.

"O-Okay Pomni I think... That's enough..."

The ragdoll, softly speaks up to get Pomni to a more relaxed state.

"AHH!"

The chess piece suddenly yelps, causes everybody to jolts, even waking up Zooble.

"W-What's wrong Kinger?"

The ragdoll asks the chess piece, Kinger. Everybody now looks at him.

"P-Pomni just yelped, and it spooked me up!-"

Kinger stating that he's spooked out by the yelp that happened almost a minute ago.

"OH ARE YOU SERIOUS!"

Pomni yells out in aggravation. The ragdoll gently place a hand on the jester's round shoulder. Pomni turns to her with a maddening expression, before it softens as she sees the exhaustion in the ragdoll eyes, who yet still tries to not let her make further scene. Pomni shakes her head, stammers lightly, almost awkwardly, before turning to Kinger and softly apologise.

"S-Sorry about that Kinger... I-I'm just tired... I-I know you guys are too, it's just-"

"Don't worry about it Pomni... I-I'm should be the ones sorrying, I'll make sure to make that... Happens... Less..."

Kinger reassures, apologizing in return. Everybody watches the scene, Jax rolling his eyes... just to be nudged by the ragdoll's elbow, so he rolls his eyes again before getting up and leaves the couch.

With that, everyone goes back to their resting mode, with the Mix-and-Match toy dozing off to sleep instantly as Jax left... Following up with Pomni... Then Gangle...

Minutes have passed and most of the circus members are now asleep, exhausted.

Now alone there's Jax, strolling through the circus. He's... bored, walking down their room's hall, and other places in the circus. He continues his walking for a while, make a turn around an obstacle just to stumble upon, a figure.

"...Wh3reee£££ the h-h-h£ll is you..."

A distorted sound coming from a strange black tuxedo wearing figure, who have half of a comedy mask attached to his face of his shadowy head, meters away from him, meters taller than him, idling like it's on fentanyl... Yet menacingly, sways strangely... Looking for something, or someone.

Jax instantly turns back to the side of that obstacle he made his turn and walks away, not wanting to deal with, whatever that is. Grinning nervously after witnessing, that thing, he walks faster as if he sensed that it's following him. He indeed sensed it right as it indeed is following him... Very silently.

But Jax continues... Walking. He doesn't know what to do, and he's feeling uneasy, as the being just... Follows him around the circus. He didn't even realize where he's been walking, but just keep walking in a rush, the grins on his face is gone, and it's purely just discomfort on his expression.

"Oh howdy Ja!- Wait who is that following you..."

The ringmaster who's laying on a lazy chair with a cup of coffee in hand calls the rabbit, but then he sees the strange figure following the rabbit.

"H-Hey Caine can you uh... T-Take this WEIRDO away from me?????"

Jax stammers, and pleads. He's visibly trembling in fear as he keeps walking, expecting him a helping hand, to stray that being away from him.

"C-Caine g-get us guns and shoot him or something??"

Jax lefts out, before getting further away. Caine, the ringmaster, wonders... what should he do, as not even he has an idea to what that thing that's following Jax is. He just floats there, dumbfounded, as he watches Jax and that thing fades away from his view as the rabbit can't stop walking.

As he keep on walking, he eventually walks by the circus members. Gangle stirs from her sleep, just to see Jax being... followed.

"... Who's that... Following him…?"

"G-Gangle, please help me...."

Jax plead nervously as he can't stop walking from that thing that's following him. Gangle fidgets her ribbon hands, looking around the others who are... dead asleep. As Jax keep walking, he gets further away from Gangle and his friends, but not that being. Gangle thinks if she should help him...

Eventually, she goes up to them, decided to somehow help Jax. Gangle tails the creature nervously... glances at the group who are still very dead asleep. She finds herself fearful to see that, thing... shadowy essence coming from its form, yet all it does is following Jax.

"L-Leave him alone!..."

Gangle blurts out, which causes the thing to slowly stops.

With that, the thing slowly turns to Gangle... menacingly faces her now. She is, trembling, her comedy mask face is full of fear, looking up at the thing that's height is tall as three Jax.

"U-Uhh... Uhmm... J-Jax??-"

She tries to call out for Jax, just to see him took off running, fading away from her view.

"O-OH COME ON!"

She yells out, before looking back at that being, trembling she is.

Suddenly that thing chuckles, it sounds a little distorted but not disturbing...

"Please don't hurt me, please don't hurt me, please don't hurt me, please please please!"

She pleads and cover her head with her ribbon hands.

"C-C4lm d0wn... 1'm n0t g0nn4 hur+ y0u."

But the thing reassure her that it means no harm, even in that distorted voice of, his. She slowly lowers her guard, and look up to him... tilting her head as she analyse his expression, she couldn't really tell, as the person she's looking at literally have no face but half of a mask on the right side.

"A-Are you... Evil?"

"I-I d0n't know h0w to answ3r that..."

"No...?"

"... No."

He reassures, that he is not evil.

"What's your n4me?"

"I'm... Gangle, what's... Yours?"

"It'5 Noe..."

"Noe..."

Gangle test his name on her mouth, and just look up at him. They both stands there awkwardly, looking into each others. As Noe about to animate his hand to speak again, their hearing perks.

Screaming of two people can be heard approaching, closer and closer. Noe and Gangle turns to see the source of the sound... just to see someone's running and someone's flying towards them.... The rabbit has returned! With, the ringmaster....? Both have firearms in hands.

"Um... Noe?"

"0h noe..."

Noe says, before getting shot down with light machine gun by the ringmaster and the rabbit, looking like maniac as they does so. He tremble and dies... splatted on the floor, before getting continously and brutally shot by Caine and Jax, both are, still actively screaming in fear, shooting the now splatted on the circus floor guy.

Meanwhile... with a frown, standing still, Gangle just watch in horror.

The shooting slowly stops, until that being twitches, causing the two to shoots him again continuously.

"S-STOP STOP HE'S NOT AN ENEMY!"

Gangle protest.

"D-DIE YOU HELL SPAWN SALESMAN!"

Jax yells, as he empty the cartridge, along with Caine who's just going along with him. Gangle, hesitate for a moment, before putting on a determined expression, before she attempts to take the gun away from Jax which causes him to stop shooting by force. The two struggles with the gun... before Jax eventually take a full control of the gun and look at her in confusion.

"W-What are you!-"

"H-He's not who you... think he is."

She says softly, looking at each others awkwardly for a moment, with Caine still shooting the being with his machine gun. Jax turns to him,

"Caine stop!... He's... Dead..."

Jax says, as he looks down on the hell spawn salesman man who now have holes on him. The three just look down at him, the shooting stopped, but... the man is still, dead. Splatted on the circus floor, the body remains lifeless. An awkward silence occur as they just look at the corpse, before someone appears between Jax and Caine...

"D4mn... T-Th4t's brutal... I-I would've g-g0ne for the head though... Yeah, why didn't you shot him on the head... or... me... on the head... [gun_shot.mp3]."

The someone says, looking down at his own corpse on the ground. They froze... and slowly turns their gaze towards that someone, who's turned to be, another him. They all freeze... As they keep their eyes longer on the half mask wearing salesman who's just looking at the corpse of himself. The two who held the light machine gun instantly raise their guards again, pointing the guns at him.

"W-Who are you!? Why did you follow me all the way here and H-HOW DID YOU EVEN get here?!"

"C-C4LM THE £#%& DOWN AND DON'T POINT THAT TH1NG 4T M£."

Jax demanding answers, as he's in a panic state with a gun. Noe just raises his hands, his only half comedy mask expression looks somewhat horrified now.

"What, are, you..."

Caine question, pondering, narrowing his blue and greens eyes inside his set of teeth for head. Comically throws the gun away, before he lean down, hands on hips, from the air he inspects the being who... Have a second presence?

"Well wouldn't you look at that, an unexpected guest!"

The ringmaster summon his staff in his hand.

"Could you explain to us what had happened over there?"

He asks, as he points at the corpse with his staff.

"W-Wh4t you me4n.?"

"Obviously what I mean is THAT BODY you silly billy, how is it that there's two of you! One's talking to me... And the other-"

"Wh4t b0dy?"

Caine then take the being's head into his comically large fingers that magically grew like that, turns their gaze to where's the body were.

"THAT BODY you-..."

The being's head has been turned, but they see nothing, the body is, nowhere to be found, vanished like it was never existed.

"... Wait what."

"Th£re's a c0rpse ther3 supposedly, I supp0se...?"

"W-Wait but there's a body... There's, you, over there... There's..."

Caine then looks toward the other two to make sure he's not losing his mind. Gangle looks up at him, fidgeting in confusion... Jax eyes narrow in confusion, still holding the gun but with one hand as the other hangs as he turns to Caine in just as much or more confusion.

"... The n4me's, Noe."

Noe, the being, breaks the silence. The other three slowly turns to look at him again. Their face filled with, confusion, mind-boggled, and, disturbance.

"Now where the hell am I..."

Noe asks, suddenly finding himself in an interrogation room, his wrists are tied with a cable tie... That's tied like shoelaces instead of how it supposed to be used. He just looks at the odd way his wrists are tied together... not questioning it, amused, and just shakes his head slightly, before looking up at the ringmaster who's just sitting in front of him. The ringmaster rest one arm on the chair top rail... as the other hand is on the table, drumming his fingers on it.

"So...."

Caine says, looking stretches away in a cartoony motion before continuing,

"What the #£@% are you doing in my circus."

He says, his tone is serious out of sudden as he locks eyes with Noe. Noe just look at him in return... Not saying anything. His expression is unreadable, as his entire head is pure darkness, save for the only half comedy mask on his face that's frozen in smile.

Caine squints his eyes... looking into Noe's existence. It's just silence for almost a minute, until he suddenly seems surprised for a bit. Seconds after, he shakes his head comically, letting off some thoughts...

The room suddenly poof away, with Caine and Noe now float in the middle of the circus. He summons his staff and take it into his hand.

"Why welcome you mysterious figure, one I cannot figure... I hereby welcome you to, THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS!"

Caine says, stretches out like a cartoon star as they float.

"Wwwwoo00o0ow..."

"WWWWOOOOOOOWWWW INDEED, I believe you will be a great addition to my adventure!"

"W-Why th4nk you, y0u ringmaster... I alr3ady find this place v£ry much amusing."

The two banters, with the cheerfulness and cartoonish animated movement of Caine, and the distorted voice of Noe who also moves around smoothly.

"What's with the voice..."

"D0n't worry about it..."

"Alright... So ANYWAY."

Caine's hand animate as if he's about to snap his fingers, but then he turns to the other way to see the group, the circus members. The group still on the couches, still dead asleep, still indeed exhausted by the latest adventure. There's even Jax and Gangle, also, limp... On a couch.

"4-Aww it looks like they're s-5till in th3ir dreaml4nd..."

"Sh-Sh-Sh-Shhhh...... It seems like my adventurers are still in their dreamland! But don't you worry Noe-boey~"

"Th4t wha+ I'm say1ng..."

The ringmaster then whispers to the half masked shadowy figure.

"Would you like to go on a super secret adventure between... You-"

His hand comically presses on Noe's suit.

"And ME..."

He says, as he points at himself.

"Y3ah sure..."

Noe reply, rather calmly.

"OH WHo- Wait you're actually agreeing?"

"I am, I 4m."

"Oh okay... Well..."

Caine just look around for a second, finding a word. He did not found the word, then animate his movements again comically.

"W-Well let's get to it shall we..."

He then snaps his fingers, teleporting the two of them to a dark, inaccessible area where they are kept docile and isolated from the rest of the circus.

"... What a funny looking environment...."

Noe says, as he looks around, still floating.

"Oops, seems like I have to bake my cereal, I'll be back, later on!"

Caine says, before he walks through a portal comically as he's still on the air along with Noe. As he walks through the portal, he found himself at the same place as he was before, the same place he floats, with the same guy there, who still floats.

"Uhh... So... Are you... Going?"

"Wait what..."

He says with his eyes furrowing, before opening another portal and enters it. But then he finds himself, again, at the dark, docile, and isolated area.

"W... What is happening, why can't I leave this place!?"

"Uh oh..."

Caine turns to Noe, pointing his staff at him.

"Did you did this, how are YOU doing this HUH?!?!"

"I didn't do nothin bru..."

Noe reply, very softly, as he points his index fingers together.

"... T-That's one horrid #%@£@%& acting..."

Caine says in anger, his teeths head narrows like he's furrowing his brows, as he looks at Noe.

"Why so mad..."

"Why am I so mad you ask? Maybe BECAUSE YOU @%@^!%÷ EXIST?!?!"

Caine says, not so calmly, becoming comically larger. He shrinks to his original size, takes a deep breath, before sizing up again before grabbing Noe. Instead of finding himself squeezing Noe, he finds himself grabbing onto a giant glitchy, dark, semi-amorphous with iridescent eyes all over its body. His hands glitch... And he instantly pushes it away before shrinking himself. He pants... The being suddenly vanish with no trace.

"@£!%, W-What th-... Oh Y-YOU..."

"Over here..."

He searches for Noe, who voice echoes from far away. He feels heavy suddenly, slowly he finds himself gets lower to the ground, but he can't figure why... So he floats himself up. The semi-amorphous being breaks it latching onto Caine as he went up. The ringmaster seeing this, widen his eyes in horror as he suddenly sees one of them being latched onto him without him realizing it at all... He should have felt it heavy, the being shouldn't have been sneaky, but how... He questions, as he looks down in growing... fear?

Caine looks furious, and flies through the void, following the echoes earlier in furious...

"S-Sorry for choking you earlier, Jax... That was, uncool of me-"

"Yeah yeah I get it... It's, fine... It's uncool of I to... Do that to Gangle..."

Jax reply to Pomni, as they walk around the circus.

"N-No no it's really... Un...Cool... Of me...?"

"What's... Wrong?"

"... It's nothing."

The jester says, almost in, surprise? Surprise to how his acting is lacking, something. Her hands animate as if she's going to ask something, just to be unintentionally interrupted by Jax.

"By the way... Where's Caine... Aren't we supposed to have like, an adventure, by now? And it's so dark in here."

"Yeah come to think of it... Just where..." Looks around.

"Is he..."

Pomni question, before continuing their walk. Then passes by them, is Gangle, and the Zooble. The rabbit waves at them, rather casually...

"Hey Zooble... And Gangle, s-sorry about before..."

"S-...Sssssuuup...?"

Zooble the Mix-and-Match toy answers, rather strangely. Gangle about to speaks up but then looks genuinely, surprised... Confused too. The two literally stop walking, and just turns to see Jax, who's walking with Pomni.

"It's... Fine?"

Gangle says, as she watches the two continues to walk. The ribbon person and the Mix-and-Match toy just face towards them...

"Is everything, all right?"

Pomni asks, almost hesitantly. Jax ears perks, before answering in a questionable state.

"W-Who? Me? Yeah, of course everything is alright! What are you talking about? It's not like that half masked guy is in my head or anything... Man he's... Weird..."

"What... Masked man?"

"You know that NPC that asked us to get a bunch of weird stuff for him..."

"T-There's no... Half masked NPC... What are you talking about?"

"W-Wha- I-... T-That... That HALF COMEDY MASK GUY WHO SHOWN ME WHAT HAPPENED TO THE OUTSIDE WORLD AND-"

Jax goes silent... His square eyes wide.

"...Outside world, you mean, real life?"

Pomni asks, as she looks up at him who's in a trance out of sudden, still walking. Jax looks like as if he's going to say something, but nothing comes out of his mouth...

Meanwhile, Zooble and Gangle are met with the ragdoll, cheerfully she comes to them.

"Hey guys! How's it going?"

"Oh hello Ragatha!"

Gangle answer, calling the ragdoll name, waving her ribbon hand a little as she does so.

"Grreeeeeeeeeeeeaaaat... Hey do you uh, notice something off about Jax?"

Zooble reply, before questioning.

"W-Well haven't seen him yet since... Hours ago... What about him?"

"He acts quite... I-I don't know, it's just... Forget it..."

The Mix-and-Match toy says, looking down as she can't put on the words.

"H-Have you met, Noe, Ragatha?"

"W-Who?"

"U-Uhh, the guy who wears half of a comedy mask... Very tall and talks... In distortion."
