Episode 5 (Who moved forward)

-At Wang Mansion-

Butler Maurice already drove the father and daughter to their living. Arrive in front of the mansion entrance.

Aurora: "So, today still the same?"

Asking her dad's activity after sending her to gramps house.

Alex: "Yup, as usual before 6 pm dad gonna pick you up okay?"

Aurora hugged Alex and hop out of the car and get into the mansion. While Alex, after watching his daughter get into the mansion safely, asked Butler Maurice to start driving to the company.

The second day of the hectic day

Jane arrives at her workplace this morning, then goes to her room. She saw Wayne waiting outside her room.

Jane: "Hey, any news?"

Wayne: "Yup, today, we need to attend the meeting at Highfield Technology to sign the ambassador contract"

Jane: "Okay that's the agenda today"

Jane opens her door room while listening to what Wayne explaining.

Jane: "How long for the contract?"

Wayne: "6 months maybe or longer"

Jane: "That's long...I thought for a new product right?"

Wayne: "Overseas market and had a trip..."

Jane: "Ahhhh....okay"

Wayne: "Cheryl has been informed about this meeting, she's already waiting at the parking right now with her manager "

Jane: "So early..."

Wayne: "She just did her show this morning, and is just now already back here. Seems tired. I just let her stay there to rest."

Jane: "So, me, you, and Cheryl right?"

Wayne: "Yup"

Jane: "Okay"

Jane took the needed things to bring. Then both go to Cheryl and head to Highfield Technology.

Meanwhile Alex,

Alex: "We have guests today, right?"

Louise: "Yes"

Alex: "Already done preparation?"

Lucas: "Yes"

About 30 min past, Treasure Entertainment team arrived on time. Louise and Lucas already waited for them at the company entrance. They greet each other and headed to CEO's office.

Alex: "Okay have a sit first. Bring the coffee."

Lucas: "Here is the attachment of the project. I will explain the details thru the slide on the front. You may ask any question and also can make requests for some changes in the attachment. And if we reached the agreement, we will proceed to sign the contract today."

They nod their head. Louise arrived and give the drinks to all of them and have a sit. They start the meeting now.

Last but not least of the meeting,

Jane: "So, Cheryl gonna have TV ads and photoshoots for market materials."

Wayne: "Harold, make sure to fit her schedule for these activities and not exhaust her okay"

Alex: "We want to launch about one month after the contract is signed. Hope goes well."

Jane: "Okay, about the location of the launch. Where would be?"

Alex: "About that. Louise, give me the document that has been done by our event planner"

Louise took the document and hand it to Alex. He gave it to Jane to take a look at the event details.

Jane: "Okay, the date was tallied with the contract, the location is at Prussia Plaza. The VIP is 1000 was invited. The reporters as well. How about the influencers?"

Alex: "Right now. as planned just want an Ambassador only. But we can add that"

Jane: "Okay, I hoped that goes in the plan since it is the event of the year right? I thought it is good to create a brand trend using influencers"

Wayne: "We can give you a list you to pick who's the best since we have some influencers under us"

Alex: "Okay, that's great. I will ask Lucas to retrieve the list from you guys"

Jane: "So the invitation total gonna be adjusted right? Maybe need about 5 to 10 influencers also the guards"

Alex: "About that, we had the security team to handle that day and the seat would be adjusted by Lucas, he will inform the event planner"

Alex: "We have how much for the product's first release? For the first user?" Alex asked Lucas

Lucas: "50 million units overall for South Asean not included in Europe because on our first discussion we decide to release in Europe after launching here."

Alex: "Okay, later asked the production team to increase the unit by 100 million units in these 6 months on every 1st date. We South Asians had nearly 2 billion population"

Lucas: "Okay"

Alex: "For Ms. Cheryl, we really need your cooperation in our tour release in South Asia. Hope both of us can give the best for this project"

Cheryl: "My team and I will try our best and coop with everything"

Alex: "Thank you"

That concludes the meeting. The meeting took almost 6 hours from the contract, to the product release, and to the event plan. It is really a details plan.

After that, Alex asked them to have some meals together outside since this is their first time cooperation, also he already booked the fine dining restaurant.

Wayne: "OMG, you can read my mind. I really am hungry now. HAHAHAHAHA"

Jane: "You shouldn't say that..." she whispered to him and pinch him.

Wayne: "Auch"

Wayne holds both Jane's hands and keeps them in his pocket jacket.

Wayne: "Let's keep it here since it is really naughty to pinch me. Hehe" he whispered back to her.

She pulled her hand fast since Wayne do that in front of others.

Alex: "Okay lovebird, don't worry. I am requesting you guys to join, if not today maybe took a long time for us to have meals together right? So, let's go for today. This place is popular for its spicy dishes. Not gonna regret."

Jane blushed when heard Alex refer to her and Wayne as lovebirds.

Wayne: "Okay let's go bud! I am starving now. HAHAHAHA"

Alex: "Yeah, I know you..."

Cheryl: "He really energetic.... and so bold. Not bad for her..."

Harold: "You're right"

Treasure Entertainment team could not afford to reject since they haven't eaten anything yet. So they came along with Alex's plan. They returned home after having their meals.

Cheryl and Harold took a taxi since the location of the restaurant is near their home. So, just Wayne and Jane back to the company together since they ride using company property not using their own.

While in the car,

Jane: "Urghhh so tired today. No joke serious"

Wayne: "You can take a nap, I'll wake you up when we arrived"

Jane: "Nah, it's okay. I accompany you since you are tired too, right?"

Jane: "Suddenly I missed Daniel. What he's doing right now? Maybe already sleep." She took her phone and open the family group chat apps. Asking whether Daniel already sleep."

Suddenly, her phone ringing, showing her dad is calling her. She picks up the phone.

Jane: "Hello dad"

Mr. Huang: "Hey honey. Where are you now?"

Jane: "Otw to the company first. My car is there. Right now using a company car to attend the meeting."

Mr.Huang: "Okay, Daniel already sleeps. He is tired today. After watching the movie, your brothers took him to the arcade. Had a cheeseburger and go to sleep"

Jane: "I see, he played enough. It is okay. Today is his day."

Mr.Huang: "Who's driving?"

Jane looked at Wayne.

Jane: "Wayne driving"

Mr.Huang: "Ohhhh, I am disturbing you guys' time. Okay okay. See you at home later. Drive carefully."

Jane: "No no, you are not disturbing us"

Mr.Huang: "It's okay, I hung up "

The phone is silent.

Jane: "So fast....." she kept her phone in her clutch.

Wayne: "What happened?"

Jane: "Nothing," she smiles.

Wayne: "Okay, we are already nearby "

Jane: "Finally...... but still need to drive to go home Haha"

Wayne: "I can send you if you want. But of course, sending you to my home, not yours. Hehehe."

Jane: "Stop it. I am too tired for a joke now " both laughed

Jane: "You gonna meet many women other than me that fit you well. Trust me."

Wayne is not satisfied with her answer. But don't want to worst the situation.

Wayne: "Okay, okay. Already arrived now. Let's go. I kept the car key. Return tomorrow okay? The office is already locked."

Jane: "Okay, so for the contract, I will keep it. Tonight I will scan and email it to the president. Let him see the contract."

They checked anything in the car, not left anything important.

Wayne: "Done?"

Jane: "Yup"

Wayne: "Okay, let's go."

They locked and left the car. Heading to their car. Their parking is next to each other. Wayne still thinking about that.

Jane: "See you tomorrow."

Jane: "Okay, what is it that you forgot, it is rare to happen" taking his briefcase with her left hand since the other side is full of other documents and contracts.

Wayne gets close to her.

Wayne: "I forgot this" he gazes at her and replies slowly in a calm and deep voice. He gently holds her head to her forehead kiss. A long deep kiss that takes a few seconds. After that, they had a gaze into each other eyes.

Jane: "Why you..."

She couldn't finish her words since Wayne hold her chin, her mouth slightly open, and smooth touch felt on her lips. She was in a shocked state but realized Wayne is kissing her lips softly and in a pleasurable way. She can feel Wayne touches her back ears and neck. She followed Wayne's lead. Both can feel each other breath. Not realizing things that in her hold gonna drop, Wayne slowly pulls back and cuddles her. Stare at her eyes and smile.

Wayne: "Do not drop the doc or we both finished " naturally their forehead connected while in a cuddle.

Wayne: "Trust me. I am trying my best to win your heart and Daniel, so when the times come, you can make a decision. I will accept any decision from you." he hugged her.

Jane back to reality and slowly push Wayne to break the cuddle.

Jane: "I am sorry.... and here is your briefcase..... I.... go back home first" she stuttered when talking to Wayne. She walks fast and hops in the car. Start the engine. Lowering the windows.

Jane: " See you tomorrow" talk to Wayne with a smile. Then she drive the car and left Wayne alone in the car park.

Wayne could not react. He bites his lips.

Wayne: "What have I done? She gonna hate me..... Huhhhhh stupid, stupid, stupid..... don't you know Wayne women hate rush guys. Urghhhhh " he gets into the car and thinks. Add with sighing.

Wayne: "So, now how am I supposed to face her tomorrow? There is still a lot of work to do. This is worst."

Jane already left the company area. She slowly took the left lane and stopped the car. Biting her lips.

Jane: "What happens actually!? I don't understand. What is that???? Jane... don't be a fool. Daniel's safety is more important than anything else"

She can't think straight. She kept remembering her kiss scene and the hot touch from Wayne. She sighing.

Jane: "See you tomorrow???? How am I supposed to work with him? I don't think I can look at his face now." She pulled her hair frustrated.

Jane: "OMG, I meet him 24/7. This is worst."

They are both in dilemma.
