Chapter 3: the Bloodshed party

It was a stormy night, the city was having a heavy downpour. A man standing near a big transparent window inside the tallest building in the city, it was the LR company, a powerful and influential company which is leaded by a powerful and strong leader, Leonardo Valentino. He was standing there in his office looking out of the vast transparent window with a cigar in his hand and a golden lighter with dragon in it in the other hand. He was wearing a black brioni *a luxury italian brand* suit. He looked out of the window as if he was finding his prey, as danger was screaming out of his eyes. Just then his best friend Dante comes with a dangerous and satisfying smirk on his face wpitonis hands inside his kiton * a luxury italian brand* suit's pants. As he tells to Leonardo

• Dante: Leo, the prey has taken the bait. So, shall we make our entry now. And...(he tells in a dangerous excitement)

• Leonardo: Not now. Wait till he fully falls for it. And then we can make him pay dearly for betraying me.(he tells in a low, dangerous and cold voice. As he takes a blow of the cigar)

• Dante: what are u exactly waiting for? Just punish him already. How can you be so patient with a traitor.(he tells with a bit of annoyance in his voice as he crosses his arms as he was running out of patience)

• Leonardo: learn to be patient if u want to survive in this world. And,...the more he makes me wait...the more painful his death will be.(he says coldly with a predator's eyes).

• Dante: Fine then. You go on waiting. I need to distract myself with something so, that i dont do anything in impulse. I am going to the club. Wish to join me? ( he says with a playful smirk)

• Leonardo: I am ok. Go by yourself if u want to.( he says coldly)

• Dante: alright. I will go by myself then. But do call me when the time comes. My eyes have been craving to see some bloodshed.(he says with a smirk before leaving the large office of Leonardo's)

After a few hours, Leonardo gets a call from his secretary Alex.

• Alex: Boss, he has taken the bait.(he says in a serious tone)

• Leonardo: Got it. Get everything ready. I will be there shortly. And inform about this to Dante also.(he says in a dangerous and cold voice with no expression on his face before ending the call with Alex)

• Leonardo: He should have been smart. Otherwise, he wouldn't have to lose his life today.(He says dangerously in a low voice as he stares out of the window to look at the thundering sky)

He then drives out in his black sports car with full speed as the road was empty to a secluded warehouse where he sees Dante with an excited smirk on his handsome face.

• Dante: Finally, it's time. Let's go in and start the show.(he says excitedly with a smile on his face)

• Leonardo: hmm. Let's go in. He must be getting impatient to meet me.(he says with a dangerous smirk on his face)

They go in and sees a middle-aged man in his 30s sitting on the floor with his hands and legs tied up tightly. The man was crying and begging his men to let him go. When he sees Leonardo, he goes silent. He looks down with fear and dares not to make any sound as if he makes a single sound he wouldn't be able to speak again in his life let alone make any sound.

• Leonardo: so Luca....any excuses?....if u have, please tell right away because you won’t get the chance to say anything except for screaming and begging me to stop until I am satisfied which is impossible unless you die of pain.(he says with a dangerous smile and a bone chilling tone which sent a shiver down Luca's spine as he looked at him like a predator does at his prey. And there, Luca was the prey and Leonardo was the predator as always)

Then, Leo signalled Dante to have his fun with Luca. And then, Dante orders the men with an excited smile to start the tortyoure. Not long after the area house was filled with screams of a man in great pain for long hours. 3 hours later, Leo tells them to stop for a while now. Before standing up from his place to go near Luca who was covered with blood. His nails were pulled out one by one then later his fingers were cut down slowly one by one.

• Leonardo: Does it hurt?

• Luca: (nods slowly with no strength to speak)

• Leonardo: Good to hear that. U deserve more than this. You should be grateful that I didn't do these to your loved ones instead. Now,…tell me...why did you betray me?...for whom?(he says with a dangerous voice and a stare that made his body freeze as his expression was calm yet dangerously cold)

• Luca: (after a while) I...i-i am sorry boss. I had no choice. He offered me a million dollars. I became greedy. And...(he looks down with fear and guilt)

• Leonardo: And you betrayed me. Right?... No need to say more. You have dug up your own grave by being too greedy. Now pay the price. And don't worry I will have my men send ur body pieces to your unfortunate family in a small box.(he says with a dangerous smile before walking away and signalling his men to go on with the torture until he dies)

He goes out of the house as one of his men came and holds an umbrella above his head. Just then Leonardo was shot by an unknown figure near his collarbone which was close to the heart. Hearing the gunshot Dante and other men came out in a hurry each one holding their guns and in a position to shoot. Dante goes to check on Leonardo who was clutching on the wound to stop the bleeding with an angry expression.

• Dante: Oh Heaven! Your bleeding badly! Let's take you to a hospital!(he says panicking)

• Leonardo: No. Not hospital. Call Mr. Matthew*his personal doctor*(he says in a weak voice)

• Dante: Mr. Matthew isn't in Italy. You better listen to me, and let me take you to a nearby hospital if you dont want to die here before taking your revenge on the Russo's.( he tells in a threatening tone)

Only Dante knew about his revenge and no one else, and it was also him who could talk to him like that and live to see the next day.

• Leonardo: alright...but make sure no word gets out about what happened here. Especially to me. Otherwise the enemies will take the advantage of my injury if they hear about it.( He says in a low and serious voice)
