"Hmm... So tempting. I'm kinda addicted to your..."

After those words came out of his mouth... I fainted.

Curse this weak heart!

Where am I again?

"Mommy? Papa*?" (*Father)

I immediately ran when I saw them...

They run so fast...

I tried to run faster but I just can't catch up with them.

My frail heart's coming in the way again. Curse this!

I started running slower 'cause I can't run any faster.

"Mommy! Papa!", I started shouting when they are slowly going out of my sight.

"M-mommy! Papa!", I knelt my knees as i felt my heart throbbing. I pressed my chest out of pain.

"Dainty...", I looked up and then I smiled.

I smiled...

And cried at the same time...

I hugged them, with all my might.

"God, I missed you so damn much", I bursted in tears and hugged them tighter.

"What are you doing?", I stopped for a second when Papa said those words to me.

I let go and stared at them for a while, waiting for them to say something.

But the words I expected the most never came out from their mouth.

Instead...

"Did you forget you're the very reason we're killed. You abandoned us, and now you're suddenly hugging us and saying you missed us? Honey, I can't believe we raised such an evil daughter"

What?

"M-mother. Look, I'm sorry, I didn't mean to, yes I did that, b-but it was just an accid—"

I started going crazy when they started to fade away.

No, please no.

I haven't explained myself yet!

"Argh!"

Good thing that was just a dream.

"Goddammit, Dain! I'm trying to sleep! Like, hello?"

"Liz? What the hell are you doing? Wait, what am I doing here in the dorm?"

Weird, am I just hallucinating?

"Are you out of your mind? Snap out of it, duh! We've been room mates for how many months! I know I'm not always here, but I'm still your roommate. So if you just try to shut up, I'm trying to sleep"

I'm back... in my dorm.

Just what the hell is happening?

Few days have passed and our school's semestrial break is just around the corner.

And gosh! Liz won't just stop talking about how she and her new boyfriend will hang out on the break.

"So, how will you spend your break?", Liz asked me while polishing her nails.

"I don't know... Maybe here?I have nowhere to go, so why bother?"

"Come on! You're such a kill joy! But, don't worry, I got your back.", she sat properly and started scrolling on her phone.

"What are you doing?", I asked uninterested.

"Just wait. You know, I'm such a good friend.", she smirked, that's when I knew she's up to something stupid again.

"Here.", she then showed me a picture of our SSG President.

"What about him?"

Oh, I know where this thing's gonna go.

"Spend the break with him. You two can join us at the beach near our province.", I rolled my eyes.

I knew it.

"Sorry, I'll pass.", I waved my hand as a sign of 'no'.

"Oh, come on! This's gonna be your chance! He's so damn attractive, you know! If I were single, I would date him. Besides, he's not seeing anyone at the moment." , she smirked and pinched me at my thighs.

I sighed.

I've been seeing weird things recently. Maybe Liz is right, I should ask him to hang out with me for the sem break. Besides, it's not like I'm asking him to go out with me, right?

"When will we go?", I asked.

"You're gonna love this"
