episode 4

Somewhere in the alleyway warehouse

Ethan just got back, he found William and injured men already in the nursery getting treated. He walked pass the room and went to his office, William followed him since his wound was already treated he just has a scratch, so it was not a big deal.

They got in Ethan's office. The room has dim light, the furniture is leather black, the walls are painted black showing that Ethan is really obsessed with black. The room is neat making it easy to find files or documents within seconds. He sat down on a couch, took out his cigar and started smoking. He hasn't said a word since he arrived.

William sat opposite him and faced him "Looks like Matthew planned ahead...is like he knew our moves... or maybe he is keeping an eye on us. I start to feel like there is a spy in this clan boss"

Ethan was quite for some minutes he finally looked at William his expression was unreadable making it hard for William to tell whether he is mad or not. He finally opened his mouth

"Matthew is exhausted of living, and he is really hard to find... we have been searching him for 5 years, even that girl who saved him is not saying a word" his voice come very sharp, showing that he is mad about this mission failure that made him lose millions.

"So what do you suggest, should we abduct her and torture her until she talks?" William asked still facing him. Waiting for him to say the word, so he can take action.

Ethan poured himself a glass of whiskey from a coffee table, he took a sip and looked up as he inhaled from his cigar

 "No leave her to me, I will take care of her..." he faced William

"Now we have to find new suppliers we seriously need new deadly weapons before Matthew could think of attacking" he took a big sip and put the empty glass back on the table. He stood up to leave but stopped at the door

"Make sure to find a new supplier in 24 hours" he said without facing him, he opened the door and left.

Elizabeth's Apartment

After that mysterious man left I also left, it was really dark and cold outside making me shiver. I hugged my body and left the place...luckily the rain has stopped. I managed to get to the main road and this time transport was available. I guess they were afraid to drive in the rain. A white BMW driven by a kind-hearted lady stopped and helped me out.

As soon as I got home I took a long warm bath. After that I made a bowl of chicken soup and sat down to watch TV while eating. I started to feel warm, but that mysterious man kept on hunting me in my mind and I tried to stop thinking about him, but I seemed to not be able to do that. Those blue eyes that expensive smell mixed with smell of cigar along with that deep cold voice, how can you forget a demigod...it seems like he is going to hunt my mind forever. I said in my mind and continued to eat.

I took out my phone and called Wendy, I really need someone to talk to. At least to help me forget about what happened in that building. she is the only one am used to ever since I arrived to this Maine. After the second ring she picked it up

"Beastie" she shouted from the other side that I had to remove the phone from my ear.

"Beastie where are you with all that noise" I asked her

"Friend come to the club... Sun City club my treat okay" she shouted and hung up before I could even reply

"This girl is really something else, and I thought she was writing her exams...ohh well better change and go there" I changed into white top and black jeans with black jacket. I let my hair loos put on a lip gloss. I checked myself out on a mirror "am looking cute" I blew my reflection a kiss and took my phone, keys and some cash for the taxi. I left the apartment, locked it, got in a taxi and told the driver my location.

SUN CITY CLUB

 The club is located in the city...far from the town Elizabeth live in. The building is really huge and beautiful. The view on the way to it is breathtaking especially at night with city lights and streets lights.

The music is really loud, the lights are also giving the vibe. The DJ surely knows his job because people are going crazy here, dancing, shouting. Others were drinking and others making out in the toilets. Finding someone in this crowd is not easy. This is a big and popular club in the city.

I just arrived, the air is cold from the rain making my hair to blow. I got inside and my jaw dropped when I saw the crowd. This was never what I imagined at all. I gulped my silver trying to hide my nervousness as I walked pass the crowd asking for a way. I managed to make it at the counter, I sat down in one of the empty chairs and started to look around for Wendy all over and was about to call her when I heard a voice asking me.

"Are you Miss Elizabeth?" I looked at the person who was talking, and I saw a tall giant man, his appearance really scared me. I played it cool not showing am terrified.

I firstly cleared my throat and looked up at him since I was sitting down. the dude is really tall "Yeah that's me what's up" I answered in a cool calm voice just hoping he isn't a bad guy.

"Follow me Miss" by saying that he walked away to the VIPs side. He opened a door for me to go in. I was doubting to go in but then, I heard a familiar voice calling me .It was Wendy, I smiled and walked in with a lot of confidence. As soon she saw me, she hugged me tightly, and I hugged her back. I broke the hug and faced her.

"You have a lot to explain and nothing must be left out... I thought some old man was the one calling you know" I giggled as she took my hand and we sat down side by side on a red couch

"Lizzy this is Miles my boyfriend " she pointed at a guy with white Hoodie drinking from a glass... I just waved and he raised his glass.

"Next to him is his friend Daniel, and that girl is Lily. Daniel's girlfriend and my friend from the college. Lastly the twin." we both looked at two identical girls holding mics at the front playing karaoke "Kate and Kim" she said with a big smile...she looks really happy, so I won't tell her what happened today. I looked at her with a smile

I greeted everyone warmly. I started to drink and before I know it I was getting drunk. I even started to feel comfortable like I already knew them. I was having the best time of my life. I joined the twins since Wendy was with her boyfriend... we sang lot of songs to a point that my throat started to hurt but we didn't stop.

ANOTHER VIP ROOM

Same floor next to where Elizabeth where it was occupied by Ethan...the room was dim, and he was smoking hot tonight. Is like he own the room because everything in it was different from other VIPs rooms in this club. As usual, he was drinking and smoking his favorite cigar, William got in with 2 ladies one had a scar on the left cheek and the other one followed the lady like an assistant.

 ETHAN POV

William stood on the side of me ... As I looked up at the ladies taking a sip from my whiskey.

"Introduce yourselves" I said in a low deep voice my gaze never leaving the girls

" Mr Miller I am Laz" said a women with a scar on the cheek as she sat down "and this is Anna my assistant " Anna did a little greeting bow standing next to Laz.

I looked at Anna trying to remember where I heard this name from since it was sounding familiar. I let it go and looked at William

William understood and whispers "They are the new supplier all the way from California" in my ear and I nodded positively with a smirk. I looked at Laz

"I hear you are my new supplier"

"Yes, and I guarantee you won't regret...we have all types of deadly weapons you just name it, and we make it happen" she snapped a finger and Anna opened a briefcase she was holding revealing a shiny bullet I have never seen before next to it was a one of a kind gun. She took the briefcase and put it on the table making it to face me for a closer view

"this is a sample u can take it for the test and if you are suttisfied with the results we will talk a real business" she said looking at me legs crossed.

I smirked "I must say you really have good sh*t stuff... William pour Laz a glass of whiskey I wanna talk to her" William did as told, and we talked about other stuffs... Anna whispered something in Laz's ear and left.

VIP room

everyone in this room is waisted except for Miles. Wendy was resting her head on Miles, Daniel and Lily already left and went to make their night more special. Kate and Kim were dancing along with me. At this point the alcohol was kicking really hard. My vision was not even clear my voice super tiny

Anna just past by the room not aware Elizabeth is in there...she went to the toilet, did her business and took out her phone. She dial up Max's number, her boyfriend he also came to Maine by business. It rang for the third time and he answered

" Babe" he said on the other side

"hi love...any news" Anna asked in a worried voice

"No yet we searched the whole city still no sign of is like she is not in this city" he replied

"ohh I see but don't stop searching for her" she said and hung up.

Anna went back but this time she heard my voice, so she picked on the door but didn't see faces since we were facing the other side.

"maybe it's because I missed her" she walked back to the room

I was still dancing with the girls when Wendy came to me

"I think they are about to close we should get going is really late" she said in a tired voice

"I was thinking the same" I said in a low drunk voice trying hard to my eyes open,but it was really hard since they were heavy.

Kate and Kim were also sleepy, all of us were but the place is gonna close so we have to leave. The 5 of us left and waited at the counter as Miles payed the bills ...I looked around balancing myself on Wendy

"where is Lily and Daniel ?" I asked my eyes closed with a tiny voice

"They said they were going to spice up their night" she said while playing with my hair

I hugged Wendy "I had so much fun tonight. thank you" I faced her and smiled still my vision was blurry.

Miles finished with the payments and balanced the twins to walk...on the door we met Laz and Anna also leaving, but we didn't see each other's faces...so they left.

My head was resting on Wendy's shoulder "are u sure we are going to find a taxi in this hour"

As we were waiting for taxi hoping it can pass but none come, suddenly black fancy Lamborghini stopped in front of us and the window rolled down revealing a handsome man with blue eyes...the eyes are literally breathtaking and I couldn't help but stare at him a guard opened the door

"Get in" is what I heard. My friend holds me tightly, protectively.

"How do you know her" Wendy asked in a sharp tone

"She knows very well right Lina" Ethan smirked looking at me and that's when I remembered him.

I looked at Wendy releasing my hand from hers

"I know him and I will explain tomorrow for now bye-bye" I smiled at her and got in the car my vision still blurry. . The guard closed the door and drove away.

Another black car stopped but not too fancy like the first one William opened the door and the rest got in it.

He asked them their location and Miles replied "the dorms at Greenfield College" William nodded and drove away.
