They get help in taking their luggage’s up to their apartment and they walk into their 2 bed highrise apartment

She watches her daughter as she happily runs around the place, her eyes welling up

*in her thoughts* maybe this new start is a good thing, I had to relocate because of work, I felt so nervous coming here but maybe this change isn’t so bad after all

As they were setting in, their doorbell rings

The little girl hiding behind her mother’s back all this while steps out from behind her, staring at the person in front of her shyly

They both catch up on things they’ve missed been away from each other over the years
Armani is Sophie’s friend from college, they’ve know each other since their college days and they’ve been besties ever since, they moved in together earlier on in their youth before life got in the way, they’ve always been two peas in a pod
Armani has always been there for her, through thick and thin. And now they both live in the same apartment building with only a few floors away
Sophie gets ready to go to her new job, she also gets Elora ready to go to the preschool she just registered her in, quite next to her place of work
After dropping off Elora, she walks into her office building, not knowing she was about to receive the shock of her life
