Almighty system

Elise sat cross-legged on her bed, eyes closed, trying to focus. She needed to understand the strange power she now possessed—the system—and figure out how best to use it to her advantage. She concentrated, reaching out mentally, attempting to connect with the entity she had encountered before her rebirth.

Suddenly, a robotic voice echoed in her mind:

“Welcome to the Almighty System.”

When Elise opened her eyes, she found herself once again in the vast, starry void she had visited before being reborn. It was calm, endless, and strangely familiar. Without wasting time, she began speaking to the system, determined to understand it.

Elise: "Hi, System. Can you tell me how to use you? What exactly can you do?"

System: "Host, you can activate this space anytime simply by calling for me in your mind. You can issue commands mentally or physically to enter this space as you have now. The system has a variety of functions, which expand based on your skill progress and the number of skill points you accumulate. Currently, you’ve unlocked access to an advanced computer with full internet access from the future. This allows you to retrieve knowledge and events from your past life before your death. You also have access to unlimited digital storage. As you gather more skill points, you'll unlock a wide range of abilities, from beginner to expert level."

Elise's eyes lit up with curiosity.

Elise: "What kinds of skills can I access? And how do I unlock them?"

System: "You can view the available skills on the screen in front of you."

A large digital screen materialized before Elise, displaying a long list of skills—everything from Cooking and Languages to Martial Arts and Business Strategies. Each skill had a number beside it.

System: "To unlock a skill, you need to exchange the corresponding amount of skill points."

Elise: "And how do I earn those points?"

System: "Skill points are earned by completing tasks. Each task has a preset value. Below is the current list of available tasks."

Another section of the screen updated, displaying a few sample tasks and their respective point values:

Earn $100,000 – 100 points

Clear an academic exam – 50 points per exam

Elise: "That’s it? Only two tasks?"

System: "Tasks will update over time depending on your current situation. You’ll always have new opportunities to earn points."

Elise thought for a moment, then asked,

"If I skip grades at school, do I get the points for the exams I would have taken?"

System: "Yes, Host. For example, skipping a grade with four exams would immediately earn you 200 points."

Eager to learn more, Elise browsed the skill requirements. Beginner-level skills required 100 points, intermediate skills needed 500, and expert-level skills demanded 1000 points each. She calculated quickly—she’d need to complete several tasks to make real progress.

Then a thought struck her.

Elise: "System, is it possible to create a trading or savings account without legal documents or being of age?"

System: "Of course, Host. You can easily generate a fake identity for trading stocks, making purchases, and creating savings accounts. Age verification will not be an obstacle."

Elise smirked slightly. This was going to be more useful than she ever imagined. Without wasting any time, she accessed the futuristic computer embedded in the system and began gathering news and information about future events. The more she knew, the better she could prepare—and the faster she could collect points to unlock new abilities.
