It was a very important day for me. Not only is it my birthday today, but it was also my wedding.

For many months I waited for this day. I anxiously waited for it to arrive and to become Rogelio San Roman's wife.

For me, he is the most important man in the world. I can't imagine my life without him. Today I turn 26 years old and my wedding is my birthday present.

"Forget it, Celia. I'm not going to tell you anything until I'm happily married to Rogelio."

"That's still a few hours away. Come on, don't be mean. Just tell me that I'll soon be an aunt."

"He will go crazy when he finds out too. He longs to be a dad so much."

"Well, congratulations to both of you. I'm dying to see you walk into the Church."

Celia moves away from me and turns her back on me. I notice that there is a slight distancing on her part. As if the news of my pregnancy doesn't make her as happy as she pretends.

"Celia, can you leave me alone for a moment. I want to be alone with my son. Talk to him for a moment, find the right words to give him the news."

Celia forced a slight smile and leaves the room. I am surprised to see her like that, as she left she slammed the door making a loud noise.
