Episode 4

(Continuation)

Huzaifah's expression turned cold and calculating as he gazed at the man, who asked if he could leave.

With a nod, Huzaifah granted permission, but before the man could even move, Huzaifah's demeanor shifted. With a swift motion, he raised his gun and shot the man multiple times.

The sound of gunfire echoed through the air, and Ammaarah's eyes widened in shock as the man's lifeless body slumped to the ground. She felt a chill run down her spine, her gaze fixed on Huzaifah's unyielding expression.

Zahra's hand instinctively found Ammaarah's, their eyes locked in a mixture of fear and uncertainty.

The brothers' actions had taken a dark turn, leaving Ammaarah and Zahra questioning their own safety.

Huzaifah's gaze met Ammaarah's and Zahra's shocked faces, and for a moment, he seemed to register the fear and uncertainty in their eyes. His expression softened slightly, and he took a step forward, his voice low and measured.

"Ammaarah, Zahra, it's okay. You're safe now," he said, his words a gentle attempt to calm the rising panic. But his eyes betrayed a flicker of concern, a hint that he was aware his actions had changed everything.

Ammaarah's voice trembled with emotion as she gazed at Huzaifah, her words spilling out in a rush. "You're terrible, ruthless...how could you do that?" Her eyes filled with tears, and she took a step back, her fear and disgust evident.

Without another word, Ammaarah turned and ran, Zahra following closely behind her. The sound of their footsteps echoed through the night as they fled from the brothers, leaving Huzaifah and Humzah standing alone in the darkness.

As they burst into their hotel room, Ammaarah and Zahra collapsed onto the bed, their breathing ragged. The adrenaline rush began to wear off, replaced by a mix of fear, anxiety, and confusion.

"We need to go to the police," Zahra said, her voice firm with determination. "They can't just get away with this. Huzaifah...he's a monster."

Ammaarah nodded vigorously, her mind racing with the events of the night. "We have to tell them everything. The kidnapping, the shooting...everything."

But as they reached for their phones, a nagging doubt crept in. What if the police couldn't protect them? What if Huzaifah and Humzah had connections that would silence them before they could speak out? The questions swirled, making their decision more complicated than just a simple phone call.

...****************...

(Back at the hotel)

The door to their hotel room burst open, and Huzaifah and Humzah strode in, their faces set with determination. Ammaarah and Zahra froze, their phones slipping from their hands.

"You can't escape us that easily," Huzaifah said, his voice low and even. "We need to talk."

Ammaarah and Zahra backed away, their eyes wide with fear. "Stay away from us," Ammaarah warned, her voice shaking.

Humzah's gaze locked onto them, his expression unyielding. "We're not going to hurt you. But you need to understand...you're in this now, whether you like it or not."

Ammaarah's voice trembled as she asked, "What do you mean? What are we in?"

Huzaifah's expression turned grave, his words measured. "You're in Rafeal's crosshairs now. He won't stop until he gets what he wants. By being with us, you're under our protection. But that means you have to stay with us, for your own safety."

Zahra's eyes widened in alarm. "Protection? You mean like...bodyguards?"

Humzah nodded. "Exactly. You'll be safer with us than anywhere else. Rafeal's reach is long, and he won't hesitate to use anyone to get what he wants."

Ammaarah's mind reeled with the implications. She and Zahra were caught in a web of danger, and the brothers were their only hope for survival. But at what cost?

Huzaifah's eyes blazed with a fierce intensity as he pinned Ammaarah against the wall, his hand wrapping tightly around her neck. Ammaarah's eyes widened in terror as she struggled to breathe, her hands instinctively rising to pry his fingers loose.

"You'll do exactly as I say," Huzaifah growled, his voice low and menacing. "You won't call the police, you won't try to leave. You'll stay right here with us, or so help me, I'll make sure you're the first one Rafeal targets."

Zahra screamed, frozen in horror as she watched her friend being held captive by Huzaifah's iron grip. Humzah didn't intervene, his expression unreadable as he watched the scene unfold.

Zahra's eyes blazed with determination as she rushed towards Huzaifah, vase clutched tightly in her hands. With a swift motion, she swung the vase, striking Huzaifah's head with a loud crack. The vase shattered into pieces, and Huzaifah stumbled backward, releasing his grip on Ammaarah's neck.

Ammaarah gasped for air, her eyes wide with fear and relief as she stumbled away from the wall. Huzaifah's face twisted in anger and pain, his hand instinctively rising to his bleeding head. "You stupid girl," he snarled, taking a step towards Zahra.

But Humzah intervened, his voice calm and authoritative. "Enough, Huzaifah. We don't have time for this. We need to get out of here, now."

Humzah's eyes widened in surprise as he swiftly grabbed Zahra, pinning her arms behind her back. "What were you thinking?" he growled, his voice low and urgent.

Zahra struggled against his grip, her breathing ragged. "Let me go! You can't just hurt her and expect us to stand by!"

Ammaarah rushed to Huzaifah's side, helping him staunch the bleeding from his head wound. "We need to get out of here," she said, her voice firm. "Before the police arrive."

Huzaifah's eyes narrowed, his gaze fixed on Zahra. "You're coming with us," he spat, his voice cold. "All of you."

Ammaarah stood her ground, her eyes flashing with defiance. "I'm not going anywhere with you," she said, her voice firm. "You've hurt us enough already."

Huzaifah's face darkened, his anger boiling over. "You'd rather die than come with me?" he snarled, taking a step closer to her. "Fine. You want to play it that way? We'll see how long you last on your own."

Ammaarah stood tall, her heart racing with fear, but she refused to back down.

Ammaarah's voice was steady as she said, "Fine. I'll last on my own." Huzaifah's eyes seemed to bore into her, his face twisted in a mixture of anger and disdain.

"Fine," he spat, his voice dripping with venom. "You're on your own. But don't say I didn't warn you."

With that, Huzaifah turned and walked away, Humzah following closely behind him, Zahra still in tow.

Ammaarah watched them leave, her heart pounding in her chest. She was alone now, and she knew she had to be careful. The streets seemed darker and more menacing than ever before.

Just as Huzaifah and the others were about to exit the room, Huzaifah suddenly turned back, his eyes fixed intently on Ammaarah. "You know what?" he said, his voice low and menacing. "I've changed my mind. You're coming with us, after all."

Ammaarah's eyes widened in fear as Huzaifah strode back towards her, his movements swift and purposeful.

She tried to step back, but Huzaifah was too quick, grabbing her arm and pulling her towards him. "You're not staying here alone," he growled, his grip like a vice. "You're coming with us, whether you like it or not."

Huzaifah swiftly scooped Ammaarah up, throwing her over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes. Ammaarah's protests were muffled as she struggled against his grip, but Huzaifah's hold was unyielding.

With Ammaarah secure over his shoulder, Huzaifah turned and followed Humzah, Zahra still in tow. They moved swiftly through the hotel, Huzaifah's long strides eating up the distance as they made their way back to their vehicle.

As they disappeared into the night, Ammaarah's fate seemed all but sealed. She was at the mercy of the ruthless brothers, and it seemed unlikely she'd escape their clutches unscathed.
