crowning ceremony

It's time for the new king to be crowned but before going to the throne hall Yuri's maid gave him a glass of juice with the poison mixed as Yuri told . After having the drink he went to the throne hall .over there a lot of people are assembled to give the blessings to the new king .

Davis pov

I was already nervous and seeing this many people it's making me more .I kept a fake smile on my face as being nervous I can't even smile and went towards dad catching everyone's eyes on me . As I got in the dais dad smiled at me and was about to crown me when I felt dizzy and black out

oh my what happened the people become chanting . The queen ran to her don making him lay on her lap patting his cheeks trying to make him conscious. Someone call the doctor the king ordered but suddenly a group of enemies began to attack and the king's soldiers . King Benjamin to save his family carried Davis to his room with the help of his general .

the doctor was now checking on Davis and told he became unconscious due to the sedative pills. What ?who gave him the pills and why will he consume it.my lady maybe someone spiked his drink but I am wondering why they spiked him with sedative pills instead of trying to harm hin by mixing anything else .don't worry honey whoever it was that person is trying to help us otherwise we would not know someone is targeting our son because of that person we came to know as he informed me before .who is he and how he informed you. Other side the enemy soldiers are defeated as before itself the king knew there will be an attack during the ceremony, so he prepared backup. Now the king is questioning them 1 by 1 who are not willing to tell their leader's name .he was giving them hard punishment still they didn't open their mouth .

After questioning them king went to meet someone. Thank you son for informing me .no need of thanks uncle as i did this to save my brother's life .hmm how is Yuri. mom is fine but she holds a big grudge against your family, uncle now stop all this acting and tell mom truth. if I tell her it will only cause her harm as now she is banished no one is thinking of harming her and if she returns then they will kill her by blaming her for her past deeds. hmm uncle and how is brother now .he is still unconscious but save because of you ,son i am really that because of me your life is in danger now (placing his hand on his shoulder).don't worry, nothing can harm me as I am your strong nephew ( smiling).indeed you're liam
