At the college:

Announcer announce '' the one who got the first rank is ....LILY CARTER'' there were thunder of applause from the audience but there is still no clue of lily carter.

'I request Lily carter to come on stage and take her certificates' but there, still, no sound of her.

Few moments ago

'what can I do, in order to help her.' she is roaming tensely while thinking about this question.

Then Liam arrivesin his three piece suit looking mature, making him to look out of character. He look so out of the world that even Lily who use to be with him cannot able to remove her eyes from him.

Liam likes Lily to watch him daze. He smiled,'' what! Havent seen a handsome man before, I told you, you will be shocked when I dressed up. 

Lily couldn't tell if he the same person or not but after that statement she is sure it is her stupid friend. She roll her eyes at his comment,'' you know what?, you are handsome until you open your mouth''.

Liam's eyebrow twitched,''you mean I have a stupid brain''.

'I didnt said anything, you said it yourself' Lily commented.

'Whatever, you atleast told me I am handsome' with that Liam put his hand in his hair for a style and look towards Lily as making a pose for a modeling.

'Calm down lily you cannot beat someone on your graduation day, just take a deep breath' she took a deep breath. ''I have other things to do, if you will excuse me''. With that she continue her strolling . 

Liam wanted to tell something but stopper, looking at lily in tense.

'What happened?'Liam asked in a worried tone''anything serious?''

'No, its just I want to help 'her', someone doesnt let me, what happens if she let me help her.'Lily complain.''Rose?''asked liam but lily doesnt stop her complaining, she continues,'' Does volcano will erupt or typhoon will come if I hookup a job or what?'' But NO, what did you get, she will only going to tire herself up.'' Liam doesnt even stop her, he knows what phase she is going through when she finished her complaining. He held her shoulders and asks her to take a deep breath when she did as she was told her tears began to form. 'I only want her to spend more time with me. Am I being greedy?, doesnt she know what I want, why she doesn't understand me' Liam knows her condition and hugged her tightly, keeping his chin on her head and said,''everything will be alright she just need some time, okay?, and she understands you and your necessities. Just give some time, it will going to alright. You have to be patience'' He kissed her on her head. Lily broke the hug and said, Sometimes I wishes she were dead atleast she couldn't give me hopes of surviving'' as her tears started to pore down like rain.

His heart hurt looking his love of his life to cry like this. He hug her tighter and console her '' 'Okay, lets die together'' Lily stop trying, looking at him confusingly 🤨.'' what now cannot take your eyes of off me now''. Now she understand what happens Liam cracked another lame joke.she broke the hug and ''you should stop day dreaming, You know'' with that she lightly hit his head.

Wipeing her years, she said'' lets start our mission'' with the determine look in her eyes. 

Liam 'I couldn't help, but to fall for you deeper' thought while giving her a smile and said '' I am good, right? How about marring me, then you have someone by your side and your sister doesnt have to look for yourself,  because she will have a rich brother-in-law to look after her younger sister''Lily nod silently as it processing what he told her, while liam sees her every expression of her from cnfusing to coming stars in her eyes as if she would consider it, and here he is praying silently to say his proposal, but what lily tell him shook him to core.

'You are so sweet, how about you wed with my sis' Lily asked 'then you guys doesnt have to worry about me and we can also stay as friends forever'.

He is about to nod in yes with a smile but stopped, processes his eyes widen in surprise.

'I don't understand what she is made of, is her brain only works in studies apart from them I have to clearly explain her about everything' he want to bang his head with the door for loving this dumb girl' cant she see I am clearly, the entire college girls is running after me and here I propose a stupid girl Who doesnt even understood why I failed 2 yrs just to be with her,and where the hell her sister came form. I clearly love her and she is trying to set me up with her sister she is 3 yrs elder than me, is Lily thinking I am always leninent with her so she took me for granted' he smirks' I have to knock her some sense'. Liam is so angry that he feels his nerves will burst out in any second, he Calms himselves and started taking steps slowly towards Lily. Lily whose hope gets high with every step liam took towards her she took the initiative and hold his hands and said ''thankyou, 'So, you agreed' smile and kiss on liam's cheek. When Liam wants to deny the classroom door slams opened by a student who came running by and said''Lily carter is being called''. Lily said goodbye to Liam and went off. 

Liam who is in shock because of the kiss has come back to reality.

'I request again for Lily carter to come on stage' the announcer announce again.' Wait' a noise heard from the audience'' I am here, I am Lily carter'' lily said as she huffed. Everyone give her a way. She slowly made a way to the stage and held her certificate she couldn't be happier now as she smiles wider.

Here Liam sees her smile and smiled helplessly 'I have been sold out just like that, in the hands of my love'
