📖 Chapter 3 – “Born from Grief”

[Panel 1 – Wide shot: The village is half in flames. Villagers run, screaming.]

Narration:

> “The boy had no intention to become a curse. But fate… had already chosen for him.”

[Panel 2 – Lucius stands barefoot in the center, small, trembling. His eyes glow faint purple. His breathing is heavy, broken.]

Lucius (thinking):

> “I didn’t want to hurt anyone… why are they all afraid of me…?”

[Panel 3 – Shadows swirl behind him. The voice returns, more confident now.]

Inner Voice:

> “You begged. You cried. They still took her.”

“So tell me… what did mercy give you?”

[Panel 4 – Flashback overlay: His mother being dragged, her calm voice whispering.]

Mother (echo):

> “Lucius… stay human… no matter what.”

Lucius (whispers):

> “I tried, Mama…”

[Panel 5 – Villager holding a spear approaches.]

Villager (shaking):

> “Y-You demon child! Stay back!!”

[Panel 6 – Lucius steps back. The cursed mark spreads further over his arm.]

Narration:

> “The cursed energy… responded not to hatred. But to heartbreak.”

[Panel 7 – Close-up: His lips tremble. One tear falls. His eye flashes red.]

Lucius:

> “I didn’t ask to be this…”

[Panel 8 – Cursed energy bursts outward. Trees shake. The villager is thrown back, screaming.]

SFX: FWHOOOOM!!!

[Panel 9 – Lucius covers his ears. The inner voice roars now — stronger than before.]

Inner Voice (distorted):

> “LET ME OUT!”

“LET THEM PAY!”

[Panel 10 – A giant cursed claw erupts from behind Lucius — made entirely of shadow and rage.]

Villagers (off-screen):

> “HE’S NOT A BOY! HE’S A MONSTER!!”

[Panel 11 – He lifts one hand slowly, fingers twitching. Energy crackles across the sky.]

Narration:

> “In that moment… the child became a storm.”

[Panel 12 – The ground splits. Fire bursts around the shrine ruins. One villager kneels, sobbing.]

Villager (crying):

> “Please… spare us…”

[Panel 13 – Close-up of Lucius’s face. His expression is blank. Like he’s not there anymore.]

Lucius (low voice):

> “I’m not the one choosing anymore…”

[Panel 14 – Inside his mind: A throne of bones in darkness. Sukuna's cursed form sits, grinning.]

Sukuna (smirking):

> “Now you see… power doesn’t cry.”

[Panel 15 – Back to reality. Cursed wind rips apart a row of houses. The red sky deepens. Blood spatters on stone.]

Narration:

> “Under the blood moon, sorrow turned to slaughter.”

[Panel 16 – Wide shot: Lucius stands in the ruins. Everyone is gone. Only silence remains.]

Lucius (softly):

> “I... didn’t mean to…”

[Panel 17 – Final panel: The moon has fully eclipsed. His second eye glows. A faint whisper inside him laughs.]

Inner Voice:

> “They feared the curse... and now, they’ve created a king.”
