The chicken was going cold. The candles on the dinner table were half-burned, flickering against untouched plates. Eli sat alone for twenty minutes before giving up and rising from the table. He didn’t bother cleaning up. He padded barefoot down the hallway, shirtless, wearing nothing but a pair of loose black joggers that clung low on his hips.
The door to Nathan’s home office was cracked open. Light spilled out. Eli stood in the doorway, arms crossed, watching his husband hunched over the desk. The soft clack of the keyboard echoed like an insult.
Nathan hadn’t even noticed him.
“You said you would be done by seven,” Eli said.
Nathan barely glanced up. “I know, babe. I just need to finish one last report.”
Eli stepped inside and closed the door behind him.
“It’s always one last thing.”
Nathan sighed, rubbing his temples. “Can we not do this now?”
“No,” Eli said, crossing the room slowly. “We’re doing it now.”
He came up behind Nathan’s chair, slipping both hands onto his shoulders. His fingers were warm and firm. Nathan melted into the touch on instinct, but Eli didn’t stop there. He leaned in, his lips brushing the shell of Nathan’s ear.
“You missed dinner. Again.”
“I know,” Nathan muttered. “I'm sorry. I'm just behind.”
Eli slid his hands down Nathan’s chest, palms flat, teasing across the front of his thin T-shirt. He leaned further in, the heat of his bare torso pressing against Nathan’s back.
“You’re behind because you forget what’s really important.”
Nathan tensed. “Eli—”
But Eli was already climbing into his lap, straddling him.
Nathan’s hands flew to Eli’s waist, trying to catch up. “Jesus, what are you—”
Eli silenced him with a kiss, which was deep and filthy, with tongue and need, his mouth claiming Nathan’s like he had been starving for it, like this was punishment and payoff at once. Their tongues tangled, teeth dragging, lips slick with heat and spit, and when Eli finally pulled back just enough to breathe, his mouth hovered there, flushed and trembling, breath hot against Nathan’s parted lips, their foreheads brushing as if neither could quite let go.
“You have been neglecting me for far too long, Mr. CEO.”
Nathan let out a groan, already half-hard beneath his sweatpants. Eli rocked against him, slow and firm, feeling the response build.
“You think you are stressed now?” Eli whispered. “Wait until I’m done with you.”
Nathan didn’t fight it. He just pulled Eli closer, mouth hungry now. The laptop was forgotten, the cursor blinking uselessly on the screen. Eli tugged Nathan's shirt off and let it fall, then guided Nathan’s hands up his bare back, moaning softly as fingers grazed his skin.
Eli pushed aside the mug of cold coffee with a slow sweep of his hand, never breaking eye contact as he slid down between Nathan’s legs, the tension in the room thickening as he settled on his knees, lips already parting, hunger written across every inch of him.
“You have got five minutes to come to your senses,” he murmured, licking the head of Nathan’s cock through the fabric, his eyes locked on him. “After that, I’m taking control.”
Nathan couldn’t answer. His head tipped back, eyes fluttering shut, body already giving in.
Eli eased Nathan’s sweats down with practiced care, hands grazing skin like a promise, eyes locked on his husband’s face as he leaned in and took him into his mouth, slow and hungry, tongue circling with teasing pressure while his hand wrapped firm around the base, holding him steady. Nathan let out a low, broken curse, hips jerking despite himself, one hand threading into Eli’s hair with a desperate grip, the other clutching the desk like it was the only thing keeping him grounded.
By the time Eli climbed back into his lap, skin warm and breath shallow, Nathan was already undone, his eyes dark and fixed on him like he couldn’t look away. Eli leaned in close, their mouths brushing but not quite kissing, as he reached into the drawer and took his time finding the lube, moving like he had all night to give. He poured it into his hand, thick and slow, then wrapped his fingers around Nathan’s cock, stroking him in long, smooth pulls that left him twitching beneath the touch. His eyes stayed locked on Nathan’s face, watching the way his mouth parted, the way his lashes fluttered, the way his hips lifted without thinking, as if his body already knew it belonged to Eli completely.
“Don’t look away,” Eli said. “Watch what you have been ignoring.”
He sank down onto Nathan’s cock with a gasp, both of them shuddering at the stretch. The chair creaked beneath them, the room dim and heavy with breath and sweat and the sound of skin meeting skin.
Eli moved slowly at first. Then harder. Then faster. Riding him like he meant every thrust to punish and forgive. Nathan gripped his hips, his mouth open, words failing.
They came close together, Eli clenching around him with a cry, Nathan groaning through clenched teeth, burying his face in Eli’s shoulder as he spilled inside him.
The office was quiet again.
But now it pulsed with something different.
“I’m shutting down this computer for the rest of the night,” Nathan whispered. “Starting now.”
Eli kissed his jaw. “Good. Because I’m not done with you yet.”
