Because of her family's overprotective nature, and they opposed her going to countryside, she didn't share any contact details with them.

After going to countryside she started to understand human nature without her family's overprotectiveness.

Confused and devastated, she was confronted by the scumbag pair and came to realise her meeting with Ji Mingfeng was well known to the pair all along.

They made her believe it was Ji Mingfeng himself who told Qian Jun about that night to deter him away from Qingqing. This in turn fueled her with more anger for Mingfeng. With their sweet words and Qian Jun act of being supportive of her even when she was defiled and pregnant made her unable to reject Qian Jun anymore.
