chapter 3: the golden snake

while they were digging some of wild food. fu Xian who was watching her mother feel that her mother had changed. her mother starting to calling him baby Xian, it was very warm in his heart but still he is afraid that he make her mother angry.

fu zhen who was digging feel tired, it's been three hours since they were out. they even collect some of wild balsam apple, wild sweet potato, and taro. while her child just finished gathering some of firewood.

when she is about stand, she felt some smooth that was climbing on her feet.

fu Xian who was watching her saw the golden snake on her feet was in panic and at the same time worried.

"mother! there's a... a snake on your feet"

he said with trembling tone.

when fu zhen heard her child, she immediately looked at her feet then she saw the snake raise his head ready to bite her legs. with a panic she shout loud.

"COLLECT!! "

instantly the snake disappear like he didn't exist at all. fu Xian who was worried ask her mother when he saw the snake disappeared.

"mother are you ok? "

fu zhen look at her son and saw a worried eyes looking at her.

"I'm OK let's head back home now, "

she said and smiled, but deep in her heart she terribly scared.

when they reach at their house, the two human sit at the floor.

her heart is racing so fast, that's is her first time to saw a snake in person, when it's remind to her the feeling like a smooth jellyfish her backhair stand instantly.

"master! I already tamed the snake do you want me to send it to you? "

Loulou asked her master who was currently thinking the snake. when she heard what Loulou said she instantly decide ,she don't want to keep that little creature in the space.

"are you afraid of the snake xianxian? "

she asked, she was planning to give it to her son.

the child who want to act brave answer with a smile, but the truth he was scared too.

"no mother, Xianxian is not afraid of anything. "

he firmly said.

then in the next second the snake suddenly appeared. that make him jump to her mother.

seeing that the child jump to her, she can't hold her laughter.

"it's OK! he will not bite you. "

looking at the well behave snake she sigh of relief,

"look he just watching,he din't move at all. "

she add.

fu Xian who was clinging to her mother look at the well behave snake.

"Loulou can I command the snake? "

she ask in her mind.

"yes master. "

Loulou who was watching the outside world replied.

"golden snake! from now on fu Xian is your master! protect him and obey him! if you understand nod your head. "

she command like she was just talking to a human.

the next second the snake nod.

looking at the obedient snake fu Xian slowly reach his hand toward the snake.

then the snake slowly move to his hands.

"mother! is he really don't want to bite me? "

fu Xian ask but excited.

"Ohm.. play with him, I will boil some of taro. "

she said and pick the foods they collect and put it in the basin. then she move the firewood to the small storage room.

"master.. maybe you can sell some wild sweet potato tomorrow. "

Loulou suddenly said.

"what do mean sell? we don't even have enough food here! "

she motionlessly said.

"oh I forgot to tell you, master if you plant some of plants in the space, every 5 hours we can harvest it. it's grow abnormal because of the spiritual air here in space. "

Loulou explained. listening to Loulou fu zhen instantly get excited.

after they finished eating, fu zhen find some old black mantle. she make a cloak that just suit to her. if she really can sell tomorrow she need it because everytime the original owner of this body go out to buy, all the seller or all of people hide inside of thier house, afraid that the will be cursed by her , because every time she go to the capital or village someone will die.

"mother what are you doing? "

fu Xian who was playing saw her mother preparing for something.

fu zhen just give him a glance and saw the snake on the hands of a child just like bracelet. she realized that they don't have enough clothes, although fu Xian is just a three year old kid he became a little mature because of the original fu zhen.

maybe she will enter to the space later with fu Xian, she don't want to bring him to the market tomorrow but she also don't want to left him behind.

after she finished, she called her son.

"Xianxian, I have something to show to you but you must promise that you keep it secret between Xian and mother only. okay? "

she said while bending her knees to see the face of her son.

fu Xian instantly cling to her and said.

" Xianxian won't tell it to anyone.. just mother and xianxian only little secret. "

he said as if someone will know their secret anytime.

"then closed your eyes for a second. "

she said and then saw her son close his eyes tightly. she smiled when she saw it then silently said

"enter. "

"you can open your eyes now. "

she said. Loulou who was floating, instantly act like a normal baby.

fu Xian open his eyes and saw the little baby in front of him.

is his mother secret is this baby?

is his mother don't want him anymore?

this question make him nervous when she think of it.

he look at her mother on his back with a teary eyes.

fu zhen who din't know what he was thinking ignore his gaze and ask Loulou.

"Loulou, is that house is for the masters?"

she ask.. she was wondering what inside of that house.

fu Xian who had a teary eyes look at the baby who suddenly speak with a mocking smile to him.

"yes master, everything that the previous masters used are there, you can used them too."

she answered then rolled her eyes at fu Xian.

she just want to tease the kid but she didn't expect that the child is so timid.

"Ohh Xian Xian let head to that house. "

she said without knowing that the child is already crying silently.

when her gaze fell to the child just then she realized something wrong.

"why are you crying? don't you like here? "

she worriedly ask.

"is mother exchange xianxian to that bad little child? "

he asked like her mother already abandon him.

just then a loud laugh from the little child reach in their ears.

then fu zhen glare at Loulou when she laughed out loud.

"Sorry master, I was just joking at him. "

Loulou said holding her laughter.

fu zhen then hug the child she remember her childhood memories she was often bully because no one wants to talk to her.

"don't mind her she was just joking..of course you are my only son ..ok? if she laugh at you again just punch her. "

she said glaring at Loulou.

time past,and they just stay at the space because all they needed is already there.

she also saw some big and healthy sweet potato or lets say spiritual sweet potato.

it's only ten pieces but maybe tomorrow they can harvest forty pieces in care of Loulou.

she also made a two small black cloak for the two. she decided that she will bring her child along with her, she was afraid that Loulou will bully him again, although Loulou is in a child form she is already a hundred aged creature.

as for Lou Lou if she get along tomorrow it's her business.

then she sat under the tree and began to cultivate under the guidance of the book that Loulou give to her.
