He liked choosing the best seat to make a statement: third row, dead center.
Close enough to look interested. Far enough to avoid talking to anyone.
He set his bag down and adjusted his sleeves just right—just enough wrist showing to drive a man crazy.
Then he leaned back, crossing one leg over the other like a model mid-pose.
The class started to fill up. Students whispered.

Time slowed. Wind machines activated. Dramatic violins played in Jungkook’s mind.

Taehyung stiffened the moment he felt Jungkook’s presence.
He didn’t even dare to look back.
