Only one thing stopped me.

Love? Haven’t seen her in months.

“Is this… death?” I asked myself. Slowly closing my eyes, everything went dark.

Stunned for a moment, I thought, Another world? I didn’t even have a body, but somehow, the voice responded.

Before I could say anything else, everything went dark again. This time it seemed longer. How do I know? Not like I had a clock with me anyway. The void stretched on for what felt like eternity. And then—suddenly—my mind went blank.

After another eternity in the dark, I felt something shift. My mind became sharp, awareness flooding in. I could feel a body. I could hear water dripping somewhere nearby. My sight, gone for so long, slowly returned.

I opened my eyes.

Where was the bright light? The boundless blue skies? Who transmigrates into… a cave? That was the first question that came to mind.

Looking around, I saw I was in a massive cavern. Standing up, I looked down at myself. My body was small—ten years old at most.

Suddenly, my head throbbed with blinding pain. I fell to my knees, screaming. After what felt like forever, the pain lessened. Drenched in sweat, I staggered to my feet, still trembling.

Then the voice returned.

> Voice: “You have been transmigrated into a cursed body due to a transportation error. Because of this, you will be hunted down by netherworld creatures. To compensate, the gods have decided to grant you a god-level weapon talent.”

“What!!! Hunted down by netherworld creatures?! Aren’t those the insanely strong monsters from anime? Even the most basic skeleton could probably one-shot me!”

Before I could continue cursing at the gods, the voice cut me off again.

> Voice: “If weapon is not chosen in ten seconds, talent will be lost.”

“What?! Lost? Are you kidding me?!”

Then the countdown started in my head

> Voice: “10,9,8,7,6”

"Archery" I screamed in annoyance.

Damnit, you don't give someone a chance to think—then voice sounded once more.

> Voice: “God level talent for archery obtained, infusing talent”

      I stood still for a while, then suddenly my mind started to go dark

    "Here we go again"

    Saying so I fell down once more, although I seemed to have heard a voice screaming a name but I'll rather not think about it .
