Nina couldn't sleep she tried to sleep but she couldn't then suddenly Cathy quietly opened the door then walked in and found Nina sitting on her bed then Cathy said : can't sleep

Nina nodded

Cathy : same thing

Nina : umm so aunt can you continue from where you stopped

Cathy : umm on what she said teasingly

Nina : nevermind

Cathy : ok fine, I would continue ( she said as she sat on Nina's bed)

Nina rested her head on her aunt laps

Cathy smiled then said so Dimitry and I went back to the wedding , the wedding ended and I noticed how people was staring at us but I didn't care less, I didn't believe that he was a mafia boss but anyways , it was raining heavily and there was a heavy traffic jam so I decided to spend a night at his place, as we arrived at his place, I was stunned, the place was like a castle, it was big , as I entered inside, I noticed how nice it was, I also saw his pics while he was a kid,in all the pictures I saw, he didn't smile and he always wear a black suit , so his maids took me to a very big room that has so many expensive furniture's , i ate with him, I was sad that they was no love in the relationship but I loved him, and I guess he loved me but he didn't know how to show or tell me , he had pride, he doesn't say sorry, so after eating ,he stood up and glanced at me before walking away

I was sad so I drank like crazy

I staggered to my room and found him sniffing my bag like crazy, I staggered into the room then I said " hey you, don't you love me, can't you see that I love you, I said while crying , he dropped my bag and smirked, his smirk grew wider as I confessed how much I love him , I suddenly walked up to him and kissed him, before I knew what was going on , we landed on the bed suddenly my mind became empty, we were both lost in our own world of passion, anyways the next day I woke up and my head was spinning like crazy and I felt sore and my body was extremely weak , I turned to face him and found him sleeping peacefully, I starred at him for some period of time, I wanted to touch him but I stopped but he woke up wearing a lovely smile, my heart skipped a beat when I saw his genuine smile, then he said good morning princess, his voice was so deep and it made my heat beat like crazy then he took my hand and placed it on his bare chest then said you can touch me anyhow you want, I nodded then said ok but it came out as a whisper ,after that night, our relationship grew stronger, one faithful day, he decided to propose to me with a lovely diamond ring which I accepted, I was so happy because I taught it would last forever but one day he travelled without informing me, and I suddenly fell ill, I went to the hospital only to find out that I was 3 weeks pregnant, I told him about it and he was so happy, days go by and we spent time talking online but he suddenly stopped coming online, and one night, I got a videos from an unknown number on what, Dimitry does, he was into drugs killing and other illegal stuff , my heart broke when I saw Dimitry pointing a gun at someone then he suddenly pulled the trigger and killed the man , at first I taught Xavier was just being crazy when he talked about Dimitry being a mafia boss, suddenly, I became scared, but I just decided to stay calm , one week later , he came back with so many stuffs for me and the unborn baby, he bought a gold necklace and so many stuff that I don't really like, like make up, bags and so many male and female baby clothes, I was angry that he didn't tell me he was a mafia boss, but deep down I was happy

Nina : umm so what did you do aunt

Cathy: as he stepped down from his SUV , I walked over and slapped him

Nina : jeez aunt, so what did he do

Cathy : he smiled then said: what was that for my love ,I sighed then walked into the house, his bodyguards were all shocked and speechless, so he chased after me then said what's wrong then I showed him the video then he said I taught you knew what I was ,then I said I never knew, then he said now you know, would you still love me the way I am, I sighed out of frustration then said I would still love you no matter what you are or what you do, he smiled then said that I was looking stunning that being pregnant really suit me, I just blushed, days go by and I spent more time with him creating so many memories, three months passed and my belly grew bigger, he was the one that picked the name Leon and also he told me more about his life and he knows that people wants him dead, I tried to change him but I couldn't, even though he loved me, he couldn't stop getting his hands stained with people's blood.

Nina : aunt you really tried to love someone like him

Cathy : I guess I did, so we got married, not in a big way but in a small church, non of his family came for the wedding and only grandpa Linton came for my wedding with Dimitry, and I was 5 months pregnant on my wedding day, I taught my love story with Dimitry would have a happy ending but anyways, one day he wasn't around, I was in my room when I heard gunshots , suddenly a woman walked in then said you are that bastard's wife right then suddenly everything went blank, I woke up and noticed that I was tied tightly to a chair and my mouth was tied tightly with a piece of material that I know has blood stain on it because it tasted like blood, I tried to scream but I couldn't , I noticed I was inside a warehouse, and suddenly I heard gun shot then the door opened and it was Dimitry , I saw him and started crying, he untied me and carried me in bridal style, I noticed his men were shooting those who kidnapped me, I covered my ears because I was scared when we got out from the warehouse, some of his men followed, as we were far away from the warehouse, suddenly I heard a loud explosion then Dimitry said give a billion dollars to my men, family

I was shocked then I said Dimitry , what the

He shut me up with a nice kiss then said it's not bad, I'm even being nice , why because they died while trying to save you, I didn't say anything again, to my surprise , we didn't go back to our house instead we went to a particular place where I saw Dimitry private jet , before I knew what was going on, Dimitry carried me into his jet then some of his men followed, I sat there my head spinning like crazy , while the jet took of , I held Dimitry hands and he smiled then said don't be scared my love, I'm here for you , I found my holding on to him then I suddenly fell asleep

Nina laughed then said : aunt why do you usually fall asleep on a plane

Cathy : I don't really know

Nina : umm ok , so continue

Cathy : so I woke up and found myself inside a very big room, then Dimitry walked in then said you need to rest then I said ok, days turn into months and one faithful day I went into labor when he wasn't home, some of his men took me to the hospital, it was raining heavily when the doctor shouted one last push causing me to scream like crazy, then suddenly, Dimitry walked in, he was bleeding like crazy all over his body the site before me made my heart heavy, as Leon came out, Dimitrys last words were take care of our baby and I love you I can still hear those last words in my head, he dies on the hospital floor, surrounded by his men while I suddenly fainted, the next day I woke up, my head spinning like crazy and a baby crying next to me then I saw him, I saw Dmitry standing by the window, he smiled at me then suddenly disappeared, I stood up from the hospital bed, I tried to walk but suddenly fell to the ground, I ignored the pain I felt in my belly and crawled to the window I opened it and noticed he wasn't there, then I started crying, but my cry was cut short when I heard the baby cry, I crawled over to him and as I looked into his crate, I noticed how cute he was, he looked exactly like Dimitry, then suddenly James walked in, James was one of Dimitrys trusted men, he walked in then said we lost him, he didn't make it, and it's been two days since Dimitry passed away , andyou have been sleeping, those words broke my heart, I couldn't believe that Dimitry was dead, I told him that I just saw Dimitry, but he just chuckled then said you were hallucinating, he told me that some of Dimitry men betrayed him, and also he said that Xavier's father and some other Italian men were the one that had hands in his death, he was out numbered and his men turned against him, I asked him how he knew, but he just smirked then said he knows everything, that people wish has been granted and that wish was Dimitry's death he left with those words hanging on the air I cried like crazy, I didn't even feed Leon, I slept more and ate less, I started dreaming of him, days turn into weeks and two weeks later, I was discharged from the hospital I carried Leon in my hands, and then we entered Dimitry's SUV, it had his scent this made me miss him more, my eyes was swollen from crying too much, but James stayed with me, even though he was cold, and kind of psycho, I entered Dimitry's room and his familiar scent filled the room, as days go by I cried more, I stopped carrying my baby, but James took care of him while I cried, all Dimitry's men, left but to my surprise , all Dimitry's money and houses were shared by his brothers, Caleb, Johnson and Vincent, they shared it among themselves, but they left this house for me, I was sad, broken and wished for death to come and take me, a month passed, and I didn't move on, but I started taking care of Leon, James do visit during the weekend, James helped me In so many things, three months later, I decided to get a job which I did, I worked as a cleaner in one big hotel, and they really paid well, while James stopped working for mafia bosses and decided to get a job in a very big company and in the blink of an eye he became the CEO of a billion-dollar company, a year passed, and we became some hows close, he continued showering Leon and I gifts, another year passe, andd he confessed his true feelings to me, I still loved Dimitry, so then we started dating, and on my birthday, he proposed to me, I accepted and the next month, I got married to James, I stopped working as a cleaner, and I became his secretary, even though we are married, he was somehow cold to me at the office, and we got a nanny for Leon , but all of a sudden, he changed , we stopped going home together, he comes home late even though we closed at the same time, but I didn't take it serious

Nina : umm so what happened aunt

Cathy looked at the wall clock then said it's 11:43 pm , you need to sleep

Nina : oh ok , umm aunt

Cathy : yeah

Nina : umm about college

Cathy : what about it

Nina : would I be staying with someone or alone

Cathy : you would be staying with your mum's best friend daughter, her name is Priscilla , and she just started college

Nina : umm ok

Cathy : anyway, you know you would be leaving tomorrow right

Nina : yeah, I know

Cathy : good, so get some rest

Nina : but aunt you didn't complete the story

Cathy smiled then said next time

Nina : ok

Cathy smiled then said Good night Nina

Nina : good night aunt

Cathy turned off the light before walking away

while Nina laid on her bed thinking as usual but suddenly falls asleep meanwhile Cathy went to the parlor and found James pressing his phone

Cathy : hey

James : what

Cathy : umm , you are still up

James : as you can see, I'm busy

Cathy : umm with your phone and not your laptop

James : I'm busy Cathy, go and sleep and don't start

Cathy : umm ok ( she stood up and brought a glass cup then poured him a glass of whiskey )

James took it and drank it once then asked for another glass which she gave him, after his fourth glass, he got drunk Cathy smiled then said : so would you mind telling me who you are chatting with.

James uh.. umm.m.m.y ex girlfriend

Cathy's heart broke grew heavy then she asked do you love me

James : I don't know he wanted to shout but it came out as a whisper

Cathy: do you still love your ex

James : I don't think I do , I feel dizzy he said then suddenly collapsed on the floor

Cathy : James she said then squatted down to check on him only to notice that he has fallen asleep she smiled then whispered I love you even though you don't love me , she stood up and picked up his phone then noticed that he was actually chatting on the company group chat.

Cathy : I don't get, he just said he was chatting with his ex , or was he trying to make me jealous

Cathy turned off his phone then left the sleeping James on the floor then walked away

Cathy entered her room and then she carried Dimitry's picture then said I missed you, she said then suddenly falls asleep
