Setting: A high-profile tech industry gala. The room is filled with elegantly dressed people. Zingmuk, looking sharp in a tailored suit, is talking to a group of investors, gesturing confidently.

Zingmuk: ...and that's why our projected growth for the next quarter is unprecedented. We anticipate a significant return on investment.

Panel 2

Setting: Across the room, Rosemary is talking to a potential partner, her demeanor professional and engaging. She's wearing a sophisticated dress.

Rosemary: ...our new energy-efficient microchip technology has the potential to revolutionize the market. We're looking for strategic partnerships to scale production.

Panel 3

Zingmuk (spying Rosemary from across the room, a thoughtful look on his face): (thought bubble) She's certainly holding her own. That new tech of hers is generating quite the buzz.

A waiter approaches Rosemary with a glass of champagne.

Waiter: Ms. Hayes, compliments of Mr. Zingmuk.

Rosemary takes the champagne, her eyes narrowing as she looks towards Zingmuk, who offers a small, polite nod from his group.

Rosemary (thought bubble): What's he up to now?

Later, Rosemary finds herself near the dessert table. Zingmuk approaches her, holding a small plate with a delicate pastry.

Zingmuk: Rosemary. Fancy meeting you here. May I offer you this? The chef's special.

Rosemary: (Takes the pastry cautiously) Mr. Zingmuk. I didn't expect you to be so... hospitable.

Rosemary: (Takes a bite of the pastry, her eyes still wary) Spectacle is your specialty, Mr. Zingmuk. What's the real reason for this sudden interest?

Zingmuk: (Leans in slightly, his voice lower) Let's just say I admire your tenacity. You proved me wrong. And I always appreciate a worthy opponent.

Rosemary: Opponent? Is that all this is to you? A game?

Zingmuk: (His gaze is intense) Perhaps it started that way. But things change, don't they, honey? Look at you. You're not the same woman I made that initial offer to.

Another prominent CEO approaches them, clapping Zingmuk on the shoulder.

CEO: Zingmuk, my boy! Fantastic quarter! And Rosemary, congratulations on Horizon's breakthrough! A real game-changer!

Zingmuk puts on a professional smile and turns to the other CEO, but his eyes flick back to Rosemary briefly.

Zingmuk: Thank you, Charles. Rosemary's innovation is indeed impressive.
