A slim, fair hand holding pen glide over papers. Creating a slight rustle sound in quite finely designed, classic office. As her exquisite eyebrows would frown up on her beautiful face in between as her phoenix like eyes kept moving on documents in her hand, she would part her soft small lips slightly as she thought of something. Office was filled with silence to the point it felt to a bit eeri coupled with women's cold expression.

Knock!!

Movement of hand paused for a second. As a soft voice filled with authority rang in office.

" come in ❄️ "

Door was slowly pushed open as a young woman in her mid 20's walked in.

She stared at her as if hesitating with something.

" Speak ❄️ "Said Ning Ran as she kept aside the documents and kept pen back in pen holder after she capped it.

She arched her one eyebrow above pulling her cute secretary out of her imagination. Due to change in Ning Ran's expressions Chen Nan regretted being her assistant.

" Board of directors are having some opinion about the new project"

Chen Nan stood frozen under the intense gaze of her scary boss.

" Let see what is old nuts are up to " said Ning Ran icily as she stood up and walked out of her office.

Chen Nan followed behind her as they walked to meeting hall.

Chen Nan opened the door for Ning Ran without knocking which caught everyone inside off guard at Ning Ran's presence.

Ning Ran scanned the faces of all the members sitting on table who didn't get time to hide there expression.

Ning Ran sat down on the head's chair exuded a cold aura. She sits with effortless grace, one leg crossed over the other, the crisp navy-blue fabric of her suit smoothing against the chair as she settles in. The tailored vest hugs her torso, structured yet comfortable, a perfect balance of power and poise. Her blazer drapes elegantly over her shoulders, its sharp lapels framing her posture—upright, composed, completely in control. She is stillness and strength, a presence that commands attention without a single word.

All of sudden members who were trying to create trouble trembled in fear.

" What is it "Ning Ran's cold icy tone sounded in room and everyone felt tremendous pressure as if telling them ' you better have no problem with anything '.

Few people from the group of troublemakers gathered their courage were still to dumb and decided to seek their death.

" Current product does not need a model to advertise it "

" Younger generation are not really influenced by these models "

" Models may be famous, but they cannot compare to those big celebrities out there who have large fan base and have more influence "

These bastards really know that boss doesn't like celebrity much

Room fell into silence as everyone held their breath.

" Anything else ? "

The main instigator of today's situation was an old man in 50's. He held 30% of share which were originally 10% rest where bought by him from roping in few other members. Rest of 70% shares were in Ning Ran's hold. Now that he is trying to make moves thinking he can get more power at company. Now that thing's are going south he can't help but get livid

" You!!! How can you act so atrocious, though you are having large number of shares. This is a company everyone here has right. It's everyone's hardwork. You can't just ignore our opinion " Caio Ja lost his composure and ended up getting exposed.

Ning Ran stared at him as corner of her lips curled up in a cold-blooded smirk.

Everyone shivered as a chill ran down their spine.
